• Simone (8/5): Sehr ruhig gelegenes Haus in der Nähe einer wunderschönen kleinen Stadt - Wer eine ruhige Unterkunft sucht,ist hier genau richtig. In einer Sackgasse außerhalb des Ortes Teror ,mitten im Grünen, umgeben von Zitronen und Avocadobäumen, liegt dieses Haus mit drei Ferienwohnungen wunderschön. Im nahe gelegenen Städtchen gibt es eine Quelle, wo man sich Wasser abfüllen kann, wunderschöne Gassen zum Bummeln, alles was man zum Einkaufen braucht und nette Lokale. Auf der großen Terrasse kann man morgens schön frühstücken oder den Tag genießen. In der Vorsaison ist es allerdings morgens, abends und nachts noch sehr frisch, in der Hauptsaison kann diese Kühle ein Pluspunkt sein. Wenn man Ausflüge machen will, braucht man natürlich immer eine gewisse Zeit, um in andere Städte zu kommen, auch bietet die Küste, die am nächsten zum Ort liegt und etwa 20 Minuten entfernt ist ,nur Felsen mit Badebecken. Zu den Sandstränden ist es wesentlich weiter. Die Straßen ins Inland sind teilweise abenteuerlich wegen der Enge und den Kurven. Das Haus selbst ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, die Fliegenschutzvorhänge an den Fenstern außen können nur noch teilweise geöffnet werden, das zweite Zusatzbett in der Küche, welche auch als Wohnraum fungiert sieht nicht sehr bequem aus, auch nicht als Sofa.Im Bad müsste Einiges renoviert werden, so fehlen z.B ein Duschvorhang und eine Halterung für den Duschkopf, sowie einige Haken für die Handtücher.

• Katharina (10/5): Liebevoll, sauber, schön und hilfsbereite liebevolle Gastgeber - Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Gar nichts. Es war alles perfekt.

Le logement dispose d'un chauffage à gaz ( appréciable en mars, c'est très humide 😉) par contre au milieu de notre séjour plus de gaz dans la bouteille, on nous a dit que ce service n'était pas fourni, à nous d aller en achete une. D'ailleurs on ne sait pas qui nous a répondu ( ia ou propriétaire) Sinon le logement est bien équipé. Le lit n'est pas grand mais la literie confortable, tout le nécessaire dans la cuisine, c'était très bien. Nous pensons que ce doit être vraiment très bien l'été lorsqu'il fait chaud de se reposer dans cette région de l'île et Teror est une très belle ville à visiter 😀 Peut-être un porte serviette dans la salle de bain ou dehors pour les faire sécher ( pas d etantage fourni dans le logement 3 )

• Catherine (10/5): À recommander - Jolie maison au calme. Une terrasse à l'est pour le petit déjeuner et une autre à l'ouest pour le couchant. Un accueil très chaleureux et une personne très à l'écoute.

• Eleanor (8/5): Calm retreat in the mountains - Lovely peaceful location close to Teror. Spacious. Lovely lemon and avocado trees and friendly cats. The children enjoyed exploring the garden. We had no issues with the narrow slightly bumpy drive to the house and had a large car. Host was very friendly. Location was good for our daily excursions to explore the island. Overall a great stay thank you. Hot water runs out fast (and we don't do long showers) this meant we had to time our showers and delay showering between us (I stayed with my mother and my three children aged 6/2/0). The washing machine didn't work and we only noticed toward the end of our stay which didn't leave enough time for it to get fixed before we left (but I understand it was being fixed the day of our departure so shouldn't be an issue for future guests). The coffee machine is too small for two guests (But we managed).

• Dora (7/5): Prima plekkie. Simpel, maar goed. - Heerlijk bedje, al waren de plastic dekentjes niet helemaal genoeg op t moment dat het maar 5 graden was. Teror kan behoorlijk koud en vochtig zijn. Het gaskacheltje was fijn, maar draagt natuurlijk niet bij aan de vochtigheid. Wat warmer licht, had de sfeer echt een stuk beter gemaakt.
• Terite (4/5): - El colchón. Fuese una casa típica rural de Canarias. Me encontré el microondas muy sucio. No encontré artículos de limpieza para ello. Pasamos frío, había una estufa de gas para toda la casa ,solo la pudimos encender un día, al día siguientefue imposible. No recomiendo para pasar inviernos fríos además de la ubicación en altura. Un poco complicado llegar, ningún cartel en el desvío de la carretera o calle. El aparcamiento muy justo para pocas plazas. Se entra en una dirección en camino estrecho y para situar el coche para salir tuvimos que ir hasta casa particular colindante para dar la vuelta.

• Chiara (10/5): - La casa è molto spaziosa e confortevole, dotata di tutto il necessario per cucinare. Molto apprezzata la presenza di té, sale caffè e tisane, detersivo per piatti. Bellissimo porticato, con panchine e tavolini per momenti di relax. Posizione strategica per visitare molte zone di interesse dell'isola. Zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, in mezzo alla natura, ma anche molto vicina al paese, e a tutti i servizi. Proprietarie molto gentili e disponibili.

• Pilitavira (5/5): Limpieza y mantenimiento escasos - La casa como edificación es una preciosidad, con una buena terraza, techos y ventanas de madera… está muy bien ubicada, en el campo pero cerca de Teror y de Las Palmas El mantenimiento de la casa deja mucho que desear: el termo goteaba (es algo que ya aparece en otros comentarios y sigue sin arreglar), el sofá súper viejo que se hincan todas las tablas, el extractor se pega de la grasa que tiene, la sartén horrible de desgastada, la limpieza del baño muy regular, ducha con moho, azulejos con manchas… ducha sin mampara ni cortina ni nada, ventana del baño con el cierre roto y muchas avispas fuera que te impiden comer en la terraza. Y lo peor es que todo lo gestiona una empresa que te exige de todo: entrada 1h antes bajo pago, que dejes la casa limpia, basura tirada, todo en orden y que a las 11 en punto estés fuera porque si no te multan. Y sin embargo, les escribimos para pedirles un insecticida porque era peligroso el asunto de las avispas lo cual nos impidió comer fuera en toda la estancia ya que venían a la comida (más de 20) y dijeron que se lo decían a la dueña pero nadie nos ayudó y alegaron que nadie más se había quejado, es algo que hasta que no sacas comida fuera no te das cuenta y los vecinos no estaban todo el día. También dijeron que en el campo hay avispas (una cosa es que haya 5-6, y otra que te impidan usar la terraza, era peligroso) y que al ser festivo todo estaba cerrado pero eso no era verdad, en Teror el Superdino estaba abierto y el CC Alisios igual. Ayuda ninguna pero exigencias sí, justo a la hora nos enviaron las normas para el día de la salida. Fue entonces cuando decidimos comentarles lo de la limpieza (pensábamos callarnos y aguantarnos la verdad) porque ellos exigen pero luego no cumplen con sus obligaciones, no dan un buen servicio y la solución fue decirnos que pagáramos la limpieza extra de 50€ y que por qué no avisamos cuando entramos (avisamos al día siguiente que fue cuando estuvimos cocinando/usando la terraza). Esa suciedad/sartén desgastada/extractor con grasa no es de un día, es de meses. Pero bueno, denota lo poco que cuidan la casa y el cliente. No volveremos

• deborah (6/5): - Close to Teror but the location makes a car essential. Very quiet and comfortable mattress made for a good nights sleep. Very rustic but basic so ok as a base for a few days. The cats although gorgeous were a little much. There were 12 of various ages so unless we wanted them everywhere we had to keep the door and windows closed. A toaster would have been useful for breakfast and although there was a microwave there was nothing to put food in to warm up.

• Paula (10/5): Fantástico! - La casa está completamente alejada de la zona turística. Es amplia, tranquila, nada ruidosa.. un gusto. Cama super cómoda. Super bien equipada con toallas de más, incluso para pocos días. Se agradece. Vajilla suficiente para dos personas. Casa muy luminosa. El único pero es el check in tan tarde. Son las condiciones que hay, pero comparándolo con el resto de apartamentos, nos pareció larga la espera hasta poder acceder. Y otro gran pero, es el chat de IA con el que hablas de forma continua, pero a pesar de ello quiero destacar que si tienes algún problema acabas hablando con una persona.

• Basia (10/5): Stunning. - The location is absolutely fantastic. Very beautiful valley, close to Teror. Peaceful, quiet, secluded. Perfect if you need a tranquil place to rest. We had a car, but the transportation in Gran Canaria works very well, there are frequent buses running. The bust stop is very close to the property. The owner, Jose Manuel is very friendly and hospitable person ( as long as you can communicate in Spanish). Got looked after on very late arrival due to delayed flight. The property itself is very spacious. Our kitchen equipment was alright. Only a bigger knife was missing. There's a courtyard with roofed area, perfect for morning yoga practice. The bed is firm, I loved it but some people may not like it. Cats... There's loads of them, they're very friendly and will come to hang out with you. It's their land, so if you're not into feline company, this place may not be ideal for you. Mosquitoes... Be prepared. I would definitely go back. It could be a little bit cleaner, the inside of wardrobe, drawers and kitchen cupboards were a bit dusty.
• Jack (5/5): Not great - The localities is very nice, in amongst the fields, with a view, behind a farmhouse (not too close). Little sun on the terrace, but that could be a plus in summer. The local staff was friendly. Not very well equipped. Really not enough kitchen gear to cook (one small frying pan and one cooking pan, no bread knife, no sharp knife, none of the essentials like oil and vinegar and salt and pepper). The hot water boiler held about 4 minutes of warm water, not enough for two people to have a shower. Whenever you ran the water there was a nasty smell on the terrace for at least half an hour. Garbage bins were overfilled. There was a barbecue but it didn’t look very inviting: very dirty. The outside furniture als didn’t invite…
• Sarah (6/5): Well set up property in need of a little extra care and attention. - The cottage was generally well set up in a peaceful environment. The visits from the cats. The car parking facilities are right on the edge of a huge drop down the ravine, necessitating a very careful exit and entry to the car. The kettle switch was inoperative, which meant that the only way it could be turned off was to pull the plug out. Each time we had to do this, the plug flashed, which we felt was dangerous. We took the kettle back to the owner and explained the problem but were not issued with a replacement. It was not really set up for winter letting, with just a gas heater and was on the chilly side.
• Anneloes (8/5): Comfortable house in a peaceful environment - The owners were super kind and helpful, the view was amazing, it’s in a quiet and peaceful environment. The house was spacious & clean, the beds were comfortable. The shower could have been better, you had to hold it yourself, and we had to figure out how the heating worked. However both were warm which ultimately made our stay comfortable!
• Annemarie (10/5): We will come back! - We loved the location and the isolation! Teror City is about half an hour by foot or 5 minutes per car away. You arrive grocery stores in around 15 minutes by car. Juan was a great host!!! He gave us khakis, limes, lemons and oranges right from the trees and was so nice! We would love to be back!! We also liked the farmcats. If you don't want to be visited by them, the solution is as simple as can be. Just don't feed them :)

• Tibor (9/5): Superb - Spacious, large rooms, nice environment. Calm, quiet countryside. The address was not found by GPS. There are no signs to the accommodation. I did not get an exact address until I registered (??). In a car, from a mobile phone, it is difficult to register while completely lost. The kitchen would need the following: large knife, cutting board, toaster.
