• Leah (8/5): Convenient and cosy house - Quiet location with a nice, easy drive into Hobart. House was spacious and comfortable for our holiday. No BBQ facilities or outdoor table which would have been really useful and nice to utilise the outdoor area. Also a small outdoor clothesline would be useful.

• Linda (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful new home. Awesome for 6 adults or a family get away. Very close to a sporting event for us. If you wanted to cook everything is there, just take food. Next time down that way we will definitely stay there again for the price.
• Michelle (8/5): Very good - Well located for our specific trip for a pickleball tournament in Kensington. Well-appointed and comfortable. Very clean... Although lots of various supplies there, having coffee/tea/sugar satchels to get you started would be great.
• David (8/5): Apart from the issues mentioned above we had a great stay and would recommend the property to friends and family if thes - The property was spacious, clean and very well situated to all the attractions in Hobart, Huon Valley and Bruny Island. The property had a great kitchen for people who stay longer and want to cook their own meals, however it is not very well equipped. There is minimal crockery and cutlery. Other basic cooking utensils was lacking like tongs and potato masher. There were no decent sized drinking glasses and only four wine glasses. Only one tea towel was supplied and no oven mits. Placemats and drink coasters are needed so not to mark the table. Access to an iron and ironing board would be good too. No matress protectors on the beds (unhygenic) and extra pillows would be great. We did not have a dishcloth or surface cleaning products to clean up with.

• Miriam (10/5): Highly recommend - The house was immaculate, well set out, and all on one level. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was good and the showers drained well. The main bedroom was spacious and the desk was very useful, en suite was a good size. The other 2 bedrooms were at the other end of the house and shared the main bathroom. The living area was comfortable, and the open plan kitchen and dining areas were spacious. Sofas were very comfortable. I could not fault the presentation of this property, highly recommend, and will definitely look at booking it again in the future. It is suitable for couples, families and small groups of friends. Great location. My traveling companions both have vision and mobility issues and this house was perfectly suited to their needs. Flat, level access and single storey. No internal steps, and showers were accessible. The only thing I can think of that could be improved is the availability of cookware for those who choose to self- cater. A wok or large fry pan and a baking dish would be useful additions, but this is personal opinion.
