• Hana (9/5): Vylet na adventni trhy - Krasny, vkusne zarizeny a prostorny byt. Vsude absolutni klid, vyhled na dve strany. Krasny vyhled. Pesi dostupnost do centra. Moznost bezplatneho parkovani v garazi. My tento byt rozhodne muzeme doporucit! Byl fakt super! Trosku smrdel odpad (drez) v kuchyni, kdyz byl zaspuntovany, nicemu to nevadilo :) Byla to ale opravdu jedina vec, jinak vse perfektni.

• Maren (10/5): Perfekte Wohnung - Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, liegt sehr ruhig und hat alles, was man braucht. Von dem einen Balkon schaut man direkt in den Stadtpark, die Lage ist perfekt, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und der Tiefgaragenplatz ist ein tolles Plus. Der Check-In ist zu jeder Zeit möglich, wir können die Unterkunft zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank! Alles war perfekt.

• Friedrich (10/5): - Wir sind Selbstversorger. Im App. war alles anwesend was man brauchte. Was uns ein bischen eingeengt hat war der Mangel an Hand und Küchen Tüchern. Auch hätten wir uns einen Besen und Kehrschaufel und Handfeger gewünscht.

• Ivica (10/5): Prvi posjet Grazu - Objekt je vrlo topao i vrlo udoban te je na odličnoj lokaciji svega par minuta hoda do centra. Nedostaju kuhinjske krpe.

• Carina (9/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder. - Gute Raumaufteilung, schöne Wohnküche, gut ausgestattet, gemütliche Couch, liebevoll eingerichtet, tolle Aussicht von beiden Balkonen, sehr ruhig in der Nacht, Bahnhof und Innenstadt sind zu Fuss gut erreichbar.

• Roberta (10/5): Srce Graza - Apartman je predivan, prostran ,čist i smješten u samom centru Graza. Dodatna prednost su dva velika balkona. Ujutro kad se probudite imate Graz na dlanu,a izlazak sunca oduzima dah. Graz je naša omiljena lokcija . Ovo je naš četvrti posjet našem Grazu u koji ćemo se i dalje vraćati. Naša domaćica Verena je bila izuzetno susretljiva i pomogla nam je svojim savjetima. Toplo vam preporučamo ovaj apartman. ♥️

• Ran (6/5): - The host was very nice. The apartment is well equipped The apartment was not very clean (e.g. dirty rugs, some dirty dishes). It was also somewhat neglected (broken drawer and a clogged sink in the bathroom). Shady neighborhood imo
• Husić (9/5): - Lokacija perfektna,komunikacija sa vlasnikom takodjer,garaza blizu apartmana,tiho,sigurno i prostrano tako da je odlican izbor za porodicu ili dva para. Nema bitnih nedostataka za pomenuti.

• _Václav_ (10/5): Byli jsme velmi spokojeni :) - Čistý uklizený byt Blízko do centra, všude jsme chodili pěšky, na všechny památky je to kousek. Obchod za rohem Hlavním benefitem byla garáž kam jsme zaparkovali i s velkým autem ( výška 199 cm ) Park naproti bytu Dobré internetové připojení Televize smart, starší, měla problém zvládnout načítání Full HD filmů. Televize nezvládala ani samu sebe, sekala se.

Verena was a wonderful host and helped us with everything that came up. Having a private underground parking space was also a big plus. Highly recommend this place!

• Monika (8/5): Cozy apartment, great location - Nice apartment with an excellent location, centre reachable by foot. Cozy and spacious, very bright and warm. Communication with the owner/Agency smooth, they have granted us an earlier check in, very kind and flexible. It could def. be cleaned better. The inside of the kitchen was full of crumbs and the refrigerator had a bad smell. Missing some utilities such as a wine opener. The door lock is automatic, one cannot lock himself with a key or any kind of mechanizam. This gave me a feeling that I am unsafe, taking in consideration that the door also open automatically. Would be nice to have automatic plus the regular lock for deeper sleep. Missing enough towels. We were group of 3 and each of us got a towel, but there was no one general towel for the hands per example. Doses for soap and shampoo were half empty...

• Lucie (10/5): Gorgeous apartment close to the center - Absolutely stunning apartment with everything we needed, and more. Fully and beautifully furnished, we immediately felt at home. The host, Verena, was very helpful when we needed to arrive a little earlier than expected. The apartment was spacious, clean, and quiet, with one side to the park and a view of the castle Schlossberg. Everything was at walking distance: the supermarkets, the railway station, the Graz center with restaurants and museums. We stayed only three nights and wished we could stay longer.
• Martin (10/5): Great location, great place, great host. - Great location to explore downtown which is within a 10-minute walking distance. It is right at Volksgarten park which has a great playground for the kids and some water fountain features. Nice, bright apartment, fully equipped to make your own meals with 2 Separate bedrooms, one with balcony and another balcony at the living / kitchen area. We really enjoyed the place and where very happy with the responsiveness of the host. Shower doors that don't cover the whole length of the bathtub (but understandable because it would be difficult to come up with a solution for this space optimized room).
• Rachel (10/5): Exceptional - What an amazing place to stay! 2 balconies either side of the apartment so we could eat out and embrace the view of the lovely park below us. Great location, very close to the train station and the city centre. All the facilities you need and close to the supermarket. Host was very kind and flexible. Would happily stay here again. Only thing to mention is no washing machine or iron, just in case you are there for a while. Noticed there was a launderette on the other side of the park though.
