Koraginjala (1/5): Not happy with this property - they lack transparency - I booked this property based on the listing, which clearly stated that it was air-conditioned. However, upon arrival, I found that there was no air conditioning at all—not even a standing fan. When I asked the property owner about this, the only response I received was to "open the windows." This lack of transparency and disregard for guest comfort is unacceptable. I felt misled and uncomfortable throughout my stay. I do not recommend this property to others.

Robin (5/5): The host was not helpful whatsoever, the garage key fob and the key fob for the building itself did not work for me duri - The suite itself was very clean and very updated. The bed was comfortable to sleep in I didn’t like the construction in the building, if I had at least been informed that a common issue could arise such as getting yourself and your 3 year old stuck in the condemned staircase, unable to find an exit or access the garage again, I would have been prepared and it wouldn’t have taken me over an hour to check into my bnb.
