Não recomendo este espaço. - Estava limpo e organizado, mas nem de perto compensou todo o constragimento que passei Desde o início, houve falhas graves de comunicação e falta de informações claras. No primeiro dia, um amigo foi impedido de subir ao apartamento, sem qualquer diálogo ou tentativa de solução, gerando constrangimento. Em nenhum momento do anúncio constava que visitas não eram permitidas — informação essencial e que sempre verifico antes de reservar. No checkout, a situação foi ainda mais grave. Apenas 30 minutos após o horário de saída, o anfitrião foi até o apartamento de forma agressiva e intimidatória, com postura hostil e totalmente desproporcional, ameaçando chamar o segurança do local pra me rerir de la, mesmo eu já estando com a mala pronta para sair. Ressalto ainda que no check-in, dei entrada no apartamento mais de cinco horas após o horário previsto. Ainda assim, não houve a mínima tolerância no checkout. A experiência foi marcada por intimidação, rigidez excessiva, ausência de diálogo e completo despreparo para lidar com hóspedes.
