• Lana (6/5): Disappointing - The location is in on the central square, the appartment is spacious There was extensive construction work going on on the square in front of the building. The whole point of choosing this accomodation was the view and the location, like advertised with foto's. Instead, we had a view on the construction site with machinery and piles of stone. We understand this is not the owner's fault, but we do expect the owners to at least warn the visitors about that. Some owners do that: we went to a German town recently and the hotel informed us that the main attraction of the town, a castle, is closed to the visitors. We went anyway and appreciated the info

• rene´ (10/5): Udsigt til torvet og strande. - God lejlighed med altan mod torvet , super ren og gratis rengøring og linned og håndklæder midt på ugen - gratis solstole , parasol og strandhåndklæder som kan hentes 200 meter fra lejligheden
• Monica (3/5): - Only nice thing was the view and location Waited 6 hours to get laundry , then he went away for an hour to get pillow cases. No tea towels . Kitchen was a joke - 2 ring cooker and only 1 frying pan would work on it , so basically couldn't cook much . Also no hot water in kitchen sink , pipe disconnected , so dishes had to be washed in bathroom . Problem with shower to , wrong fitting on wall to hang shower head . Would not recommend unless you just want the view with little facilities

• Francesca (10/5): Consigliato, torneremo sicuramente - L’appartamento era pulito, confortevole e arredata con gusto. Il proprietario è stato molto accogliente e disponibile, ci ha aiutato con tutte le nostre esigenze.La posizione è ideale, a pochi passi dal mare.
• Emanuela (4/5): - La mattina dell' arrivo sono stata avvisata che il condizionatore non funzionava pertanto mi è stata proposta un'altra sistemazione dall'altra parte di Mondello, distante dal centro e dalla spiaggia di sabbia. L'abitazione era più grande ma i servizi offerti non hanno equiparato la posizione dell'appartamento in cui avrei voluto soggiornare. Lo staff è stato gentile ma non ha applicato nessuna forma di sconto per il cambiamento dicendo che la nuova struttura era dotata di idromassaggio (non funzionante) camere (non arieggiate), attrezzi palestra (mal ridotti) così come quelli da cucina, lavatrice (con la presenza di muffa). Mi spiace ma penso che non tornerò più nelle strutture gestite da questo host.

• Bevan (10/5): Stay here! Great location and very friendly and helpful staff - Absolutely amazing location. Right on the square and the beach. The apartment was impeccably clean and had all the facilities you would need. It was a little noisy at night due to being right on the busy square but that is to be expected with this fabulous location. All good!

• Salvatore (9/5): Balcony on Modello - The view & Location was spot on. Above restaurants and piazza but not a problem with noise as rooms are at the back of the apartment. Size of apartment was good for 4 people. Bathroom was clean & recently updated Narrow staircase up to apartment, so can be a problem with larger suitcases. Both bedroom doors not able to close and not safe as coming off frame. Basic facilities but not a problem if you're out and about. Off street parking where you can find it

• Marco (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing stay! The facility is big, clean and comfortable. As well it's very quiet even though it is located on the main Mondello's square and just 100 meters far from the public beach. On others hands, bars, restaurants and markets are just located around the apartment. Giosuè, the owner, welcomed us warmly, explained us everything clearly and providing us umbrellas and chairs for our stay on the beach. Very valuable and highly recommended!

I would totally recommend it. Maybe the only thing I would say is that it has only one bathroom, but I didn't think it was a problem, really.

• Grace (10/5): Perfect stay for a group holiday - Property was spacious, clean and perfect for our group. The view from the balcony was amazing and there is a table and patio outside out the back. The host and other staff were very helpful and friendly. They provided us with beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Couldn’t recommend this property enough! Nothing
• Vita (1/5): Except for the bay view from the balcony, I wouldn't live there even for free. - Nothing, absolutely nothing, except the bay view. It's a dirty apartment, needs renovation. Untightened plug-in at the bedroom, it's unsafe, very dangerous. There is no kitchen as such. Stink from the sink. Leaking in the bathroom. In the shower, the hose is leaking/broken. Interior door handles are not fixed. We did not like the mattresses the pillows and the house in TOTAL.

• Omar (10/5): the best beach views with a Mt Pellegrino - Apartment is very clean and spacious. Giovanni and his wife took great care of us. They went above and beyond in taking us to the airport when the taxi left us stranded. Their location is right in the middle of the town square on Mondello Beach with the best beach views. I loved staying there and will definitely be back. Thanks Giovanni loved everything
