• Milan (1/5): - U smeštaj nismo ni ušli. Zaobilazite ovaj smeštaj u širokom luku. Sve je bilo loše. U smeštaj nismo ni ušli. Nismo ni mogli kontaktirati vlasnike, niko se nije javljao na telefon. Prvi problem je bio lock box (bila su dva identična, jedan se jedva otvorio, mislili smo da je pogrešan pristupni kod). Zgrada je očajna. Stepenište je usko i ruinirano. ČETVRTI SPRAT BEZ LIFTA. Nigde oznake na vratima, ni oznake sprata... Kada se otvore vrata na četvrtom spratu ulazi se u zajedničko predsoblje, veoma neuredno i zapušteno. I njemu se nalazi nekoliko vrata. Pokušali smo ključevima otvoriti nekoliko vrata ali bezuspešno. (u instrukcijama izričito piše da ne zvonimo susedima) Zvali smo vlasnike na dati telefon više outa, ali se niko nije javljao. Frustrirani, odustali smo od ovog smeštaja i našli drugi u pravom hotelu i za gotovo istu cenu dobili i doručak. Zaobilazite ovaj smeštaj u širokom luku.

• Milica (4/5): New apartment, but not good enough - It was close to the city center. The apartment is located in a super old apartment building with very narrow and dark staircase. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to older people and people with small kids with strollers. The apartment wasn’t cleaned good enough. There were strands of hair and nail pieces all over the apartment. There are no curtains and the door to the terrace cannot be closed properly because of that cold air was getting into the bedroom all night. The wall are super thin, you can hear whats happening In the apartment next door. Also, there is not a place where you can put your clothes no wardrobe or anything similar just one single hanger.

• Jonathan (3/5): - La télé, l'emplacement de l'appartement, le lit, et la déco étaient plutôt agréables. L'appartement est au 4ème étage sans ascenseur ce n'est pas signalé dans la description, nous ne sommes pas faignant on adore marcher mais après 1 800 km de route on est un peu KO.Il y a personne pour vous accueillir et la propriétaire vie en Croatie.Le parking a proximité n'est pas gratuit comme stipulé dans l'annonce nous avons payé 45 euros supplémentaires pour 2,5 jours. Nous avons dû faire du hors forfait pour pouvoir contacter la propriétaire car on voulait envoyer les photos de nos pièces d'identités mais ça ne fonctionnait pas car les fichiers étaient trop lourds. De plus nous avons été averti une fois en Bosnie et elle ne fait pas partie de l'Europe donc les tarifs sont très chers. Pas d'eau chaude avant le lendemain après midi, impossibilité de prendre une douche alors que ma femme était malade (grippe).La douche très dangereuse à cause du carrelage très glissant. Il n'y a aucune armoire, ni dressing pour pouvoir ranger ses affaires.Pas de micro-onde, la plaque vitro ne marche pas, pas de chiffon pour essuyer la vaisselle, pas d'égoutoir pour faire sécher la vaisselle, prise électrique qui sort du côté de l'évier, des tâches sur le canapé et certains coussins. Pas d'aspirateur ni de balai pour nettoyer. Au final un séjour qui nous a coûté le double du prix pour une prestation relativement médiocre. Nous ne sommes pas de mauvaise foi car pour un prix plus bas nous avons trouvé un appartement plus agréable avec 2 chambres avec armoire., salon, salle a manger, cuisine totalement équipée, baignoire, lave-linge, aspirateur, plus parking gratuit, avec un super accueil. Certes plus loin du old town cependant un billet de tram ne coûte que 1.10 euros, donc le choix est vite fait.

• Matteo (7/5): - Appartamento curato, posizione perfetta, letto e divano letto molto comodi. Il palazzo è fatiscente, ma appena si entra in casa ci si trova a proprio agio. Terzo piano senza ascensore.

• Selmir (1/5): Äckligt - - Det här var den sämsta upplevelsen hittills. Lägenheten var otroligt smutsig, vanvårdad och full av skador. Låset på badrumsdörren var trasigt, så dörren gick varken att stänga eller låsa. En fruktansvärd stank kom från badrummet, och överallt fanns långa svarta hårstrån – på sängkläderna, handdukarna och golvet. Extrasängen som var avsedd för en tredje person var helt oanvändbar för sömn på grund av smuts, skräp och dålig lukt, och mm. Efter en sömnlös natt lämnade vi lägenheten redan nästa morgon och skickade in ett klagomål både till ägarna och till Booking.com, men jag har fortfarande inte fått något konkret svar.

• Petar (8/5): - Very well designed little apartment centrally located. Packed with sunlight. Definitely ok for 2 people but wouldn't say it's comfortable for a group of 4 if longer stay. If you are sensitive about the shared areas of the building this isn't the flat for you since the building like many other in Sarajevo is very shabby but definitely very centrally located.

• Zinajda (10/5): Mycket nöjd med boendet! - Det var ljust och fint. Bekvämt nära till allt. Tyst och skönt Toaletten var aningen för liten då duschvatten rann över vid toalettstolarna så man fick använda sig av tofflor för att gå in dit efter dusch. Vattnet rann inte riktigt åt rätt riktning
• Irma (5/5): Optisch schöne Unterkunft mit deutlichen Mängeln bei der Sauberkeit. - Die Einrichtung war modern und ansprechend gestaltet. Die Lage der Unterkunft war ebenfalls sehr zentral. Leider war die Sauberkeit im Bad absolut unzureichend, was einen schlechten ersten Eindruck hinterließ. Insgesamt wirkte die Unterkunft nicht wirklich sauber. Besonders problematisch war das Schlafsofa: Es hatte einen großen, unhygienischen Fleck, und wir mussten es notdürftig abdecken, um es überhaupt nutzen zu können – das war wirklich unangenehm.

Location is good. - Close to old town 4 flights of stairs, dark and dusty staircase, no tea/coffee, poor shower system which floods making guests liable which is idiotic. No code provided for entry until evening of check in and non contactable unless you have local sim. You have to make up your own duvets and sheets.
