• hshw (10/5): - This apartment is huge and has everything you need. Great place to get breakfast across the road if not cooking. Basic supermarket a few minutes walk if cooking. All the extra bits to help you cook too oil and seasoning are a must for me. Lovely little balcony overlooking the road to people watch and have a drink. This is a main road and it is noisy. Needs a new shower head in shower but that is a quick easy fix.

• Paul (9/5): - Outstanding location...could not be better. Easy access to old town, main square and transport links. Even a mini market 100 yds away. Apartment very spacious, kitchen incredibly well equipped with modern appliances. Bathroom ludicrously small given the size of the apartment. Located on the first floor but there is a lift. A small question mark on the thougherness of the clean. No apartment clean or fresh towels provided during the stay which as the daily rate is not in the economy bracket was a surprise. However overall very happy and would not hesitate to recommend and return here in the future. Small bathroom

• Judith (9/5): Tolles Appartement mit Altbau Charme - Das Appartement ist sehr schön, ein toller Altbau mit Charme. Morgens zu frühstücken und durch das große Fenster/ die Balkontüren zu schauen... Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt im Zentrum, Einkaufsmarkt direkt um die Ecke. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür und somit auch die zentrale Straße direkt vor der Tür. Heißt mit leichtem Schlaf braucht man hier Ohropax. Mich hat's nicht gestört. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett. Preis Leistung (bis auf Kleinigkeiten siehe unten) super. Die Einrichtung ist an sich sehr gut, aber es müsste ein bisschen was gemacht werden... Türgriffe anschrauben, Leisten und Steckdosen Verblendungen befestigen, die waren teilweise lose. Batterien in Uhren und in den Kerzen waren leider leer. Ein neuer Duschkopf müsste mal her.

• Kathryn (10/5): Wonderful place to stay! - It was located very close walking distance to everything and the service was great! The lady met me outside to greet me and show me how everything works. There is a Lyft as well. Felt safe I didn’t like the noise from cars but that’s to be expected in a city.

• Gilbert (10/5): We'd stay here again in a heartbeat - One of the best apartments we stayed in during our month long visit to Italy. Had just about everything we could have asked for - balconies, two huge smart TV's, very spacious, well appointed and furnished and super location. The host met us at the front door, spoke English and was very helpful and friendly and ... they even had a working elevator in the building - unbelievable. No free parking and closest paid parking was a good ten minute walk. But that's par for the course if you want to stay in or near the old part of any popular Italian town
• Nicholas (3/5): Poor - Location was perfect. No complaints about that aspect. Some minor noise at night, expected and easily mitigated by closing windows. Layout of property functional, to include kitchen and amount of space. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Contact person on booking.com did graciously make a dinner reservation for us that could only be made by phone. Difficult check in. Arrived to find property 26 degrees Celsius and property manager was not aware about how the air conditioning unit worked. We waited a half hour with some very frantic calls to the owner to figure out proper operation. Once started, the AC worked well. The kitchen was not very clean and not well outfitted. An Italian kitchen with no olive oil should not be referred to as a fully outfitted kitchen. We left some behind after our stay. Turned off by the fact that my contact person on booking.com was not the one who met us in person. The person who met us on behalf of the management company seemed uninformed about the property and its care and function. Lastly, the bathroom was very unsanitary and the drain in the shower did not work properly on our arrival. On our first day, after a flight, bus ride, and half hour walk from the train station, we had to start and stop the shower water 4-5 times during a normal shower to allow drainage. There was a very significant amount of visible mold and pink bacteria along the entirety of the floor tray and shower door molding. We had seen this to a minor extent in other places, but it was very significant at this property. For being a "luxury apartment," this was truly unwelcome. I give the property manager credit for coming the next day to declog the drain in the least invasive way possible. However, if the management company had even looked in the shower to notice its poor state before our arrival, we could have avoided much aggravation. Overall disappointing experience that significantly raised stress during a holiday from half a world away.

• Shaowei (10/5): Great stay near to Arena - Superb location close to the Arena, shopping street, supermarket, and many good food. Arrival was also made easy with someone to welcome us and ensure we got to the apartment with no fuss. It’s just next to a busy street so inevitable to experience noises late at night and in early morning.

• Roger (9/5): Superb - Nice and large! Excellent location. Good coffee machine and well-equipped kitchen. I didn’t find the contactless check-in process enjoyable (needed a lot of emails & whatsapp messages). You hear traffic quite clearly from the bedroom, even with the shutters closed. No kitchen paper towels and stingy with the toilet paper.
• Patricia (6/5): Luxury with serious issues. - Location and space. No way to call host, access to apt and building required a smart phone and was not reliable. We had trouble getting into and out of the building and apt several times. Also, the ac unit was in the living room.and did not cool the rest of the apt very well. The living room was too cold but we had to keep the temp low to try to make the rest of the apt cooler.

• Ecaterina (10/5): The best apartment - The apartment is simply amazing. Big, confortable, everything you may need for a longer stay. The location is also fabulous. Literally 2 minutes walk to the Arena. Communication with the host was great and easy. Acces to the apartment was easy. Nothing to mention whatsoever.

The rooms are filled with light. The owner responded quickly to all of our inquiries. There was some street noise at night, but it could be minimized by closing the shutters.

Attention to detail amazing. Perfect location in old town. Easy walking everywhere. Car park 5 mins away-grocery store 1 block away-amazing healthy breakfast place ( Oblo) 1 block away and even aircon for the hot days. I’m pretty’s sure this is the best apartment in the building even a balcony. Looks totally redone. Also of note owner available on phone for all questions. Very gracious. Liked everything. Truly.

Would definitely recommend it and come back - It was clean, comfortable, spacious, nicely decorated and had everything what we needed for our stay Even though the AC was enough to cool down the living room the bedroom did not received a lot of cool air. The last day I discovered the sliding doors in the living room. Maybe of those are closed the bedroom would cool down too
