• Serhat (1/5): I am very disappointed with the apartment, this was a birthday trip for myself and my overall experience with the apartm - The location was great and the apartment itself had potential It was dirty, bed linens were dirty, there were nail clippings on the floor, remotes were missing battery’s, the advertisement said there were 2 double beds, a sofa bed and the sofa in the living room, howeverr upon arrival we realised there was no sofa bed. So the advertisement was all wrong and not suitable for a group of 7

• Florin (7/5): a verry good apartment, but without a finest touch - big apartment, location close to the center quiet place it was not clean (hair in one of the bedrooms), one shower was not working... check in is available until 00:00, if you have problems in open a door or tell that the chip key for the main entry not working, you cant tell anyone, nobody answers and the telehpone number is shuting down until next morning. the bedding clothes and the towels are not desinfected, they were only washed in the machine

• Kikilota (9/5): Superb - Spacious, nice furniture, fully equipped kitchen. It was noisy even when the windows were closed.
• Adriana (7/5): lovely location and a lot of space very close to a lot of green areas - location was great, extremely spacious apartment, well furnished, 2 bathrooms! very fast and quality service from the people in charge of the apartment management I think these are easy to fix and are exceptions: - cleaning was not complete, they forgot to wash the floors and the first day you could see the dirt on our socks - previous guests must have broken the rules and smoked inside because the house smelled liked smoke, even the bedrooms - there is a big contrast between everything else in the apartment and the low quality of linens and bedding. I think those should definitely be replaced for a better quality of sleep

• Peeran (9/5): Over all everything was perfect - Overall the apartment is the perfect, perfect location, has perfect furniture, and is close to all the transportation. The apartment is a bit noisy and this is because its close to the main road.
• Mihai (7/5): Large apartment but with low quality facilities. Cleaning can be improved! - The size of the apartament is amazing. It is new and modern. The location is also very good - close to all main attraction points/ malls/ shops and restaurants. The cleaning was average towards low (superficial cleaning especially in the bathrooms). The quality of the bedsheets and towels is very low - you can see your fingers through the bedsheets. The towels were stained, overused and dirty. I actually went and bought bedsheets and towels for our one week stay. Cleaning products were used and dirty and left for guests to use - of course we did not use them and bought new ones (dishes washing liquid and sponge etc). TV is not working - it goes black from time to time and we have received instructions to turn it off for 10 seconds and restart it. It needs replacement. Toiletries - there were used and relatively from value brands - of course we did not use them - so we bought ours. I would recommend either to change them into small unique usage packs or to remove them completely. Or even have the refillable on the wall format so at least we do not see the brands. But some used opened products we will never use. Also there is no hoover. For longer stay you need it. So pls add it to the apartment as ppl hoover more often than you estimate. Last - the host was totally not flexible. We requested early check in - and it has not been accepted. Then we requested late check out because of our flight - still has not been accepted. We could have paid extra but the option was just not there. To be honest she has just created stress for us with no need. Also the induction text message is very agresive and not soft - if you do this you pay, if you lose the key you pay. We are all adults so no need for these messages at the check in. Softer welcome and wish nice stay etc might be better thank these threats. We travel to Bucharest almost every 2 months and we will not book this place in the future nor we will recommend it to our friends.
• Dmytro (8/5): big app in a park - Big app in a nice house with a lift. Kitchen is studio well equipped. Have enough furniture to store clothes. Location is good for weekends. Food market is right next to the parking, very convenient no private parking. Workdays parking is overloaded. 150% fill. only one air co in a living room, witch not cools well. in bedroom +30

• Constantin (10/5): Book with confidence! - Spacious, very bright & well-lit, ok parking for evening arrivals (during the day, parking can be a bit challenging ... but free) Everything needed was available. Two balconies, two bathrooms. Just nice. There are no blackout curtains :) If you don't have an eye shield, at least during the summer, the sun will wake you up at 6 o'clock :) Everything else was great.
• Piotr (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was excellent, it a modern apartment in a closed neighborhood. The Aparment is huge and cosy. Great contact with Ingrid :-)
• Răzvan (2/5): Noisy, disorganized, and badly maintained. Bring earplugs or don't even bother booking. - Nice location, relatively hidden away from the main street. A lot of space and 2 bathrooms. Relatively clean considering how poorly maintained everything is in the apartment. Everything could have been much better. Absolutely annoying trampling from the neighbours upstairs, the windows all around the apartment that effectively are still open when closed bringing in heat, noise and dry air 24/7 - lack of AC besides the living room which is 20 meters away and 90 degrees away from the bedrooms. Overall a status of neglect is visible, and while the hosts are courteous they are quite incompetent. We had to wait 20 minutes and have 3 phone calls just to manage to get the keys upon check in, and we did not check in early. They offered to help with the noise from the neighbours upstairs but all they did was make it worse.

• Dibu (10/5): Great stay, Amazing location - The apartment was amazing, with a lot o space 2 bathrooms and fit all 7 of us very comfortably. the location was great only 10 minute car drive from the centre, it was super safe as it was located inside a private residence with securities at the entrance and exit, also a park was inside with a playground for the kids. The only thing missing was a table from the living room, also the securities in the entrance didint know good English so it was hard to communicate sometimes
