- Tom (5/5): It was OK, fire alarms need sorting. If you just need a bed for the night, this place will do. - Location is good. More than one bathroom is a plus. The door was difficult to open until you really gave it a push. The place just seemed a little run down and unloved for a while. The amount of beds and bedding around made it feel like a student accom. Worse thing, all the fire alarms had been removed, which I'm sure goes against any standard rental regulation. Heating was on everywhere and we couldn't turn it off.
- Cara (9/5): Perfect central location - Clean, central and good facilities.
Close to everything but not near loud areas.
Perfect for what we needed.
Staff were very helpful and accommodating and providing contact info if needed anything.
Had everything you needed facility wise. Just needs a few things sorted - floorboards were a bit uneven and kept getting caught in.
- novella (8/5): - La posizione in centro a Brighton La pulizia degli spazi non era troppo approfondita. La lavastoviglie conteneva residui degli ospiti precedenti
- Camelia (8/5): -
- Glenn (9/5): -
- Piyumi (1/5): Door knobs fell off and we felt unsafe with the cracks in the walls and creaking floorboards. Very narrow stairs and on - Central to attractions Cracks in walls and very poorly renovated. Not stylish at all.
- Marta (9/5): If ocasión comes would come back - Great location and really nice apartment well thought out On top of extractor in the kitchen keeps coming out unexpected when in use
- Hayley (7/5): - Top Bathroom floor tiles were a little loose and nearly caused an accident and other toilet had flushing issues but other than that all good :-)
- Annette (6/5): A suitable apartment for a group of 7 friends visiting Brighton. - Location was within walking distance of town centre and beach. Unable to connect to the WiFi, the code given would not work.
No light switch in the upstairs bathroom.
- Belinda (10/5): -
- Linda (8/5): Short break in bubble Brighton! - The location was perfect for us for the restaurant, also our daughter and her friend who'd come up to Brighton to see a gig on the sea front...5 walk!
The flat was a good size and had adequate toilets and bathrooms. The stairs were quite narrow...so a little difficult getting our luggage up but once in....it was great! Definitely stay here again! 😃
- Helga Kristin (8/5): Verslunarleiðangur - Frabær staðsetning Það þarf að laga gólfefni og einhver raki var einnig i eigninni
- Marko (10/5): -
- Suhaimi (8/5): - We had a great experience staying at
the host place.
• The check-in process was smooth and straightforward.
• The flat was clean, well-kept as described.
• The location was convenient — close to shops, transport, and local attractions.
The host was responsive and helpful
whenever we had questions.
• The space had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including good Wi-Fi and kitchen essentials.
- Clare (9/5): - Location and space Could do with some tea mugs, the coffee cups were small, but thats the only “negative”. We all really enjoyed our stay
- Mark (7/5): - Good size
Plenty beds for group bookings,
Suited our needs for one night in town.
Kitchen facilities were decent. Decor needs attention
It was end of season so expect a few knock & scuffs, but wasn't cleanest we've stayed in.
Floor boards were loose in some rooms
Bathrooms need big.of upgrade.
- Julian (8/5): -
- Nichola (8/5): Awesome location very spacious - Location was brilliant shops restaurants and beach all within 2 minutes walk from the property.
Very spacious. Noise from outside at late at night.
The front door was temperamental to lock/close.
- LCDLefty (9/5): Spacious and stylish - Spacious apartment in an excellent location close to the center of Brighton and beach. There must be a dozen or so restaurants and bars within 100 meters of the front door! The apartment is kitted out with everything you could possibly need, is comfortable and stylish. Hosts were friendly and responsive. I would certainly stay here again.
- Nicola Jones (8/5): - Great location. 5 mins on foot to beach and centre. Host replied to requests immediately. Accommodarion served our purpose.
- Emily (2/5): Wish we’d left and moved into the holiday inn ☹️ - Great location, with close by parking. Hosts were receptive to messages throughout the stay. We were bitten by fleas minutes after entering the property. Lots of maintenance/repair is needed throughout. Including broken and loose tiles in the bathroom. Whole property just felt damp and unkept.
- Jacob (10/5): -
- Chaim (1/5): Stay away, don't fall for the photos. - Bad old condition nails sticking out of floor and broken rails on steps health and safety breach to a next level.
Outdoor patio left full of cigarette and smell in the flat was unbelievable...
- Cheryl (9/5): Perfect accommodation for our stay :) - The property was immaculate with towels and bedding provided and all freshly clean. Showers were lovely. Host was very helpful and polite. We had a great weekend and will definitely be back. Property was in a perfect location to explore Brighton :) There was nothing I didn’t like the only thing I would say is there was little outside space but that didn’t affect us.
- Aiswarya (3/5): Poor -
- Mumof4 (10/5): Exceptional - Communication is amazing from the property manager.
Booked this place literally 5 minutes before we checked in around 830pm, as we were scammed from a previous booking. Travelled for a 2 night stay with family to remember my late sister, who passed away last year. We travelled to scatter a few ashes. The property was only available for a 1 night stay sadly, but was super grateful that we stayed the 1 night. Would have stayed longer, if there was availability.
Super clean, love the rustic, natural, but modern look.
Great location. 2 minute walk to beach.
Great food shops/restaurants/takeaways around.
Family friendly Nothing! Other than parking is tricky, but we learnt that it is Brighton in general.
- Joseph (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rosie (8/5): Very good - Excellent for a group
Good location
- Debbie (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, lovely hosts.
- Sophie (9/5): Amazing location and comfy beds - Great location and brilliant comms with the hosts. They helped us out with a tricky situation, for which we were most grateful! We were also able to pay for early check in which was appreciated.
All bedding and towels provided were great.
Beds were comfy
Coffee machine was a nice touch It’s cosy! But we are a close group so didn’t matter to us.
The stairs are steep - just watch out. 🤣
- Freyja (10/5): Brilliant - Perfect location, spacious rooms, lovely interior. Perfect for a group of friends Nothing!
- Craig (8/5): Very good -
- Isabel (7/5): Good value, great location, slightly tired property - Amazing location and good value for money, especially for a group booking The property could do with a bit of attention being paid to some of the features by the owners, for example the flush was broken in the downstairs toilet, then seat was broken on the upstairs toilet, not all of the windows have locks on, and there is not enough cutlery or crockery for the number of people that can supposedly stay there. That being said, I would recommend this property
- Amy (9/5): Nice place and owner extremely helpful - Great location
- Ian (8/5): Very good - Nice location
Clean
Would recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place to stay in a group. Pubs and beach only mins away
- Michaela (10/5): Exceptional - Very well equiped flat, very clean, close to the beach.
- Izabel (6/5): Pleasant -
- Charlotte (10/5): Exceptional -
- Grant (9/5): Fantastic value for money - Plenty of sleeping options. The beds were very comfy. Very good shower.
- Claire (1/5): Awful, went elsewhere as felt it was unsafe - Avoid at all costs! There was nothing to like Everything, mainly the safety aspect! Cramming 9 adults in this flat should not be allowed, steep narrow, dark stairs! Good luck if there is a fire! Complained to booking.com and even booked into a hotel as we felt that strongly about it but they are not interested, ignored emails! They are obviously more interested in greedy landlords paying them commission than their loyal customers!
Also took us 40 mins to get into the flat as the code was incorrect and the owner did not answer his phone for 40 mins!
- Joshua (10/5): Exceptional -
- Polingson (10/5): Exceptional -
- Josh (10/5): Perfect accommodation in a great location - This was a great place for our group, comfortable beds with two bathrooms and lots of space split across two floors.
- Jantina (8/5): A cosy stay at Stylish Flat - The location was very good, close to the Promenade , number of Restaurants and Cafes as well as Supermarkets.
The rooms were of a good size and the furniture comfortable.
The kitchen was well equipped.
The owners were very helpful and responded quickly when a problem arose. I could'nt think of anything to say
- Harkin (10/5): Great apartment at great location - It's location and value for money is this accommodation best attributes. A few faults with the apartments facilities they are really nothing to worry about and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again 😁
- Silva-tully (9/5): An amazing cosy place in the perfect location! - The flat was perfect - great location, very central. Friendly and welcoming host and a very cosy place!
- Michelle (10/5): We didn’t want to leave! Perfect central Brighton stay for families or friends. - We absolutely loved how quirky and individual the decor was. The living room was super cosy, the kitchen was compact but had everything we needed. The whole apartment had a really lovely feel to it.
It was deceptively spacious, with two adults and two teenagers easily being able to find writer spaces to chill after a long journey.
The landlords were very responsive and very helpful. There was nothing we didn’t like. Some bits needed redecoration but it almost added to the charm!
The stairs were quite steep, so access for anyone with mobility issues might be tricky.
- Enamul (8/5): Very good - Rooms are nice Narrow stairs
- Charlotte (10/5): Amazing quirky little place in a great location. - Great location and really quirky place. Could not figure out how to work the heating. However the host was on hand and sorted it out straight away for us. Beds comfortable, showers possum and hot. We will be retuning. .
- Blanca (9/5): Great and confortable! - The check-in and check-out process was really easy! Great communication with the owner. The first floor was a bit cold and that bed a bit unconfortable
- Trinity (6/5): Great value for money - It’s in a great location and beds were really comfortable. They were also accommodating in letting us leave our bags before our check in. Not the cleanest. The towels had brown marks on them and the glasses were rimmed with dirt. There were also no bin bags. The stairs are VERY steep.
- Rebecca (7/5): Good -
- Jenny (3/5): Unbelievable - The location was great right in the middle of everything bars/shops/restaurants cafes and takeaways. Short walk down the hill to the beach and short walk to bus stop. The beds were very comfortable. Where do I start, well for starters the stairs up to the property were very steep and narrow quite hard carrying cases up them. The floor boards throughout were very creaky and some not nailed down properly. Going straight up to the top level the bathroom door handle fell off in my hand and looks like it has been doing this for a long time as its a heavy handle and it has cracked all the tiles by the door.
Entering the bedrooms theirs alot of damp and the paint stripping away from walls with damp stains worse in the smaller room.
The main room has hand prints all over the leftside of the wall and is very off putting, along this bit aswell their is a nail sticking out the floorboard. Over on the rightside below the mirror a pile of swept up bits on the floor that's forgotten to be picked up. The floor tiles in the bathroom on the upper level have so many chips and a slice out of one would be easy to cut your feet open, I wore slippers.
We froze on our first night as the only way to get the heating on or off is to text the person on booking.com and that's if they reply as they control it their end, absolutely ridiculous I wanted to leave I was freezing we had to move to the smaller room and use 2 duvets on the first night.
Morning came and my partner couldn't have a coffee with me because their was only 1 cup and one tiny miniature cup for a child that u couldn't get a mouthful out of so had to go buy a cup. The person running it said in a reply, have a tea in the smaller cup lol, seriously that is not professional at all. And by the back door the tiles are so slippery my partner nearly fell down them and it's dangerous.
Oh and I have looked back on booking .com reviews and only notice after booking in that the same complaints date back months and nothing has been done.
- Sharma (8/5): Exceptionally good and clean apartment. - It was near to the beach. It was very clean and all the amenities were provided The boiler was not working so couldn't access hot water
- Marianne (9/5): Really pleased with this gem of a find. Clean and comfortable - next to some excellent bars and restaurants and across - Great location
Clean and comfortable property with helpful and polite host
- Meredith (9/5): Are stay was very fun and comfortable. The apartment was lovely and alowed the four of us to have our own space but also - I loved how comfortable and how spacious the apartment was. There could have been a couple more kitchen suff like more frying pans.
- Tom (9/5): Superb -
- Claire (10/5): Excellent! - It was a lot more spacious than expected. The quality of the towels and linen was excellent. The showers had great pressure and the house was a great proximity to the beach! Very easy to get in and out too.
- Juliet (7/5): Great value for money, it is in central Brighton which is very convenient. - Good central location and comfortable beds with two good bathrooms and nice showers The stairs were quite scary and the property needs repairs. It can get quite noisy at night as it is a central location
- Darren (10/5): It was a lovely flat and a great location especially for the price I would definitely stay here again. - Very stylish apartment Stairs were steep
- Ruby (8/5): Good flat for larger groups with great customer service. - Really helpful host. Lovely flat with lots of space and natural light and interesting decor. The sofa bed wasn’t comfy to sleep on but all the other beds were great.
- Anna (7/5): Good -
- Martina (5/5): Frustrating that I have to keep following up - The apartment is nicely renovated. We have been trying to obtain a receipt for payment from the hosts for three weeks now (as this was a work trip) and so far we haven’t been successful. It’s a bit frustrating because other accommodations we’ve booked have provided this really promptly so I can only assume it’s not overly complicated.
- Jessica (8/5): Super location, great flat. - Spacious for a group. Some maintenance required due to wear and tear.
- Callan (10/5): Great location, beautiful apartment. Easy check in! -
- Claire (6/5): Ok for one night, wouldn’t stay again unless issues dealt with - The location was wonderful and within walking distance of anything and everything that we needed. Nice and spacious enough for us all to move around freely and was clean. So many issues with the property unfortunately. A lot of attention to detail missing! Not to mention some straight out health hazards! A slippy surface right before door to garden, wooden floor slats sticking up when walked over, door knobs falling off in hand, radiator controls falling off, staircase wooden slats missing with exposed nails where they were which resulted in me hurting my hand when I slipped done the thread bare carpeted steep stairs, a giant metal stags head that had clearly come off a wall that was left balanced on top of a cupboard in the upstairs hallway which fell down on me when I opened the cupboard door, no batteries in the remote control for the tv, the sliding door in the main living space was unsteady, holes in walls with wired and fittings sticking out, damp stains and thread bare stained carpet in the double bedroom chipped paint and loose fittings throughout so much so we were almost scared to touch anything! but the worst part of all was a leaking ceiling in the double bedroom! It’s was dripping on us every time we entered or exited the room and this continued all night as it was a particularly wet night in Brighton! I also slipped down the thread bare staircase that led down to the exit door and I hit my coxix bone 3 times down 3 steps and am currently booked in for a scan to see if I’ve chipped it. I have photo evidence of all of these issues. For the price we paid I would’ve expected a lot more. To be honest I would appreciate speaking to the host about receiving some kind of either compensation or full or partial refund. Such a shame as it would only take a day of work to fix, repair and safeguard this otherwise lovely property.
- Bhoomika (9/5): Superb -
- Jess (10/5): Exceptional - Great cosy flat with brilliant location, close to the beach and central Brighton! The host was very friendly and helpful, would stay again :)
