Guest Reviews
- Atefe (1/5): Cok kotu bir dayreydi - Hic bir sey Her sey kotuydi
- Nikola (8/5): Great stay, great neighborhood - Best thing is the neighborhood, very lively and full of taverns and caffès The amenities in the apartment should be much better, I.e water cattle, salt, pepper, soap…small cheap things can change a lot

- Антон (4/5): Disappointing - Location, very near to the beautiful places. Parking is very safe but required additional payments. The apartment photos in the application are not the same as real. There are no laundry machine, no kettles, and no coffee machine . Bed clothes were very dirty as apartment.
- Sindi (1/5): Horrible experience – avoid this place at all costs - Nothing This apartment was a complete disappointment and nothing like the photos. The moment we walked in, it reeked of cigarette smoke that lingered for three days, making it extremely uncomfortable and even dangerous as we were traveling with an infant.
The sink was broken, the bathtub was cracked, and the bathroom door didn’t close. When I reported these issues, the owner denied everything and offered to come fix things the next morning at a time when we weren’t even going to be there and had nowhere to safely leave our bags. That was not a real solution, and we were forced to spend the night in those conditions.
It was clear from the start that this apartment was misrepresented, poorly maintained, and not safe or suitable for guests. If you’re considering booking it — don’t. It completely ruined our trip and was honestly one of the worst stays we’ve ever experienced.
- Emily (6/5): Basic but pleasant property in an excellent area. - The location is incredible, it's such a cool neighborhood. The apartment is also spacious and airy, and has three balconies, which is great. The bed we slept in was comfortable, and it was easy to check in. The facilities are basic, and there are only the absolute basic necessities, which is unlike most rentals I've stayed in. You have to pay for a towel, there's no hand towels or drying up towels, there's no oil/ pasta/ coffee, there's no bath mat, and no washing machine. Basically, it's just missing the things which make a rental property feel like a temporary home - which is fine ! But does make me rate it lower. The bathroom door is also broken and does not close, which is annoying.
- Dejan (2/5): Money grab - Location Money grab! We paid €12.5 per day for parking, even though it was advertised as €10. We couldn't even enter the garage because the doors were too low. We complained to the staff, but they pretended not to understand and didn't respond. We asked for a refund, but they ignored us. It's been 7 days, and there's still no response about getting our money back. So, think twice before booking this accommodation!
- Mari (1/5): Bad - ?????? I do not recommend anyone to rent this apartment, neither the location is good, nor the apartment, there was not even a basic kettle, the water did not flow in the bathroom and now the most important thing! Indifference and carelessness, one evening we got stuck in the elevator, we called the owner and of course he did not answer us, we called 112 and after half an hour they took us out, we went up to the apartment and there was no light (probably due to non-payment), we called again and of course he did not answer us, he left us so carelessly in this cold, and the next working day he announced to us that it was his non-working day😁 If you can't pay attention to your guest, you should not rent an apartment! Of course we found another house and moved there.
My advice: If you don't want to end your trip badly, do not touch this apartment!

- Mo (5/5): Passable - Location great could walk to everything and we did. 1.7km/25min walk from syntagma square. In a local area with some fantastic eating and drinking places with the locals. Great prices for food and drink. Love the balcony from each room felt very safe and secure. Was clean. Beds comfortable. No toaster, no kettle only litterly 1 small rough bath towel each. No hand towel, no tea towel. Very basic in the kitchen. No TV, radio/stereo. Very few plugs. Lighting in 1 bedroom very poor could barely see. Needed to use torch to check we hadnt left anything behind! Shower over bath terrible had to hold up over your head no where to hang the shower head. Floor gets soaked but no bath matts to mop up! Bidet doesnt exist can see where it was!!! Otherwise cheap place to stay. Very echoing as so minimal furniture. Can hear every foot print including the neighbours and above apartment kids running around but only during the day. No where to hang wet towels/clothes take own washing line.
- Oscar (5/5): OK accommodation for a short trip, although not great - The apartment is spacious and quiet. Many restaurants, bakeries and cafes nearby. No shampoo or shower gel provided. Only one towel per person (and quite hidden). The host is not responsive out of standard business hours (e.g. during the weekend...) so having any problem or needing information becomes a struggle. We needed some help twice and we didn't receive it timely. The living room is big but it's very empty, I guess it's not a big deal but it could be better. The keys have to be collected in a different location.
- David (3/5): Don't - Do yourself a favor : don't , just don't ! Do yourself a favor : don't , just don't !
- Rebecca (4/5): Nice apartment, bad hospitality - Spacious Owner initially refused to make up both bedrooms for me and my friend. I had to reiterate that the reason we booked a two bedroom apt is because we’re 2 friends and not a couple. Sheets were crumpled and there was only one towel per person, no hand towel, hair towel or bath mat. Key collection is 10 minutes walk uphill which wasn’t fun with luggage.
- Maria (7/5): Good - Spacious apartment and all rooms have a balcony. The neighbours - although the buildings are not in a good shape - has a cool vibe with lots of bars, cafès and is a walking distance from the center. I think it's unacceptable that a short term rental apartment's operator is totally unavailable in the weekends, one might have an emergency. Ugly decor. The mirror tiles in the bathroom/toilet were a very bad idea. No mugs, kettle and microwave in the kitchen.
- Cynthia3121 (10/5): Athens - The location was central to all historical sites . No TV
- Araz (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ardahan (7/5): Good - Good location Lots of mosquitos
- Lesley (9/5): Great Property - The apartment was amazing and very clean and spacious.
- Charlotte (8/5): Nice place to rent, value for money, no many kitchen/bathroom equipments. - Very spacious Appartment, well located, good beds Would have liked more equipments such as towels or shower gel/ coffee- tea / but understood for such a good price in town.
- Paul (7/5): All by all, a pleasant stay in the center of action! - We were surprised by the central location of the apartment, which was very near to the Archeological History Museum, and on top of that, some famous restaurants are less than 5' walk! Lots of art scenes and cafés in the neighbourhood create that instant vibe on your first day. As we opted to pick up a car at the airport to travel around, it was VERY difficult to find a parking space on the streets. After some searching, there were cheap parkings nearby which was a relief (rental car!). Athens streets are more apt for a seasoned driver as you have to use all your skills to turn corners and maneuver through the city.
- Srdjan (9/5): Superb -
- Elena (10/5): Comfortable and easy! - It’s a very spacious apartment in the heart of Athens
Clean and the owner was very informative and kind!
- Marcella (9/5): Superb - More kitchen appliances / basics like salt, spices…
- Tamara (9/5): Superb - Very bigg apartment. We stay us family, it was extraordinary. We like to walk a lot, so we visit all Athens tourist attractions walking with kids, so I can say that location is on good position. Host is very helpful, everything was easy to agree and catch.
- Ariel (7/5): Good value for money, but it could be much better with a bit of effort. - Good value for the price, central location in a trendy neighborhood, easy self check in. Very confortable bed The bathroom had a funny smell. While the apartment is very big, it's oddly furnished, wasting most of the space. It looks better in the pictures. Lacks basic things that could make the stay better, such as hangers in the closets and shampoo. Be aware that the apartment doesn't have AC
