• Jensen (10/5): - Helt vildt den kan anbefales. Trygt sted og ikke så mange mennesker. Stort dagligvare butik 50 skridt Megadona som er meget billigt. Flot udsigt, og rent. Hvis I er stor familie er der plads til 6 personer. Ingen.
• Richard Delbeke (1/5): A nightmare - Meloneras is a very nice place to stay. Check-in & Communication • A check-in appointment was scheduled at 3:00 PM at the property gate; no one showed up. • At 3:30 PM, we had no choice but to enter the property on our own, following instructions via WhatsApp, access the house independently, open the fuse boxes, and restore the electricity ourselves. • How can an early check-in fee of €45 be requested when nobody comes to provide the service at the registered hour? Condition of the Accommodation • The accommodation was dirty upon arrival. • Beds were dirty. • Visible rising damp on the bathroom wall. • Barbecue broken and unusable. • No cleaning equipment provided. • No floor squeegee. • TVs and storage boxes kept inside the accommodation. • Insufficient bed sheets and household linen. • Only one key provided. • Shower unusable. • Broken entrance gate. • Insects found inside dishes stored in the cupboard. Additional Issues Identified • The kitchen sink is leaking. • The air conditioning units located upstairs are leaking. • The croque-monsieur machine was not cleaned. • The drawer handles/opening rails were not cleaned. • A technician attempted to repair the kitchen sink’s drain pipe using silicone; however, it is still leaking slightly. I also had to personally welcome the technician during the day while I was on vacation. • The apartment manager has shown little concern regarding these issues and has only offered a late check-out as compensation, which is inadequate.
• Rune (7/5): - Vi fikk bare en port åpner som fungerte til hoved gaten. Ble mye logistikk med bare en nøkkel når vi var fire stykker som ofte gjorde forskjellige ting i løpet av dagen. Spurte etter flere nøkler men hørte ikke noe mer fra utleier/team enn at de skulle kontakte eier. Og ingen oppvaskmaskin på kjøkkenet noe vi forventet i en såpass ny leilighet.
• Enrico Trincanato (9/5): Perfetta per una famiglia o per due coppie. - La casa é davvero completa di tutto, letti comodi, arredi nuovi, pulizia nella norma. Sono due camere al piano superiore e una camera nella zona seminterrata (totale 6 posti letto). 2 bagni con doccia, uno al piano superiore uno al piano interrato. Cucina completa con tutti gli elettrodomestici, compresi bolllitore, tostapane, lavatrice, forno elettrico e a microonde. TV gigantesca e zona relax anche esterna nel portico. Decine di pentole nuove ma manca lo scolapasta. Uno cosa da segnalare: manca lo scolapasta.
• Stjernström (3/5): Toppenläge men mycket besviken på boendet. - Läget är toppen. Bra poolområde Lägenheten är sliten och i stort behov av uppfräschning. Kundtjänst och dess service var undermålig.
• Verónica (8/5): - Buena ubicación, acceso rápido y facilidad de aparcamiento. Bonitas terrazas con vistas agradables y buenos atardeceres. A poca distancia de diferentes playas. Espacioso para seis personas. No es muy práctico disponer de una única llave para un grupo de seis, ya que la llave es necesaria para salir incluso de la urbanización. La casa está dividida en tres plantas, la planta de arriba baño y habitaciones, la planta a ras de suelo no dispone de baño, es salón cocina. Tanto en la zona de cocina y la planta baja que es habitación cuidar la aparición de bichos. Algún desperfecto que puede ser normal en una vivienda de este tipo, pero que sería bueno avisar, el toldo está estropeado y la puerta de acceso al patio de la casa. Sí que destacar que se estropeó el somier de una de las habitaciones y lo repusieron al día siguiente.
• David (4/5): Siéntete desatendido - Del alojamiento casi nada, tiene mucho que mejorar Puedo escribir un libro, lo dejamos en que no contrataré sus servicios a no ser que cambien su política de atención al cliente
