• Tanja (9/5): Excellent location, gorgeous comfy villa with an excellent host - The Villa was in a great location near to San Antonio. Bars and restaurants within walking distance and easy to get taxis to where we wanted to go. We were a group of 4 couples and it was well equipped and had everything we needed for 3 nights away. The only thing I would say is that 2 rooms are twin rooms, rather than doubles so we picked names out of a hat to decide who got what rooms. It didn’t really matter though. We loved the pool area, it got lots of sun and was great for lounging around and the sun beds were really comfortable. We would definitely book here again! Kerry Ann the villa host was so lovely too, very easy to deal with, communication was fab and she accommodated a late check out for us as we had an evening flight home so we were able to have the villa for the entire day (at an extra cost) we were really happy with this as it meant we didn’t have to be up and out of the villa super early after dancing the night away at pikes the night before! Nothing

• Sam (10/5): Exceptional - If you’re looking for a Villa in Ibiza, look no further. This has access, great views, access to everything, very spacious and a cracking host. It’s the perfect property, we stayed as 3 couples but this would be great for all families or a group of lads/girls. It’s a 5 min walk from a taxi rank, shops, restaurants and the water taxi over to the town towards Mambos. Kerry Ann the host is attentive and can’t do enough for you, the owners can’t afford to lose her. If there’s anything you need she’ll make it happen and actually cares if there’s something you require. We will be staying again for sure in years to come.
• Emily (10/5): Incredible villa for a group stay - The villa was spotless clean and comfortable! Loved that the kitchen was stocked with basics for cooking, and an absolute ton of dishes, pots and pans. We saved a bunch by having most meals in. The living room couch was huge and comfy for watching the 82” TV :) The pool was the best part! Has a huge deep end, was plenty warm to swim, and even had lights to swim at night. The beds were comfy and rooms felt soundproof from the cement walls so no issues with noise for sleeping. Location of the villa was easy enough to walk into Sant Antoni or to grab a taxi right down the road. Great communication via WhatsApp with Kerry-ann. Would highly recommend! Had issues with the dishwasher not draining or cleaning the dishes fully, so we mostly did the dishes by hand.

Great location was super easy to get taxis on TaxiClick. 5 min Walking distance from a small strip of shops & lovely restaurants. Could walk to ocean beach from the villa easily. Great views from the terrace of San Antonio bay. Had lots of bathroom space, comfy beds. Good sound proofing for us playing music. Kerry Ann was also a brilliant host - very helpful & positive about our stay. Would definitely come back here absolutely loved it.

It was truly a hit or miss and caused us to be late for many things. I have never rented a home where items like paper towels were not provided and having to buy our own toilet paper.

Kerry the villa manager was very welcoming and helpful - especially around a late checkout (with fee) Facilities were great - all of the items we could think of were there, including a bbq! All the rooms were exactly as pictured in the listing. Location was very nice - close enough to the bustle of Sant Antoni but far enough away to still be peaceful and have a family feel. The nearby restaurant Es Virot was fantastic - highly recommend. Nothing - everything at the villa was excellent. Getting a taxi can be a bit tricky at peak time but its easy to work around this.
