• Agata (9/5): Finland is amazing! - Location is great. Clean apartment, well equipped. Very good contact with the owner. The apartment is quite old - it is refreshed however it is visible that it not freshly renovated. Bathroom is very small. For a couple and 1 child is ok however for 2+2 (teenagers) the sofa (this is a non-folding sofa) is too small for 2 people.

• Marek (7/5): Adequate for two adults - The apartment is in walking distance (ca. 800 m, 12 min) from Turku cathedral, Aura river and other attractions. It has a fully equipped kitchenette with two fridges, You can park your car for free overnight up to 9:00 AM. If you want to leave it longer, I bet, you will need an app. I had a problem getting into the apartment. The instructions sent to me in the last moment had an invalid lock box code. I called the owner, but there was no answer. After sorting over dozens Booking messages I did find the one that contained the right lock box code and we could enter the apartment. I thought for a moment I was a victim of a scam. I would prefer to receive a correct code in the welcome message. The apartment is advertised in Finnish as "Charming Studio in the Center of Turku." That's a bit of an exaggeration, as the studio is truly tiny. We were two adults and a child, and we had trouble moving around. The bathroom is comparable in size to a ferry bathroom, but on a ferry, you don't have to stick your head under a cabinet to wash your face. Upon checkout, there was an instruction how to clean the apartment. I guess the text was intended to be funny, e.g. "the dishes don't wash themselves, (I've checked), so return them clean to the cabinet". Well, we normally clean after ourselves, so we found it a bit offensive. Perhaps the owner had a bad previous experience.

• Elena (10/5): A Home Away From Home - It's right next to the bus station which was exactly what I was looking for. I have some of the same furniture and bed linen, so it truly felt like a home away from home ❤️ It was super quiet, so I could still till 4pm without being disturbed. There were very clear and easy to follow instructions how to check in and check out. There's a 24h McDonald's and grocery stores just a few minutes away. Coffee and milk provided It would be nice if there were a few tea bags for those who don't like coffee

• Pasko (9/5): Nice place to stay in Turku - Nice and clean flat near the city center. Well equipped kitchen box. Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine for those of you who can't stand without espresso. Very comfortable bed. Probably the main advantage of this place is the Host - ready to help you with hints and tips, to make you feel comfortable like home. Everything was OK.

• Eva (5/5): Passable - The layout of the apartment was perfect. Peaceful. Excellent wi-fi. Food shop very close by with long opening hours. I liked the kitchen with its full size stove, good size fridge and freezer. Smell of way too much chemicals. For a sensitive and/or allergic person it was not healthy. Bedlinen, towels, duvets, pillows etc had a strong smell of chemical detergent like eg Ariel. If one is to have paying guests I strongly recommend going absolutely chemical/allergy free. Unfortunately I didn't check that box when I searched for lodging on Booking.com. To get the codes to the main entrance door and the key box was not so easy. The host referred me to the confirmation from Booking.com. I could not find any such information. I recommend the host to always send a message directly to the guest with the latest codes. It would be helpful to leave wi-fi codes in the apartment instead of having to contact the host.
