• Amy (1/5): Once we arrived at the said so address we had waited up to 45mins for them to text us back during these 45mins we where - I like nothing about it The staff was not answering my messages when we needed them the most
• Ray (7/5): Super location, small but nice and new, but staff really needs to get on top now. - The location was great! The tapas bar across the boulevard (Bar Joan) was great for outdoor appies and coffee after an evening. The kitchen was lovely and clean with brand new appliances. The room was very small but renovated and clean. The bathrooms were updated and very clean. The staffing was the most challenging we'd ever had. Firstly we met two other guests at the address we'd been given which turned out to be a many block walk (with suitcases) to the new address (once we were able to contact staff). There were three staff on scooters that, after a few minutes arrived. The run through of the building was very fast by one of the staff. Then - we found out after 10 pm when we arrived 'home' - that there was no concierge after 10 and the button we'd been told to push for entry was not answered. We had to wait until another resident, fortunately, arrived and let us in. The same thing night two and we pictured ourselves sleeping outdoors. At about 1 am there was a commotion in the hall with a woman who, likewise, had arrived to find herself not able to get in. The renovation has been very nicely done and the appliances etc. lovely and new BUT the staffing and communication must be fixed. We were never able to contact staff and never had an answer from them and had to learn the hard way and make our way in an uncertain situation here.
• Dauhawoo (3/5): Not recommended!! Don’t waste tour money there!! - The bed was comfortable During the check-in they told the main door of the building can be opened by just pushing the door. But the door was locked. Had to wait for other people entering to enter the building to access our room.
• Julia (8/5): Good value , great location ! - The staff were quick to help and the location was pretty great ! There was actually no staff on site and the address on bookings was incorrect so it was a little tough to find initially but once we contacted the staff they were so quick to come and help !

• Mirthe (8/5): Excellent for a short stay to explore the city. - Very good location, right in the city center. The streets were quiet despite this, there was a little supermarket right around the corner. First night the neighbors were being pretty loud, and the walls are thin in this place. After telling the staff, they addressed the other party and the next night was blissfully quiet.

• Murad (5/5): Rooms can be used if you travel alone for short period of time. Pron is location - The location was really good, so close to the center. The only difficulty was lack of needful room facilities such as hanger, shelf, or at least three hooks on the wall to hang some clothes (there was only one). I think the price of room is overrated. The guy that met and handed keys of room was nice.

• Anna (7/5): Good - Good, central location. Clean flat and bathroom. Wifi available. Very small room with a tiny window. No AC. The room got very warm and stuffy. The address ended up being sent to us by WhatsApp and wasn't the one showed on booking.com.
• Ana (8/5): Good - Property very clean, airy place, good bathrooms, there was a air conditioner, good bed and perfect location close to subways, tourist attractions and bars! In terms of amenities, there was nothing bad, only the bed sheet was stained, I think it was clean but it ends up giving a bad impression! And we were unlucky enough to share the apartment with a family with children who spent a lot of time in the bathroom and made noise on the piano at night, preventing us from sleeping. During the three nights and two mornings that we stayed in the apartment, the two bathrooms were being used for a long time by other guests, and we ended up waiting for almost half an hour to use the bathrooms.
• Mall (8/5): Very good - Location is very good, near to Gaudi buildings. Lovely neighbourhood. Organic shop and bakery nearby. Room was asceticly simple but clean and tidy. Common rooms were also clean. There was a lovely piano yo use! Kitchen was very basic and cooking oven was out of order. Shared kitchen and bathrooms ment, that it took time to wait after other visitors. Our room was close to the kitchen and other visitors were noisy - making popcorn (!) 1.30 a.m. and smoking pot!

Nothing at all when we got there, I asked for a fan or anything. The host said he would ask his boss for us but we had nothing. The two of us were roasting and got no sleep. The listing clearly advertised as having AC.
