• Jo (9/5): fab find would definately return - Juan was great with communication ahead of our travel, he directed the taxi directly to the villa and was outside to greet us. Walking distance to the harbour one way and walking distance tot he town the other way was fab. meant we have 2 different places to chose from to eat. the building work immediately around the villa - it will be still private when they have built the other villas with 7 feet high walls - there were a bit of sand from the building work but fortunately no work was going on and also the pool was cleaned three times whilst there. The photos do not do this place justice so much bigger than expected. BBBQ outside was a great feature and outside lighting in sections meant you could get the lighting perfect.

• Georgina (10/5): Perfect location, nice spacious patio and clean, with a great host. - Great location and the villa was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with all the amenities you need in the kitchen. Juan could not be more helpful, and ensured our stay was hassle free. Large outdoor space, perfect for children.

Pool is a great size kids loved it bit to cold for me Great outdoor space with bbq and dinning area . There is some building work going on behind the villa but didn't effect our stay at all . Will definitely be back in the future. Pool was cold would be fantastic if heating could be added . Would be nice to a few English tv channels i know you don't go on holiday to watch tv but would have been nice to have when the kids needed an early night.
• Mrsdazo (8/5): Very good - I loved Everything about this villa. It has all the facilities you need and the pool is amazing and so private at the moment Unfortunately there are new villas being built right outside the back wall so the privacy and quietness will no longer be the same in the future

• Frank (3/5): with the exception of the building works going on put added expenses on the family holiday - the speed that the host answered any questions i had any questions i asked the fact that new villa's were being built i felt that i had to go out every day as the builders were able to look straight on to the pool and my daughter her husband and my 2 grand kids were with me this made them uncomfortable as well as added expenses going out every day when i booked a villa to relax on holiday which didn't happen

Great outdoor seating area for relaxing with loungers, pool and BBQ area Building works started at 7am and right behind the villa. No reflection on villa or the host but it was annoying

• Lynn (10/5): Fantastic find! - Stayed 10 days August 2024. Loved this place! Pool and outdoor space were fantastic & pool was cleaned 4 times while we were there!. Plenty of sunbeds and seating. House really clean with plenty of towels and fully equiped kitchen. Really private. 10min max walk to the marina. It's not that we didn't like this, but just to note you need €1 or €2 coins to feed the AC.

• Kim (10/5): Amazing villa - Superb communication with Juan, managing the property. Villa beautiful- every conceivable little extra...handsoap, dishwashing soap, cloths, filter coffee machine AND Nespresso machine English channels on TV, beach towels...secluded but just 5-10 min walk from Marina. Very special place Nothing really the villa & outdoor space is amazing...tiny little thing is pool not heated so therefore not able to use as icy cold. Could be an issue if you're there with children - colder than an icebath...
• Loreto (9/5): Throughly enjoyed our stay from beginning to end. Our host Juan very kindly left a lovely bottle of wine for us along wi - Lovely bungalow and pool. Excellent location. We loved the property but would just make a couple of small suggestions. The addition of a mirror in each bedroom would be good as if both bathrooms are occupied it is not possible to dry hair. Also the addition of coasters for hot drinks to protect the furniture would be good. We also felt it might be beneficial for visitors if there was a folder with information on how to operate the cooker particularly the induction hob and to advise of locations of interest and any other information that would be of interest to guests particularly guests who had never visited Playa Blanca before.

• Stediford (8/5): Comfortable Villa with Pool. - Plenty of space in Villa. Exceptionally clean rooms. Lovely pool and area around it. Short distance to walk to The Rubicon Marina. It was next to a building site. Weekend was quiet but very noisy during the week when using the machines.
• Sally (10/5): Gorgeous villa - This villa is amazing. It’s in a great location- just 5-10 min walk from the marina with shops and restaurants. The pool is private and gets the sun all day. The villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It was great to have beach towels provided, good wifi and British TV Just be aware that there is building work next door. Only affected a couple of days for us and you can walk to the beach

• Colin (8/5): Very clean, and great location. - Location Staying for over a week we would have expected one maid visit for change of bedding and a quick spruce up.. This is what we have been accustomed to staying at other villas on the island.
• Catherine (10/5): Amazing villa will definitely return - Fabulous villa. Amazing pool area, very very private. The host was there to meet us with the keys. We arrived after 10pm so supermarkets were shut. Juan left us a welcome pack at no additional charge to see us through till we got to supermarket the next day. Villa has airconditioned lounge and one bedroom. Other 2 bedrooms had fans which were sufficient. Fully equipped kitchen. Location brilliant, walking distance to Marina, Playa Blanca centre and beaches but taxi to those areas only about 4 euros if needed. Communication with host was excellent, always answered any queries within a few minutes. Overall best villa we have stayed in in Playa Blanca and will definitely be back and would highly recommend. Nothing
• Maria (10/5): OUTSTANDING, BEST TIME OF OUR LIVES - We came back to Lanzarote for a second time in less than a year as we absolutely love the island and chose a place in Playa Blanca again. Compared to the previous area, the villa was a lot more private. The pool was definitely the best part along with all other facilities, it was perfect for the both of us! I am sure we will return to the villa at some point as long as it is available! The only thing we would probably have changed was the mattress as it was quite hard and the entrance wall as it could be slightly taller to avoid any peekers but everything else was just outstanding!

• Connor (10/5): Fantastic holiday at Villa Rubicon! Highly recommend if you want a relaxing holiday. - Juan was a super host! Greeted us on arrival, quickly showed us around then let us chill in peace. He even came over one day to deal with a cockroach for us. Villa was very clean, well equipped and fantastic location, 10 mins walk from the marina (resteraunts with beautiful views onto the harbour) and 10 mins other direction to other beachfront with loads of resteraunts and bars. Short walk to Barney's which had brilliant entertainment and cocktails 🍸 (Bikers and The Harp were also great in the evening) The pool was the highlight of the villa! It was cold at first but quickly got used to it and was in it every day... sometimes even for a night swim! Very private villa and catches the sun all day. Checkout at 11am but Juan kindly let us stay till 11.30 till our transport arrived. Had such a fantastic week staying in Playa Blanca. I highly recommend getting bus to Ranchos Texas for a full day out. Only issue was the loud construction right next to villa during weekdays. They seemed to stop after 4pm and we just had pool days with BBQ on the Sat and Sun. Weekdays we spent out at beach or exploring then home to chill poolside after 4.
• Linda (10/5): A break to Playa Blanca in March. - Fantastic location. All amenities walkable. Excellent host who was very accommodating. Brilliant pool and outside area. Inside very clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back!
• James (9/5): Generally I like to explore new places but I’d definitely consider returning here - Loved it. Location worked brilliantly for us. A bit away from the centre so nice and quiet. Beautiful views towards Hache Grande. Easy walk to beach at Playa Blanca or a slightly longer, but lovely (and recommended) walk to Playa Mujeres and beaches beyond. Kids really enjoyed the pool. An excellent place for a family of 5. One of the bathroom doors was quite sticky and hard to close
