Sok etterem,reggelizo a kornyeken,kenyelmes aggyal szep csendes apartman. Nagyon ajanlom mindenkinek,az odajutas egyszeru es ertheto,a tulaj kedves. Volt torolkozo,wc papir,tusfurdo,sampon,hajszarito.. 2 ejszakara nagyszeru volt. A kozeli reggelizoben kaphato a legfinomabb sonkas szendvics! A furdoszoba ajtot nem lehetett bezarni,folyton kinyilt arra raferne egy csere. A fal egy ici picit omladozott az eloszoba reszen
• chiara (8/5): Posizione super casa un po umida - La casa è in un condominio tranquillo in una zona comoda e centrale. Ben pulita. Ci sono tutti i necessari della cucina L’host è stato super in quanto avevamo bisogno di lasciare giù i bagagli prima del nostro check-in e ci ha aiutato e spiegato come fare ad entrare in casa quindi grazie mille. Le uniche cose che posso dire è che la casa è molto umida, noi non abbiamo acceso il condizionatore xke non necessario ma consiglio di mettere un deumidficatore in quanto si sente tanto e si vede anche dal muro dell ingresso che è una casa umida (si stacca l intonaco). Consiglierei anche di sistemare quella parte di muro perché fa perdere punti alla casa che tuttavia non ha altri difetti. Il letto è un matrimoniale francese, non so se era segnalato nell annuncio ma noi ci siamo trovati un po stretti però per breve soggiorno va benissimo.

• Stéphanie (7/5): - L'emplacement proche de tout (et maximum 30min pour la place d'Espagne). Cuisine toute équipée et machine à laver, un plus. L'appartement est sombre et humide (pas de fenêtres sur l'extérieur seulement sur une cour intérieure qui ne permet pas de se rendre compte du temps en extérieur) et mal isolé (on entendait notre voisin ronfler).
• Unai (9/5): Muy céntrico para unos días en Sevilla - La ubicación excelente, a 10 minutos andando del centro y con restaurantes y tiendas cerca. El apartamento tenía de todo (lavavajillas, cafetera, café, aceite, sal...). Por poner un pero, el sofá algo incomodo y las almohadas de la cama algo finas. Por lo demás, todo muy bien.

The apartment was also clean and comfortable, making the stay overall very pleasant Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like everything met my expectations.
• Niklas (8/5): Weiterzuempfehlen - Die Lage ist wirklich super. Zentral in der Innenstadt aber dennoch ziemlich ruhig. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber aber im Bad waren leider viele kleine Fliegen.

• Nieves (10/5): Estancia de 2 noches para repetir. - La atención del anfitrión. Pudimos dejar las maletas antes del check in y después del check out en el apartamento. Está muy bien situado, muy limpio y silencioso. Todo ok

Por poner un único pero porque todo me resultó excelente, pero es cierto que el hecho de que solo den una llave limita a quienes se quedan en el apartamento.

• Lena (8/5): Den årliga visiten i Sevilla och Sicab är alltid höstens höjdpunkt. Världens vackraste hästar, staden arkitektur, den go - Mycket fräsch och välstädad lägenhet med ett fantastiskt läge mitt i Sevillas vibrerande old town, men ändå väldigt lugnt eftersom den ligger på en innergård. Supersmidig in/utcheckning. Jag bokade ursprungligen för 1 person och betalade ett tillägg för person nr 2, vilket var helt rätt och OK att göra. Dock var sängen väldigt liten och för mjuk. Det var snålt med toalettpapper och vi hade gärna haft några extra filtar.
• Francisco (7/5): - La ubicación es excelente. El apartamento muy cómodo y limpio. Dejaron infusiones y aliños de ensalada para utilizar. No había gel y champú y tuvimos que comprarlo (sí que tenían un bote de mix champú - gel - acondicionador 3 en 1). Fue un poco desagradable que teníamos la salida a las 11 y a las 11:01 llamaron a la puerta para decirnos que teníamos que salir ya (estábamos con las maletas en la puerta). Hace bastante frío en invierno, las bombas de calor no iban muy bien. No tiene luz natural.

They but can do better in housekeeping to ensuring simple things like toilet tossues is available upin arr - Was hard yo find, thank goodness we got there in the day and was able to cart around our luggage to look for the apartment. It was ok but lack a few basic necessities.
• Adriene (9/5): Muito bom. - É bem no centro e é quase tudo novo dentro do apartamento. A cama de casal está funda e tem um papel de parede na sala que você se sente na sujeira. Porém, tirando isso, tudo muito bom.
• Angelina (8/5): It was ok but would not book again - The location indeed was excellent The apartment is dark and has no natural light. The windows point to an internal space of the building, so no fresh air even if you open them. Also was quite noisy, people speaking on the staircase and echoing.

• Ian (6/5): - Location was fine. Was disappointed there was no one to communicate with. All communication was through booking.com and no English option. We guessed our way through all instructions. We did not know where to dispose of rubbish, there was no tea towels and only 1 additional toilet roll for 6 days

• laurent (8/5): - L'emplacement est vraiment au top, tout est accessible à pied et très facilement. L'appartement est exactement comme les photos. Pas de bruit venant de l'extérieur malgré l'emplacement en centre. On entend pas mal les voisins d'à côté.

• James (10/5): I would happily come back and spend another two weeks here! - It is a comfortable one bedroom apartment that is perfectly situated in the center of Sevilla in easy walking distance of all the major attractions. I spent two weeks there as I was taking Spanish classes at a language school just 10 minutes away, and I couldn't have been happier. The hosts are extremely helpful and responded to all my questions in a timely manner, and they go out of their way to get things for the apartment you might need. For example, since it had been raining so much, they bought a brand new clothes drying rack for me to use when I used the apartment's washing machine (normally you can use the clothesline on the roof). Although the apartment is on a pretty busy, but small pedestrian-only street, none of the street noise enters the apartment since it faces into the courtyard of the building and not the street. Please know that you will not get any direct light getting into the apartment as it is on the first floor and all the windows face an internal courtyard. This came as no surprise to me since earlier reviews mentioned this, but if bright light in an apartment is important to you, this may not be the place for you. It didn't bother me at all since the point is to get out and see the city!
• Alexander (8/5): Nice apartment in a great location - Location is great - in the center but quiet place Facility is ok Clean When there was an issue with WiFi, the hosts replied in whatsapp pretty quickly Bed is not great but okay The apartment was on the ground level. It was quite cold due to the tiled floor. I would suggest providing one-time slippers (of course, not during summer) The ventilation in the bathroom was not great at all—there was an unpleasant smell when we first entered the apartment. The WiFi did not work for one out of the two days until the hosts advised us to check the router (which was in a spot I would never have found on my own). It turned out the router was not turned on at all.

• Mr (9/5): Excellent location in the centre of Sevilla - Excellent location in the centre of Sevilla, but withdrawn from the busy pedestrian street, so also very quiet. A 10 minute walk from the bus station and 15 minutes from the Cathedral. Great shopping in the area. The place is actually more spacious and the interior is nicer than the photos indicate. Good facilities, including a dish washer and washing machine. Great shower. Check-in was easy and explained in detail. The door to the bathroom did neither close nor lock properly, since the lock has been mounted badly; rather annoying since the bathroom is connected to the living room.The extractor in the kitchen did not work.
• Allison (2/5): Disappointing - The location was excellent. Unfortunately I don't have anything else positive to report. I read great reviews about this apartment but that was definitely not our experience. While the location in Seville is great and there is very little street noise, there was a lot of echoing noise from doors slamming and people yelling within the inner courtyard. It is a four story building and the unit is on the ground floor so there is really no natural light coming into the apartment, which made it gloomy. The bed was tiny and very uncomfortable (sagged in the middle) and there were no sheets or blankets for the foldout couch in the living room. When we asked the landlord/manager where the extra bedding was, he said we couldn't have any because the extra laundering costs for a couple additional sheets were too high (???), even though the booking.com listing tells you there is both a bed and foldout couch. There was also mold in the shower and a cigarette burn on the couch. Disappointed all around.

We appreciated the washing machine, which worked great, and the friendly and responsive host. The apartment had everything we needed for a two-night stay. Not a big deal, but the bathroom door doesn't completely latch.
