• ANN (1/5): - Reasonable price. The way the receptionists interact with customers needs significant improvement. During my experience, they displayed a lack of professionalism when handling customer concerns and resolving issues. Rather than demonstrating empathy, patience, and a willingness to assist, their responses often came across as dismissive. This created a frustrating experience and left the impression that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Reception staff are often the first point of contact for customers and play an important role in shaping the overall impression of the organization. As such, they should be equipped with strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. I believe the receptionists would benefit from additional training focused on customer service, conflict resolution, and professional communication. Improving these areas would help them handle difficult situations more effectively, build better relationships with customers, and contribute to a more positive and welcoming environment.

• Abigail (4/5): - The service was quite unprofessional. The room door handle was broken and was not replaced. There was no wardrobe provided, the TV channel selection was very limited, and the overall cleanliness was below standard. It was very noisy upstairs, and the soundproofing was not good.
• Zaiton (4/5): Overall, our stay was mainly for resting and refreshing ourselves. The space was quite small, and we had to make some ad - Very accessible as it is near the road. Not enough washroom tissue. Washroom door is faulty. Heater is scalding, requires adjustment to avoid being scalded.

The room TV not functioning and suggestion to install channel for guest to enjoy the entertainment.

• Kin (4/5): Decent guesthouse, value for money. - Good location, just beside the main road. Don't need to go down winding road like other guest house. Wifi works well, lucky there's wifi phone doesn't have reception at all. From all the reviews, it says no hot water and water pressure it low. I'm able to resolve the issue by placing the shower head to the bucket to collect the hot water before taking a bath. It's good that bucket is provided. no soap provided. luckily there's a electric kettle and cups for us to drink something hot. Very steep staircase, not suitable for elderly or disabled people. If will be ok if stay at level 3 as it the same level as the road. Good for short stay because the guesthouse is really basic.

• Alison (3/5): Not Happy - The Room is big, By roadside easy to find the building. Not a good experience stay at here, When i arrive nobody at reception. The front door lock with chain. Try to call property there's no one pickup. After we decide to leave the building sudden one lady come and pass us the key. Stay at level 3, because of no lift and no other access door we need to climb with our luggage up to third floor.
• Mathuri (8/5): Very good - I like the food they serve, it's a good facility after a long day. And they willing to prepare upon our taste and request. The parking space is so good. Overall it's a good stay, no any distraction. I think hairdryer can be prepared in the hotel itself. As one may forgot to bring... It's cold and long time to dry during night time...

• Verne (6/5): Value for money accommodation - The location of the hotel is perfect for travel or holiday stop by before you continue the drive to KK. It is within the vicinity of Kundasang markets and tourist attractions. Most importantly, staffs are friendly and made me felt welcome! Cleanliness of the rooms are good. 1. The hotel probably due for an upgrade especially amenities and the exterior appearance. We struggle to get supply of hot water at night for shower. Upgrade to amenities should be considered if they wish to provide a more comfortable experience to the customers. 2. Understood this is an issue from the start - parking space adjacent to the hotel. As it has a tight space for maneuvering, it would be great if we are given a heads up that carpark is full at night.
