- Jocelynne (9/5): Excellent location. Scrupulously clean. All mod cons provided. - Excellent location! I was appearing in the Coroners Court Princes Street - which was just across the courtyard - so can give no score other than excellent here. Directions for collecting key clear and key easily accessed. Bathroom scrupulously clean and wonderful bath towels (2) plus hand towel all of good size. Shower easy to use once fathomed - left is the water, right is the heat/cold and good pressure, good heat, height of nozzle easily adjustable. Also a bath if one prefers a bath. Bedroom - bed comfortable and mattress firm, with beside bed lights - and good lighting throughout. Kitchen - microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, stove - this would be good for a longer stay than mine (two nights). Easy to get to the shopping centre, good location vis-a-vis bus station too - a few yards along Princes Street. Television set - I couldn't get it to work but probably just as well as had to prepare/reread material for work - and I know they would have fixed it pronto had I called them about it. No television set in bedroom which could worry some - those who want to watch television in bed (I am generally in this category but as before it did not matter because I was there for work). Hairdryer had gone astray ... though again if I had asked for a replacement I have no doubt it would have appeared! Also remember to bring shampoo, conditioner and soap - hand soap provided at the handbasin but need for shower. Fortunately I had brought with me as I am aware that many hotels etc no longer provide conditioner ...

- Paul (9/5): - It's a new build purpose built block, so all pretty modern inside. Furniture is comfy and well looked after. Kitchen is quite new and clean, had the basics that you need to prepare some food. So from a turn up and sit down point of view it was ideal, that suited my needs exactly. location was a little difficult to find, google maps didn't help. i contacted the host for better directions and they were super helpful, so problem solved, but more detail in the location of the property would have been ideal. it's ground floor and directly on the street. It's not a busy location by any means, but not very private unless you keep the blinds closed. People rarely walk past, so not a massive problem.

- Keith (1/5): couldnt stay as no one present and no one answered telephone - this property was found to be in process of refurbishment. No furniture nobody present at address and no one answered telephone when ringing the number posted on door. we were forced to find other accommodation. Furthermore when i tried to contact Booking.com thru the app there was an problem with yr connection. i gave up !! i have used yr services for more than 20 yrs.............. you will not be used in future. I need a refund !!!!!!!!!!1 Keith Silburn it was a dump in process of refurbishment
