• Richard (9/5): Geweldig! - Het ruime huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en de kinderen hebben genoten van het zwembad. Ook zijn Chanel en haar man erg aardig. We werden zelfs ontvangen met wijn en taart, geweldig! We hadden een klein probleempje met de afvoer maar dit werd ook heel erg snel opgelost. We hebben genoten van onze vakantie en als we nog een keer in de omgeving van Rome op vakantie gaan, dan komen we zeker terug! De eigenaren hebben een lieve herdershond, en deze kwam geregeld even de tuin inlopen. Als je niet van honden houdt zou dit minder prettig kunnen zijn.
• Filippo (10/5): - Perfetta per staccare la spina e rilassarsi, soprattutto nel periodo più caldo grazie alla presenza della piscina, della vasca idromassaggio e dei lettini. Giardino, barbecue, tavolo esterno, rendono tutto ancora più comodo e migliore. C’è una pace incredibile che ti permette di goderti a pieno il tutto. L’interno è perfetto per 6 persone, cucina attrezzata di tutto. Ci torneremo sicuramente, super consigliato!!!!
• Marzia (10/5): Rigenerante - Location fantastica, al di sopra delle aspettative, tutto perfetto, ottima posizione, i proprietari sono gentilissimi ci hanno accolto in modo eccellente, la casa è ben arredata e molto curata, gli esterni sono dotati di ogni comfort, la consiglio a chiunque voglia godere di un piccolo angolo di paradiso a due passi dal centro di Roma !

• Vanessa (8/5): - Channel et sa famille nous on offert un accueil et un séjour exceptionnel avec des petites attention culinaires et autre. Le cadre est très reposant et l'emplacement idéal pour visiter Rome sans prendre la voiture. Même si notre séjour était super il est vrai que nous avons trouvé dommage d'avoir le jacuzzi qui fonctionne que d'un côté.
• Lenka (10/5): highly recommended! - We had a great group stay at Chanel Garden Relaxation Home. The place is calm and peaceful, with a lovely garden and a fantastic whirlpool. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended! The only downside was the very slow water in the shower.
• Mihran (10/5): Best villa i’ve stayed at. Friendliest people work here. - The location was beautiful and so was the the whole Villa. Really nice family owned it and were extremely welcoming spoke to us nice and took us to nearest train stations every day of our stay. We couldn’t recommend this villa more. Book it and you wont be disappointed. .
• Pieter (10/5): great location to discover Rome, but away from the crowdy touristic centre - the location is great, with a car or public transportation you can reach the centre of Rome in 30-45 minutes. in the same time, in the other direction there is Lake Bracciano, with its beautiful villages, and beaches where you can engage in activities on the lake. The hosts are marvelous people, very concerned about your well-being and always enthusiastic to support you with any question you might have. I ever ever want to visit the region again, this will be my place to stay Some of the facilities in the house could use some freshing up.
• Furlan (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable home in the hills near Rome. Excellent facilities with a pool, your own bar area, jacuzzi and airconditioned rooms. Excellent view of the sunset from the pool. The couple that runs the home is super hospitable, available for all questions and requests and in general super friendly. Excellent place to stay with a family if you want to have some time away relaxing.
• Elisa (10/5): The most wonderful stay - We had the most wonderful time at Chanel Garden Relaxation Home. The villa The house’s interior is exceptionally clean and functional. You’ll find everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, two freezers and a utility room with perfectly functioning appliances. The spacious villa is tastefully decorated, each room painted in a different colour, very comfortable beds, spacious showers and plenty of storing place. The living and the two bedrooms have flat screen televisions and air conditioning, even if the house never gets particularly hot. The exterior The villa is surrounded by a big and very well kept garden with beautiful flowers and trees for shade. It has a private swimming pool and hot tub, which are just perfect. There is plenty of garden furniture to relax and sunbathing and even a bar kiosk with functioning fridge to store drinks. We also tried the barbecue and it worked well. For the football addicts, there is also a football pitch with two goal posts on the premises which is a godsend to entertain kids. The area The villa is in the countryside, very peaceful and quiet. However, the town of Formello is only a few minutes drive away with plenty of supermarkets and excellent restaurants of all sorts. The town is lovely and worth a visit. Rome is only twenty-five minutes drive away. It is the perfect location to enjoy both relaxation and sight-seeing. The hosts Chanel and Piergiorgio were the best hosts we could have had. Extremely welcoming and helpful and at the same time allowing us to have our own privacy. Very accommodating and willing to answer our questions, they consistently went above and beyond to make our staying pleasant and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our holiday at Chanel Garden Relaxation Home and highly recommend it. Thank you Chanel and Piergiorgio for making us feel at home 💓 Nothing

Incredibly welcoming hosts. - We recently had the pleasure of staying at Chanel Garden Relaxation Home in Formello, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts, who are incredibly nice and accommodating. The house itself is stunning, offering both privacy and comfort in a beautiful setting. The spacious villa boasts a private swimming pool and a hot tub in the garden, perfect for relaxation. The property is meticulously maintained and equipped with everything you might need, including a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, a washing machine, and flat-screen TVs in the living area and bedrooms. Situated in a charming village just outside Rome, the location is ideal. It’s a peaceful retreat with all facilities conveniently close by. Reaching Rome is a breeze, with a short and easy train ride connecting you to the city’s vibrant heart. The villa features three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing ample space and comfort. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor dining area and the lovely garden, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Overall, our stay at Chanel Garden Relaxation Home was exceptional. • Agincourt (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts Chanel and Georgio are the best hosts I have stayed with. They have a saying 'Meie Casa Tu Casa" "My house, your house.." They are lovely, lovely people. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home.. From the day we arrived to the day we left they made themselves available to be helpful for anything we needed. Chanel would often bring is surprises of croissants for breakfast or a tart ahead made one day and fresh eggs from her chickens at no extra cost on arrival she had stocked our fridge with eggs , ham, bread, butter, milk, yoghurts as we had arrived late at night. Jist super beautiful people.. The villa is beautiful. It is relaxing and positioned near the town but not too close and not far from the motorway...if you are animal lover you won't be disappointed. Chanel has everything from chickens to peacocks to dogs and cats and all so loving and affectionate. You can while away the evening talking to friends and loved ones on the suite on the porch or go for a swim in the pool or soak in the jacuzzi after walking your legs off in Rome. Very close to Rome city centre. We would drive to the town of La Storta about 8 miles away, jump in a train to Valle Aurelia and then take the metro to literally any part of Rome all for €3 all day. On our last day our flight was not until evening and Chanel and Georgio at once said we could spend the day with them and leave whenever we wanted. They are just such great hosts., I feel like we have become friends .I didn't want to leave and would go back in a heartbeat. Nothing.

Chanel and Giorgio are amazing hosts and I hope to visit again soon with my family.
