• Roxana (1/5): Horrible experience. Stay away from this ! Traveled the world this place by far the worst ! - The location of the property is in the center but to enter the propriety you must go thru a horrible gang filled with graffiti, garbage and questionable people . We were afraid to stop and get the key out. The building is disgusting outside and inside . The owner did not describe that there are stairs before elevator abd after to get into the apartment . It was very hard to handle w big suitcases . That Saturday was a rain storm and there was no electricity in several apartments including this apartment. We waited fior about 3 h. Got in and out .,spoke with neighbors who also did not have electricity they said since the morning. We meet people in the lobby who were asking for the building super and were also leaving bc of the lack of electricity. Everyone told us it will not be fixed till at least Monday bc of the weekend . Tried thru several methods to contact the owner or anyone unsuccessful . No answer to the phone or email . Could not reach customer service …Had people from Switzerland who rented in the hotel next door trying to help us also unsuccessful. They filmed us returning the key in the horrible gang as proof that we did not stay there the night in dark . So, we found other accommodations on a rainy , stormy Saturday night with luggage’s and lots of aggravation . Since we could not stay there in the dark . The entire building was spooky , graffiti , garbage , even bugs on the floor in the lobby. I took pics and video . It looked worse that the worst neighborhood in Bronx. We needed our phones charged. We needed a cup of hot tea after a day of rain . No one answered . More next day finally the owner answered and said that the electricity was off only a couple of hours and refused to reimburse us even though we could not stay there in the dark . DO NOT RENT this place .

• Karolina (6/5): Za tę cenę ok, bez wow. - Apartament był nowoczesny, bardzo ładnie urządzony. Samodzielne zameldowanie super. Właściciel pozwolił nam się zameldować wcześniej. W łazience niestety grzyb i wilgoć, duży problem z gorącą wodą. W mieszkaniu dużo kurzu. Trzeba popracować nad czystością. Za mało pościeli i ręczników, za co właściciel przeprosił i wskazał miejsce gdzie możemy znaleźć komplet. Niestety nie znaleźliśmy.
• Crisleni (6/5): - Location was close everything. Apartamente is good for 2 people. Equipped kitchen all you need for you stay. The only problem, there is no shower. I recommend it if cold shower isn't a problem for you.. I just don't like the cold shower.
• Vasilis Syropoulos (5/5): Ναι αλλά - Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή με πρόσβαση σε πολλά μέρη και μεσα μεταφοράς. Η οικοδομή το εσωτερικό και το ασανσέρ, βρωμάει όπως και η είσοδος της οικοδομης μυρίζει κατούρημα. Πολύ παλιά οικοδομή. Το ζεστό νερό ήθελε πολυ ωρα μεχρι να έρθει πάνω από 10 λεπτα! Το δωμάτιο σε πολυ γενικές γραμμές ήταν καθαρό.
• KaterinaStam (8/5): - Very good location and nice apartment. The host was very responsive Central heating system didn't allow us to adjust the temperature as we wanted so it felt a bit chilly for us. The entrance and stairs of the building were not that clean
• Devera (3/5): - Byt bol na vzhľad pekný. Prístup ubytovateľa, úplne rezignovaný prístup ubytovateľa k tomu ako je hostom v apartmane, keď je nefunkčné kúrenie. Byt môže byť krásny, keď v ňom nemáte teplú vodu a teplo. Nie som hlúpy aby som nevedel ako funguje centrálne kúrenie, no asi ťažko si v apartmáne zakúrite ak na radiatoroch nie sú termostaticke hlavice. Asi snaha ušetriť na energiách. Ubytovateľ nevyhovujúci stav nijako neriešil.
• Georgia (10/5): Lovely stay - great location - The apartment is beautiful, very modern, and perfect for couples traveling. You will find everything you need. The location is excellent – bus and metro stops are right in front of the building, but public transport is almost unnecessary for the main attractions in Bucharest, as everything is within walking distance. The self-check-in and check-out were super simple thanks to a helpful YouTube video. The host is very accommodating and always willing to offer advice on restaurants, parking or whatever you need, whenever asked. Communication was excellent – always friendly, quick, and helpful. I will definitely book this apartment again when I return! I have nothing negative to say about this apartment. Just a small note: you need to let the water run for a little while before it gets warm in the shower. It doesn’t take long, and then the water is nicely hot! :)

• Angela (8/5): Great location. Good value. - Great location! Great communication with the owner. The owner tried to rectify problems quickly! The building stunk badly. The room and bedding wasn’t the cleanest.

• Adrian (6/5): TOO expensive for what it offers - The apartment was clean and I was able to check in an hour earlier. The furniture was fine and modern The corridor was dirty with a strong smell of urine, quite noisy, the rooms were much smaller than in the pictures and the water was barely warm - I had to let it run for about an hour before it was barely bearable to take a shower. The unreasonably high price for what it offers, prices like in western countries, but not the quality - to be avoided

There is not hot water at all, we had to warm some water in the kitchen, it would have been a 10 for me but I had to give 5 because I think the hot water it’s the most important thing, especially if outside it’s -4°.
• Craig (10/5): Comfortable cosy stay in an exceptional area. - The apartment was a great “home from home” and was positioned well to connect to multiple buses. Accommodation wise it had a comfortable bed, a great living room, well equipped kitchen (with coffee provided!) and a cute little bathroom. There is so much storage for any belongings and luggage you bring, and loads of coat hangers. The host was quick to provide access details before my arrival and contacted me back quickly when I raised a query. The WiFi was fast and the apartment was well lit and very quiet. It was great to have a washing machine facility! I am already planning my return visit to Bucharest and Candyland is my first choice. As mentioned in a few reviews the water takes a while to come through hot, but eventually does. Do not be put off. Perhaps some basic cooking things could be included like salt/pepper/oil.
• Felix (6/5): Interrail 3 Day Stay in Bucharest - Overall one can say that the apartment itself was certainly pleasant to good. Appreciated features included a very modern interior which seemed to have only recently been renovated. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment overall fealt cozy. Not to mention the location which was absolutely perfect. When you exit the apartment, you have the metro entrance to Piața Romana station right in front of you, do definetly prime location. Regarding the price-to-value ratio, we weren't complaining either. The price, so we thought, was certainly appropriate for what one received. The staff was also friendly overall and tried to let us into the apartment as early as possible as we already arrived in Bucharest in the morning. Overall we rate this apartment as pleasant due to unfortunate aspects which we did not appreciate as much, as is described below. Even though the interior is very modern and the pictures do actually reflect this, there were some aspects we wanted to point out which we found lacking. For one, the apartment had an awful stench to it. We felt like the possibility to ventilate was almost not given as there was a constant foul smell in the apartment. Furthermore, when cooking, this only worsened as the window in the kitchen didn't open properly. Regarding the kitchen, there was a lack of basic amenities. In an apartment for four people, two spoons, two knifes, etc. is simply too little. The same way, there was no detergent for the dishwasher, no towels to dry plates and cutlery with and overall just an empty kitchen in our opinion. In the living room the next unpleasant surprise was waiting. The door to the terrace was falling off one of the hinges so it wouldn't open or close properly anymore. Essentially it was just hanging precariously from one end. We were hoping for the three days that it wouldn't fall off completely. Finally, the ventilation system in the bathroom is just as disappointing as in the rest of the apartment. It appears that pigeons were able to build a nest on the outside part of the ventilation shady, so you were able to hear all there movements and noises while showering. Not too pleasant. The building which the apartment is located in is furthermore quite old so that's also something to be aware about. It didn't bother us personally though. So conclusively, we are not saying that this apartment shouldn't be booked. We did enjoy our stay. However we also wanted to point out the aspects which we found definitely to need some improving.

• Altina (8/5): Cosy and clean apartment. Will definitely book again! - The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Very clean and more than enough space for the both of us. Small thing but didn’t have a microwave or extra blankets.

The water bottle waiting for me in the refrigerator was such a treat after a busy day traveling. Coffee for the morning. It was clean and all of the decor was in calming tones. It allowed me to rest after too much quick travel. The video showing check in instructions was so helpful. I didn't stay longer.
• Vucko (10/5): Great deal! - The location is great, could not be better, the bus and metro station are in front of the building, the old town is two metro stations away, bus line 100 goes directly from the airport to the station in front of the apartment. We highly recommend this apartment.

• Zoe (10/5): Amazing accommodation. Incredible service. - The location was amazing 20 mins from airport in Bolt, 30 mins in public transport. Right outside station. 30 mins walk to old town. Shop down the road. All ameanaties, washing machine and pods, beautifully set up. Kettle fridge etc. extremely clean. Would highly recommend. Contact made throughout stay and was incredibly quick. Super easy to contact and great location. Nothing just shower takes about 5 mins to warm up but there is a notice for that. So wouldn't complain about anything.

• Graziella (8/5): Very good - The host was very helpful and responsive even late at night It is in a very good location, close to metro and bus stop. Apartment is modern, spacious, clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you might need during the stay. The apartment is in the 6th floor served with an elevator but since it is small, once we had to take the staircase and found a homeless guy sleeping on the ground of the common area of the stairway. The main entrance is found in a short alley which is a bit dirty and smells bad. You need to wait a bit to have hot water in the shower and since the shower drain was maybe clogged, you end up with standing water
• Irina (8/5): I am satisfied by my staying here. - It is a good apartment in the city center. I was satisfied in general. We had some issues with heating systems, but the owner helped to fix it. Difficult to manage the conditioner. You need to wait about 10 minutes in the morning to get warm water in the shower.

• Wilfred (9/5): Clean and beautiful apartment - Great place to stay . A wonderful modern apartment , fresh and clean . Good service and great communication with the staff . Not so far with car from old town . Needed microwave. Otherwise I’m satisfied.
