- Christine (2/5): Disappointing - The location was ok and at least the sheets were clean and bed comfortable I was relocated to different accommodation at the last minute and given a room with en-suite and kitchenette as compensation I met the owner, Reggie, and he was nice The key pad didnt work properly The room could have been perfect if cleaned up properly. Everything in the kitchenette area was grubby and I had tp rewash dishes before using them The paintwork was dirty and the windows inside and out were dirty The main kitchen cupboards were filthy The shower was mouldy and I couldnt walk barefoot as the floors were dirty. Carpets frayed and full of bits and tge kitchen floor was sticky.. I don't enjoy giving a bad review but I've stayed in many cheap air bnb's worldwide and this was by far the uncleanliest ever.
- Samantha (1/5): Dirty hell hole - Nothing could not stay in the filth it was awfulll got the keys walked in door food all in floor filthy fridge bags of rubbish in kitchen dirty used razors in bathroom with hair in empty bottles in bath mixed raw food with other food in fridge together some crawlies in the he bed stained shits whole house I now we had our room well lol but good using anything dirty left put keys back had to get premier two nights ,210 pounds drive from Norwich to a hell hole Everything i t should be condemned I have taken photos as been trying to contact you all week you never reply
