• ELENA (10/5): Lovely caravan - The accommodation provided everything we needed and more. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much for the care for your cuatomers, the attention to details shown in the way the caravan is equipped. That ww had to go back to work. :) Short stay.
• Lisa (4/5): It was ok but could’ve been great if it had been cleaned. - Good caravan layout in perfect place. The caravan was not clean and had left over food and milk in fridge from previous people. Make up stains on the bedding. Towels did not smell fresh. Had to wipe down all the kitchen surfaces and fridge.
• Louise (10/5): Fantastic caravan , great location - We are home now from a lovely 4 night half term stay at the caravan. The caravan was fantastic and more than accommodated our needs. Suzy was really helpful with some queries we had during our stay. The bus stop is just outside the caravan park for anyone wanting to use the bus rather than drive around. We had a great day at Happy Mount Park & Jump Rush ( we have a 5 year old son), as well as a lovely day in Morecombe to include the Festival Market - a great indoor market and another day out in Lancaster - which was a beautiful city, lots of lovely shops and of course we visited the castle. We would definately recommend and will return again. Thanks to Suzy & family. Nothing - we had a lovely stay

• Ek, (7/5): A very good standard of comfort for a caravan. - We stayed at this property over Christmas 2023, and were pleased when it was available for the same period in December 2024. The beds and seating were comfortable. The kitchen was relatively well stocked. The heating is superb! Radiators and a good gas fire. Some essential items were not present on our arrival, and the contact for the property responded very quickly to help fix the issue promptly, despite it being Christmas Eve and being unwell! It took a while for us to be able to gain access to the park, although it was fine. Very much a first world problem, although there was only one set of batteries for all of the remote controls, so we had to keep swapping them over. As mentioned in the good section, some essential items were not present on our arrival, although this was quickly resolved.

Everything you needed was available in the accommodation with the added bonus of Netflix. Two bathrooms also very welcome. Morecambe itself was rather disappointing, definitely needs regeneration.

• Diane (10/5): Amazing, welcoming, warm, modern spacious, clean, relaxing, home from home mobile home stay ! - Amazing mobile home, clean, homely, modern, large, quiet, would definitely recommend, not far from a great leisure centre, town centre with Jump for kids. Unfortunately the Park Dean resort was a big let down, tired, unwelcoming, unsafe, disappointing.

You won't be disappointed Slight issue n hosts didn't reply to us. Also gutted we wasn't told it had WiFi till 1 hour of checking out we saw it 😕

• Tracy (9/5): Great stay. Excellent accommodation! - The caravan is on a quiet site. Staff on site were very friendly and happily gave us a pass so we could use the bar area. The site is well maintained. It feels like the site is in a run down area of Morecambe. However it is well placed for getting into Morecambe. A 15 minute walk and you are on the sea front. Buses stop outside the site to Morecambe and Lancaster. The caravan is very modern, well laid out, very clean, comfortable and spacious. Loved the outdoor decking area. Nothing to dislike about the caravan itself. Communication with host was excellent. We had a phonecall before our arrival to tell us there was a problem with drainage and a smell. We were offered another van. But chose to stay as it wasn't too bad, didn't bother us too much. Highly recommend this caravan. Would definitely stay again. Nothing to dislike.

Great value for money. highly recommended.’ - we had an amazing stay. caravan was spotless with everything you needed for your stay. it was like home from home. It was very close to the on-site swimming pool, football court and entertainment complex. amazing outdoor decking area and fortunately the sun was shining all holiday so the decking seating area was lovely to enjoy when in the caravan. the main bedroom was luxurious and had walk in wardrobes and an en-suite. the caravan was very spacious. communication was great from start to finish. overall cannot fault this holiday. I wish we could of stayed longer 😊

• Durban (9/5): Great base to use for what we wanted to do, which was ride our motorcycles around the lakes, very go - Very clean and modern caravan, and it came with a bottle of wine too! Trying to use the Parkdean facilities meant "Joining" their club which was extortionate just to be able to eat and drink, so we went along the road to the pub. I cant believe they are turning people away who want to spend money in their establishment, very poor from Parkdean.

• Margaret (10/5): Excellent location, comfortable modern caravan, like home from home. - The caravan was clean and modern with all the mod cons although we didn’t use them. Good location. We have family in Heysham so was a perfect base. The site facilities were not open for another week although your booking information said different. The only downside was when we woke on the Wednesday morning there was a hard frost and we had no heating or hot water, apparently the gas had run out and we only arrived on late Tuesday afternoon and hardly had the heating on. We were out for the day but when we got back the gas was back on.
