• Olivia (10/5): - The apartment was beautiful as in the pictures. The security staff were very friendly and professional. It was very peaceful, which was the best for me. We enjoyed the pool area very much as it was only my family there, most of our stay. My husband and son enjoyed the gym area very much. The host, Zama contacted me early in morning to share the property details. On her arrival, I called and she assisted immediately, with the rest of the details for our stay. My family really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again!!! On arrival being told that no noise be tolerated but this rule surely was not meant for everyone. Other wise, no other complaints.

• Serenatz (3/5): An Epic Failed Accommodation - Lovely decor, comfy beds, enough bedroom cupboard space. The host was easy to contact and tried hard to assist. R500 compensation was given for broken geyser 1) Broken aircons 2) Having to cater for an aircon repair person. Cleaning up after the repairs 3) Dirty drawers all over apartment and some shelves in bedrooms cupboards 4) Crockery not up to scratch 5) Only 2 of 4 pots had lids 6) Dirty cutlery and crockery, that we had to clean. 7) Dirty dining table that we had to clean 8) Unable to flush toilets during Sandton water cut, due to no access to toilet cisterns 9) Difficulty having dish bath as bucket was needed 10) Geyser broke 11) Internet wasn't working on the TV's. We used our phones to watch our streaming apps. 12) No cleaning services for less than 7 day stay 13) On checkin, water was trickling from freezer and apartment was cold, and we didn't get heat until the next day 14) Kitchen sink has a gap so water falls inside cupboards below, every time used. 15) The electricity meter woke us up at night, with a loud beeping noise when we finally were able to use 1 of the aircons after it was fixed. Had to switch aircon off due to meter complaining 16) Spent too much for this type of accommodation

• David (8/5): Very good - One of the main reasons I chose this property was the air-conditioning, so I was a bit disappointed that I wouldn't come on. Otherwise, the rest of the property was brilliant, and Zama was great at getting back to any of my concerns. Highly recommend

• Margaret (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment layout & furnishings were good. The Security at the gate were very helpful. Housekeeping was still busy when we arrived after 14H00. Housekeeping arrived at 09H45 on the day we were leaving, wanting to come in & start cleaning when checkout is only at 10H00! There was no electricity, we had to call for units! We were given 2 x damp towels per bathroom. The aircons have one remote for both, without batteries. Only one AC was barely working. The TV in the lounge doesn't work. The loud noise from other tenants in our block. .
