• Bleona (6/5): - Communication with the host was great and he was quick to fix our problems. Enough space around to park the car. They forgot to prepare a bed, but that was quickly fixed. However the amanities are at the bare minimum: just one towel per person and mine wasn't even completely dry when we arrived; no kitchen towels or paper; no washing machine; zero wardrobe in one room. Also, it is not very close to the center, at least 20 minutes walk.

• Kristen (10/5): Great stay in walking distance to the center city! - We found parking right near the property. It was comfortable and had air conditioning. The toilet wasn’t easy to flush, but the owner told us about it in advance.

• Mpet57 (8/5): Bien - Appartement spacieux et calme. Arrivée autonome (boîte à clés) ce qui nous a permis d'être flexibles dans nos horaires. Climatisation dans les chambres et le séjour. Boissons payantes : on aurait apprécié une bouteille d'eau plate offerte, comme c'est le cas dans toutes les locations. Salle de bain : rideau de douche pas pratique, pommeau de douche (douchette à main) qui ne fonctionne pas (seule la pomme haute fonctionne) Wc : la chasse d'eau peine à fonctionner Parking : attention, il est difficile de trouver une place pour se garer dans la rue.

• Luis (9/5): Un apartamento con todas las necesidades y muy bien ubicado !!! ☺️ - Todo en general apartamento grande con comodidades de toallas sábanas incluso desayuno cafés infusiones lo necesario para pasar unos días sin necesidad de agobiarte y tener que ir a buscarlo son pequeños detalles que te hacen sentir como en casa…. Nada !!! Nos han tratado como en casa.
• Gema (8/5): Cómodo para visitar Palermo - El piso era muy amplio. La cocina estaba totalmente equipada. En la nevera dejó algunos productos a modo de minibar. Que si no tienes nada es bastante cómodo. La cisterna del WC estaba rota. Perdía agua y era muy complicado que se volviera a llenar. Se lo comenté al casero y me dio las gracias indicando que lo arreglaría.

• Julio Alberto (9/5): Muy buena opción para tu viaje a Palermo - El piso era fantástico, muy amplio y acogedor. A pesar de no estar muy céntrico, puedes ir caminando a las principales atracciones de la ciudad. Si alquilas coche hay mucho aparcamiento en los alrededores y es cómodo el acceso y salida de la ciudad. Como aspecto a mejorar diría que el colchón no era muy cómodo y que no tiene lavadora ni horno. A pesar de esto volvería a repetir sin dudarlo

• Pavel (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect. Friendly and helpfull owner, working aircondition, calm surroundings, walking distance to train and city center. Flat is a bit used (missing parts of paiting on doors etc) yet everything is clean and well functioning. So no complaints at all. Just do not expect super modern place.
• Alesia (10/5): The best place to stay in Palermo - What an amazing place in Palermo! Truly, i don’t know where to start. First of all, the owner is so helpful, polite and so nice. He offered us great advice on where to go and what to do, and was easily and quickly reachable at all times. The area where the apartment is is very calm and quiet, we felt secure at all times, and we could easily find a free parking there. For the apartment: i only have great things to say. Everything smelled so good, so clean with all necessary (and more) items! It was super comfortable, spacious, with a balcony, great AC in all rooms. Honestly, i am so happy we stayed there! • Ralf (8/5): Very good - Very nice flat in a quiet area, not much traffic. Shops for everyday items within 5 min. footwalk. Very nice and helpful Landlord, who also gave some tips for places to visit. If you prefer a relaxing stay and don't need high life, this is the perfect location.

• Sandra (9/5): Superb - Nice, responsive host. The whole apartment is just like home. About 1 km from the center. The nearest railway station is 500m away. One bedroom didn't have air conditioning yet, but if we kept the door open it was fine.
