• Courtney (8/5): Very cute place. - Very cute place. Feels like you’re on a safari retreat. Pool area was nice with a big pool. Restaurant was lovely, breakfast was delicious. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The rooms were small and with no AC, for the amount that is charged, AC should be added or prices need to be lowered. It is a bit far from the city so getting in & out of town with out a car would be difficult.

Good pool. Relaxing place in a beautiful spacious environment. The dinner menu is limited (especially when you are vegetarian).

• Gregory (4/5): Expectations were not unrealistic but it fell well below this and so it was overall disappointing. - The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful trees. Almost no water pressure and no hot water at that which resulted in a dribble of cold water in the shower so we could not shower and no staff after 7pm to ask to rectify the situation. Breakfast was offered as eggs, sausage, pancakes and baked beans but the serving comprised only of eggs. Nothing more. Ants were so bad you cihkd not stand in one place for more than a few seconds before the ants crawled all over your legs and feet.

• Lydia (8/5): Beautiful setting for exploring Morogoro - Esther was an amazing host and gave us a warm welcome. The lodge was easy to find and Esther was great at organizing transport when we needed it, a guided hike up to Bondwa Peak and a 1 day safari to Mikumi National Park. The swimming pool and lounge areas were clean and offered a relaxing environment. The 4 sleeper cabin was very comfortable with beautiful mountain and sunset views. The wifi was a disappointment. We struggled to connect and stay connected and was only available in the lounge/dining area.

We were gutted not to be able to use the facilities more due to arriving very late on the first day, out all day on safari the following day, and then checked out early on day 3. Nothing!
• Māra (8/5): Very good - Beautiful jungle area The nicest staff We were the only guests, so all the area with swimming pool and lounge was for us to use. Poor wifi, definitely can not use for work. Meals are pre order only, that can be inconvenient, especially when we arrive late and they are already gone after 7pm.

• Amar (7/5): Overall I would recommend this place as it is good value for money, safe and clean. - good location and budget. friendly staff - dinner menu for vegetarians can be improved but were accommodating. poor lighting and bathrooms can be better secured - rain comes in, lots of bugs and etc. not a problem but could be designed better without significant cost. Lighting should also improve, give more switches inside since these are permanent tents.

• Matthias (6/5): Pleasant - It's a smallish place and has a very personal atmosphere. Staff was lovely, coffee strong and beers cold. It didn't affect us as we were staying in a bungalow but if you're camping, the whole ground seems to be made of about equal parts earth and ants, and it's the nasty biting ones.

• Franka (7/5): Great ambience - Esther is a very welcoming host. We stayed in the the tented rooms which were comfortable. The location is calm and green. Overall a good stay worth the price. The breakfast was very basic with limited and small options. Our shower didn't work well (cold and small stream) but in the other tent it worked fine.
