Una sartén que si quieres hacer algo para comer hay gestionar los tiempos Cubertería vasos .. lo justo tambien Quien gestiona todo el tema de las fincas levante que son los que dan las llaves muy mal educados...tuvimos un percance por un olvido al check out y nos trataron fatal al ir pasados unas horas del mismo día..sin saber lo ocurrido ni donde estaba no avisaron ...un desastre
• Bernard (8/5): Had a great holiday in a very tired apartment - Great Location Beach Front and only 5 minutes from the “Strip” Great View 15 minutes stroll to old town along the paved front Bus stops nearby €2 any local location Both Caretakers Brilliant Lifts always working Always clean We didn’t experience any noise problems Didn’t use the Toaster Oven Hob Microwave Washing machine Iron Kettle all worked well No problems collecting keys from letting agents But our times were good and not out of hours €200 deposit The actual apartment is very tired But everything was clean and tidy It could do with a upgrade Both with fixtures and fittings The decor is drab All the furniture Living room/Bedroom/Kitchen/Bathroom is outdated More MFI than IKEA Bedding and Towels are also old There are NO cleaning products or equipment Except for a mop and bucket No soap No water for drinking We knew that on booking Being our 2nd visit Knowing all the details didn’t detract from our experience of a lovely Holiday

Rang the number to find a office near the apartment open until 2. Collected key from there. This info needs updating on the bookings.

Ojo al parking las plazas son muy pocas y de una semana que estuve paso 3 días fuera del parking y estuve en octubre, no me imagino en temporada alta.
• María Encarnación (1/5): Las vistas al mar no compensan el desconfor del apartamento. - Lo que mas gustó fue las vistas al mar, pero queda descompensado por la suciedad en todo el apartamento, cucarachas nada mas entrar el primer día correteando, sábanas y toallas muy viejas, Llegamos un sábado y el termo de agua caliente no funcionaba, todo el fin de semana sin agua caliente, sólo el lunes cambiaron el termo, lo que indica que estaba estropeado anteriormente. El apartamento muy muy muy sucio. Como sugerencia invito a leer los malos comentarios de otros huéspedes y valido cada uno de los comentarios escritos, todos son absolutamente ciertos. Las fotos aportadas son una pequeña muestra de la suciedad de cada rincón, también dispongo de un vídeo con bichos correteando pero no deja adjuntar. Los colchones de las camas son de esponja, insufribles.

Wc spoelde niet goed door. Koud water bij het douchen. Wc kon je niet heel goed op zitten, je zat dan met je ellebogen in de wasbak.

• Zani (8/5): Due settimane in riva al mare - Posizione ottima, svegliarsi alla mattina guardando il mare non ha paragoni. Vicinissimo a tutti i servizi: supermercati, farmacie, tabacchi, negozi. Appartamento non troppo grande, ma giusto per accogliere 4 persone. Poca disponibilità di parcheggio. Ci sono solo 30 posti per 99 appartamenti e non c'è la possibilità di prenotarne uno. Se vuoi fare un giro con la macchina rischi di doverla lasciare nelle vie della città, che sono tutte a pagamento.

Keys were a nightmare. Kept sticking in the doors. Advertised as a Balcony/terrace but couldn't stand out or sit out in it. Glass sliding windows.wouldnt go back again.

All the fittings were cheap and ill fitting. And having to pay for a TV that was tiny was a joke. Washing machine was all rusty. Beds were so hard. Took pictures because I could believe how bad it was. This Apartment had originally been a balcony and had windows put around it. 2 mugs 3 plates. Everything was cheap cheap cheap. Kettle was so tiny you couldn't make a cup for 4 people. Would never recommend

• Karen (10/5): Lovely location but key collection was a pain - The apartment was lovely, we've stayed before so we knew what to expect We were told to collect the keys at the office, between 4 and 7 pm, we arrived at 1.30 which was too early so went for food to pass the time, when we got to the office at 4, we were told by a stranger that the office wasn't going to be open at all, we then saw a small notice to say we had to go to a different apartment (about a mile away) to collect the keys, so I had to leave my partner and daughter with the luggage and rush off to find a taxi to take me to collect the keys which I know isn't the end of the world but we were all so tired, it would have been nice to have known beforehand and we could have gone straight there

• Andrea (9/5): Very satisfied !! 🤗 - I am very satisfied, it was just what I was looking for, super comfortable, very clean, excellent location and very quiet. I will definitely go back there next time. I can only suggest that you put some basic items for the arrival, such as dish soap and a sponge and salt and sugar in sachets, thank you very much. And I didn't think it was fair that I had to pay extra for the wifi service, considering the price.
• Amanda (7/5): Generally good. No hairdryer supplied. No taps on bath. Just left shower in to fill it up. No handra - Had to get a taxi from key pickup to apartment as normal office closed on Sundays. Also had to wait 2 hours for reception to open at 4pm. So lots of waiting around.
• Linda (7/5): Nice - Stunning views and the apartment were very spacious. The location is excellent. Was a little dated. It would have been nice to have an outside balcony, but we knew that when we booked. A few more clean towels wouldn't go a miss. Maybe a bit of complementary washing up liquid would be handy. No hair dryer, I had to go buy one. No loo roll on arrival. We arrived Sunday tea time and had to get a taxi to go collect the keys. When you have luggage to hump around 15 minutes, walking each way is a bit of a task when you've been travelling. Maybe a key box with a code would be better.

Although it was clean it did smell in utility area and bathroom . The apartment we booked wasn't in the pictures you were advertising. I want to see what I'm getting. • Ian (7/5): Excellent location with basic facilities would recommend this location for a cheap affordable holida - Location, and view also nice big windows. No Mirror or air conditioning so needed windows open which become noisy at night and bugs to fly in

• Overson (7/5): Good - Very good location, very clean and tidy The things we didn't like was we came in a hire car, and they offered us parking which we took, it was behind the gate, and we parked, on our last night, we needed to leave at 3am to catch our flight for 7am which we missed because we couldn't get out the gate, no buttons for exit, called the emergency line and no one answered and there was no staff, we wasn't given a fob even though the staff known we came in a car, so now we have to pay for a hotel for one more night and the 3 of us had to pay 400 each for flights! Very disappointed the fact their ain't a button to exit or hold how to exit, the next day we went to the office and they blame us because we didn't ask for a fob, how was we ment to know we needed a fob? When I collected the keys, I literally asked them about parking and they said park in a space, so definitely not staying here again!
