• Merci (1/5): Il nous on simplement refusé les chambres disant qu’il etait déjà plein, pourtant j’avais une réservation. - J’ai fait la réservation quand nous sommes arrivés l’établissement a refusé de nous donner les chambres, soit disant que l’hôtel était déjà rempli, le réceptionniste na pas pris la peine de regarder notre réservation, ça été la pire expérience de ma vie surtout qu’on etait dans un pays étranger…. Nous nous sommes promener dans la ville pour avoir un autre coin , tellement difficile.

Les fenêtres et la porte extérieures vétustes et mal isolées qui laissent entrer le bruit extérieur et parfois des moustiques ! Le restaurant qui n’a pas pu répondre à mes commandes en chambre malgré la carte: pas de soupes, pas de fruits, pas d’eau gazeuse.

• Guillaume (9/5): Un hôtel en plein centre ville de standing international. - J'ai aimé l'accueil du réceptionniste. Je suis venu au petit déjeuner de manière tardive, autour de 7h. Il faut encore faire un effort sur le menu du self service.

• Luc Bertrand (8/5): Séjournant régulièrement à Hibiscus du Boulevard , ce séjour reste pour moi un excellent souvenir - Son emplacement est idéal pour se déplacer facilement dans Libreville. C'est l'une des principales raisons pour lesquelles je choisis toujours cet hôtel. La chambre que j'avais réservée à mon arrivée à l'hôtel étant déjà occupée, j'ai apprécié que la réceptionniste ait décidé de me surclasser tout en maintenant le prix de ma réservation. Ce geste commercial m'a vraiment impressionné et je l'ai beaucoup apprécié. Malgré l'achat de mon équipement de douche, j'aurais aimé que le service de chambre continue de me fournir les différents produits de douche de l'hôtel. Il n'y a pas de prises électriques disponible pour brancher des appareils (ordinateur et téléphone) sans débrancher les appareils de la chambre (frigo, lampe de chevet et autres). Il n'y a pas d'élément pour prendre une tasse de café ou thé, malgré la présence de bouloir et bouteille d'eau.

• Akofa (7/5): - Un petit déjeuner riche composé de plats français et de plats africains. Chacun selon son goût. La possibilité de commander des omelettes également m'a plu. Les entrées doivent être plus variées. Les viennoiseries doivent être plus variées et plus fraîches. La vinaigrette toujours avec de la mayonnaise n'est pas adéquate pour les personnes sous régime.

Mais l'entrée est monotone. Les viennoiseries ne sont pas très fraiches. J'aurais aimé un petit déjeuner avec une entrée plus variable. Pour l'entrée prévoir une vinaigrette sans mayonnaise pour ceux qui suivent un régime.

• Sule (1/5): - How i was treated badly on the day arrived..I booked ahead of my trip and got room reserve confirmation and got in touch with hotel informing them I am arriving late in the night. On arrival the receptionist told me they dont have room for me..I have to take a cab and start searching for another hotel at around 11pm. Terrible experience

No milk no coffee, eggs wass finish the reception is good they are verry kind and help ful but the restaurant need hygiene check and better training how to be focus on client

The television inside my room is not functioning for Three days. The Telephone inside my room is not functioning for all the days that I lodged in the hotel. There is Cockroach Insects inside the Hotel.

Pictures are a bit outdated. They need to show the current state of the hôtel. For a 2 star hôtel not much to expect Even if the price is a bit high. Towels needs to be changed they are not white anymore but i am not sure if it is dirt or from the impact of time. It is also difficult to find something better in Gabon for the same price 🙃

• Harish (3/5): Poor - Only One Staff & Location I booked a room with a balcony, but I was given a room without one. Additionally, the AC was not functioning properly. The situation worsened at 3:30 AM when a loud noise started coming from the AC, and I thought it was about to burst. I ran down to the reception and informed them. Someone came to attend to the issue, but later in the early morning, I was asked to move to another room on the second floor. Please understand my frustration, as all of this happened while I was trying to rest in the middle of the night. Last time I stayed at Hibiscus Louis, the service was much better. Also, the restaurant staff was not pleasant and She did not show any hospitality!

Il est regrettable cependant que certaines réclamations concernant le remplacement des ampoules ou néons de la salle de bains ne soient pas prises en compte comme si cela n'etait que des caprices du client. L'eclairage adéquat de la salle de bain fait partie du confort dont le client a besoin pour se raser en toute sécurité ou parachever sa toilette.

The restaurant was well presentyed with a bright colourful decor. The outdoor bar and grill area is very nice and under utilised. I was there for a week and the food became rather repetative. It is basically, pork, beef, chicken, barely distinguishable, served with fries or rice. It was nicely cooked and presented with tasty sauces, but overall a lack of variety.

• Ivo (6/5): Disappointing - Location is alright, five minutes walk to the center of Quartier Louis. The free airport shuttle is a great benefit. The aircon remote control had a broken screen so configuring settings were next to impossible. The rain shower was broken and the hand shower in bad state. At one point there was no water in my bathroom, I tried calling the reception 4 times without any answer so I had to get dressed and go there in person. There’s a nightclub on the facilities which pounds music all over the place on weekends.

• Piet (8/5): Quiet hotel in an uninteresting city. - Location was rather good. There are no monuments worth sightseeing in Libreville, but the hotel is not far from supermarché Mbolo, with a good restaurant nearby, and also not far from the cathedral. Take care! The road to Mbolo has no sidewalks in some parts and if there are sidewalks, there are a lot of holes in it! I fell in one of those holes and when the receptionists saw me entering the hotel (dizzy, thick eye, strongly bleeding face and underarm) they immediately gave me good medical assistance. So staff is helpful. A lady wanted even to bring me to the hospital but that I didn't want. My room was quiet, as I wished, and had facilities like a fridge and tea things. My room had only two wall outlets, one for the fridge ans one for the tea facilitires. How can I upload my laptop that way? Breakfast was poor. The first time that I found a breakfast without cheese and meats and I had to ask for a bit of butter to spray on some stained white bread. They would wake me up on the 16th of June at 7 AM; they didn't.
