• moira (8/5): - Estuvimos cómodos y pudimos dormir sin ruidos. La escalera, realmente es terrible ese tercer piso con maletas y sin maletas. La salida de la puerta del departamento esta pegado a la escalera y es peligroso.

Bien équipé Le personnel est très agréable et nous a monté et descendu nos valises compte tenu des 3 étages Je n’ai pas aimé que dans le descriptif il ne soit pas mieux signalé que ce soit au 3ème étage SANS ASCENSEUR et qu’il faille fouillé dans le descriptif pour le découvrir, cela nous a gâché le séjour car nous sommes âges. A 20 mn à pied du Duomo

• Sanchez (9/5): - Muy cómodo el departamento. Tener en cuenta que es en un tercer piso. La zona es muy tranquila y todo estaba muy bien Estaría bueno que dejen alguna rejilla, detergente y esponja para limpiar la mesa. El baño rojo es super pequeño y aunque se puede utilizar la ducha, al no haber rejillas o trapo de piso se complica al.momento de secarlo

• Timur (8/5): - The Santa Croce Elegant Apartment has a superb location and is spacious to accommodate a group of 5 people. It is within Florence ZTL (restricted driving area), so you have to be very careful to navigate the route and timing or use fairly expensive parking garages if you want to drive up to check-in and check-out. Otherwise, this is a very good base for exploring Florence. The kitchen has the induction stove (energy efficient and typical for Europe), but most pans require an adapter. Please note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators, so getting up to the apartment with luggage could be a challenge for some guests.
• Esther (9/5): Maravillosa estancia en la ciudad más bonita del mundo - Nos encantó, aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, muy amplio y limpio, Con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable (cafetera de capsulas, micoondas, menaje, sartenes...). Muy bien situado. El anfitrión muy agradable, resolvio todas nuestras dudas y nos recibió con mucha amabilidad. No tiene ascensor, lo cual puede hacer complidado el acceso al 4º piso para personas con problemas de movilidad. El segundo baño era muy pequeño y la ducha casi no se podia usar.
• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - The location was absolutely wonderful, and the host was very helpful with our luggage because it is on the third floor with no lift. Very clean and great ac. The 2nd bathroom doesn't have any ac vent so it gets hot like a sauna.
• Sheaffer (10/5): Very comfortable accommodations in a quaint neighborhood close to all the attractions in Florence. - Location was excellent. Rooms on opposite sides were nice and the living room space was also nice. Surrounding neighborhood and proximity to bakery and market was excellent. AC in each room was absolutely a game changer. Recommend at least 2 sets of bath towels per person for a longer stay.

• Jennifer (9/5): Excellent apartment close to local night life - 1.The apartment is almost brand new, with nice kitchen appliances. Both beds are 160 cm wide. We were two people, each one of us occupied a double bedroom. No extra cost in this case: very honest in price transparency. (In some other apartments they would charge you extra for this situation.) 2.The Alfred Concierge is just next door. We didn't need to visit for help, otherwise would be very convenient. Their service was very professional, and so helpful that they exceeded our expectation. We received a list of recommended restaurants even. 3.The door has an extra lock to keep it safe. 4.Remember to adjust the heating radiator, it works very well and can get too hot at night. 1.The bed sheets were clean but the blanket inside smells of somebody's sweat, and the smell went through the sheet. 2.One bathroom could be used only as a toilet (too barebone for shower). Luckily we were just two people, one shower was enough. 3.One bedroom is very quiet, the other more noisy. 4.No cigarette smell from neighbors like in some reviews, so that smoking neighbor was gone! However, I recommend the owner consider buying some door seals for the main door. There are some big gaps which would let in air from outside. Door seals (like rubber tapes) won't cost more than 30 euros! 5.We got a discount for booking this apartment on mobile phone, otherwise I'd decrease the value-for-money rating. The location is very close to local night life, but far from the main sights, and especially not easy to walk on a rainy day.

• Carrie (9/5): Great apartment for a small group - The location is excellent - two of the rooms were completely quiet at night and the third had some neighbor noise during the day but was quiet at night. The apartment is up a few flights of stairs but overall easily accessible with light luggage. Clean towels, soaps and hairdryers were available. It was clean and comfortable. We received prompt communication via Booking and also through a concierge service via WhatsApp. A few basic supplies for cleaning dishes would be helpful to find easily. The second bathroom is a wet room so we used just one shower. At least one set of towels had only small towels while others were complete. However, many times, the concierge service and host (via Booking) asked the same questions which we'd answered already.
• Sarah (9/5): Superb - Very comfortable beds. Lots of space and clean. There were no cloths for cleaning the kitchen.
• Paula (6/5): What a location - The property was beautifully clean, spacious and warm. A big plus was that the windows opened and we could let the air in. The beds were comfortable and long. The location was excellent, very central for everywhere we visited, most places (according to Google maps) were 13 minutes walk away. There is an excellent coffee shop almost opposite, ideal for breakfast and Casa Buonarroti, once Michelangelo’s home ~ now a wonderful gallery, is a few doors down the street. Internet was great. The second shower’s plumbing needs attention, the coffee machine was broken and there was no corkscrew so we bought one and left it. The sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable and we had to bring a kitchen chair in if all four of us wanted to sit in there.

• Motoko (10/5): A great apartment - charming, clean, safe and comfortable - Our stay was excellent overall. The host accommodated our request for an early check-in and was already there to meet us at the property so that we could leave our luggages. The location was great as it was within walking distance to many attractions and there is a really nice bakery across the apartment. It was very clean, warm and the beds were comfortable. I liked that it was on the top floor so it was very bright. The space had multiple bedrooms and bathrooms - perfect for our family of 5. These are not really cons but the room we were in was on the top floor so if the suitcases are heavy the staircase climb may be tough. You may have to purchase detergent for dishwashers or laundry washers if you want to use them but there are stores nearby.
