- Clarke (2/5): Very poor - I had booked this place as a simple place to rest it was an ice box always cold might as well have slept outside. The shower was busted and there was barely any hot water, the shower was mildly warm. My fiance had went out and bought a new shower head for the place. I extended my stay and went to pay for the additional days and Rami called and demanded I send the payment within "ONE HOUR" and repeated it several times before i just hung up on her rudeness . I then got a message from her after making the payment that she wasnt going to extend my stay and that she was going to be there in person the next day for check out at 11 am as if she was trying to be intimidating with me. This lady Rami is a sour woman to deal with on the phone and in person right down to the look on her face. Not a very pleasant place or person to deal with. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want to enjoy your stay in Calgary for business or leisure.

- Laurie (8/5): A great little hide out from the weather in the heart of busy Mount Royal - The suite is in a very quiet and private back yard. Very modern and close to good restaurants. The bed could have another cushion added to it and to have had 2 seats off of the bed would have made it a little more livable.
