If neighbors are disturbed or the police are called, the reservation will be canceled without refund. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the apartment. You may smoke on the balcony - please use an ashtray and do not throw cigaret butts on the floor. If smoke, burns, or any related damage is found, a minimum 250EUR cleaning/damage fee will apply. Sorry, no pets are allowed in the apartment. Do not leave the key inside the lock when you leave, or you will not be able to reenter, and a locksmith will need to be called at your expense. Forgotten keys requiring emergency assistance: 50EUR. If locks need to be changed: from 200EUR. Lost or unreturned keys: 180EUR per set. Late check-out without prior agreement: 50EUR per hour. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay. If unauthorized guests are found, the security deposit will be withheld and the reservation may be canceled. Please do not take the white towels to the beach. Ask us about renting beach towels instead. Please lock all doors and windows and turn off the AC when you leave the apartment. For stays of 28 nights or more, a 200EUR monthly contribution for utility bills (electricity, water, gas) applies, payable in advance at check-in. As per Barcelona law (Ley Ciudadana - April 2017), we are required to collect passport details for all guests. This information is submitted to the police within 24 hours of your check-in, just like in a hotel. A security deposit is required and will be held on your credit card. It will be refunded 7 days after check-out. If paid in cash, the refund will be made via bank transfer, and any transfer fees will be the guests responsibility. Andrea (1/5): Orribile soggiorno - L'unica cosa positiva è che di fianco hai un centro commerciale. Per raggiungere l'appartamento tu devi fare 3 piani di scale ripidissima e strettissime con il rischio di farti male. La zona è brutta, verso mezzanotte c'è un casino assurdo nel palazzo con gente che grida e cani che abbaiano. La ciliegina sono stati gli scarafaggi giganti nell'appartamento. La host ha detto che è normale a barcellona. Per lavoro uso molto booking e questo è stato il peggior appartamento in cui io sia mai stato.

It was great to visit the World Padel Summit The beds are horrible, should be illegal to have such soft, non-supporting mattresses. I slept on the bed alone, could not imagine having to share it… The floor was not too clean and they could provide washing pods. We left ours so new renters can make use of it.
Alena (3/5): Unpleasant experience of communication and staying in the city. - To be honest, it’s hard to single out anything in particular other than the host’s suggested list of establishments, as well as a fairly well-equipped kitchen. A strange form for check-in, if you make a mistake in which, you will have to wait 2 hours until you are allowed into the accommodation and then accused of rudeness. They will call you only once on your phone and it is impossible to call back because the booking is encrypted. The deposit of 500 euros will not be returned to you until you yourself start writing and demanding its return. The apartment is under the roof and pigeons will be chirping all morning. The paint is peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom and the entire apartment is in a dilapidated state. Not worth the money.

Brian (3/5): very disappointed with stay at apartment over priced run down apartment block late check in fee as we arrived at 8pm not - bedrooms comfortable location of property in run down area of Barcelona views from property building site opposite in run down residential block dog poo on stairs neighbours up all night having party’s unable to sleep. very disappointed over priced
