• Coral (10/5): Great facilities and location for a weekend stay - Great facilities, the owners are very helpful and great at responding, great location. The only bad thing is you can't use the haven entertainment or pool included in the booking.

The hosts were very helpful and I would definitely return . There was only me and my husband but the site seemed like it had a lot going on for kids and it had a few different options to buy food. There was also a really good shop. The site is nice with plenty of opportunities for walks , would definitely recommend.

• Christian (10/5): Excellent accommadation for family break with dog - Very nice accommodation with plenty of space inside and outside on large decking area. Would highly recommend booking this if you are looking and considering it, you wont be disappointed.The lodge has has everything you need and more and much bigger than usual static caravan size usually is. Its also a nice area with great views and peace and quiet if you want or entertainment and things to do on site as its a Haven holiday park. Good outdoor seating area on decking with gate to keep dog and small children safe and plenty of room for swingball. Thanks James and Lorraine hope to stay there again in futire. Can''t fault anything

• Gaunt (4/5): Not as we expected - N/A The "twin" bedroom had a single bed plus a 3/4 bed with a single bunk above it, not twin beds as shown in the property description. This meant that space was very limited, and there was no bedside table or reading lamp. One lamp in the double room did not work and there was no replacement bulb available. There was a very dirty sock under the bed. The sitting room was spacious and comfortable but there was an old slice of pizza down the side of one of the sofa cushions. We had to request extra shower towels (only 2 supplied and there were 4 of us and a baby staying, and there was no dishcloth or teatowel. After requesting these items they were provided the next morning. On a happier note, everyone we dealt with was very pleasant and helpful

• Shelley (7/5): Good location - The lodge is set at the back of the park in a quiet location. The lodge is fairly worn and needs updating. The shower is poor and the furniture within the lounge, clutters and takes up too much space. The dining table is far too big and needs pulling out each time, to allow a fourth person to sit at the table. The website photographs show different furniture than what is actually in the lodge. We didn't purchase the entertainment passes as they were an extra £200 and we discovered that we could have booked a 3 bedroom lodge through Haven which included passes, for less than we paid booking this lodge directly.

• Anna (10/5): Lovely caravan for a family break. - lovely place to stay. The caravan is in a quiet area of the park but not a far walk from the facilities. It has everything you need within the caravan so it's like being at home. The caravan itself is comfortable and is heated well. The owner was in regular contact to ensure that we could check in and to answer any questions. The park has a pool which we found really easy to book and was lovely and warm. There was also daytime and evening entertainment. We didn't see much of the evening entertainment due to having a tired toddler but what we did see looked great. We also didn't use the restaurants but that was due to the caravan having everything we needed to cook for ourselves. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be booking again for my family.

Would not have spent all that money on passes, was not worth the money. - The lodge was in a nice position, very quiet and private. the owner Kevin was very helpful, polite and available for any questions that we may have, very clean and comfortable. just what we needed for a family break. We spent an awful lot of money on passes that we hardly used. It was so busy there was no seats some nights for us to enjoy the entertainment, and hardly any swimming spots left. We had a long wait for food at the restaurant, the staff were very friendly and sorry for our wait. just think they were so busy, with small children it was not ideal.

• Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - The Lodge was an amazing size, beautifully decorated, clean, and everything you need. It was 5 mins walk from reception and activities. Was in good location, no noise and plenty of outside place to play or chill on the decking. The rooms were a decent size, including the kitchen/dining room and bathroom. The lounge area was massive and had a sofa bed, should it be needed. There was everything you need utensil and cooking wise, a tv, wifi and towels (bring your own for swimming). Kevin, the owner, was available via mobile and in person, should there be any issues. However, we had none and it was amazing from start to finish. Would highly recommend Sunsine Lodge. Perfect place to stay. Our best stay at Haven by far. Liked it all

• Sharon (10/5): Brilliant host and great location - The location of the lodge is just a 5 minute walk away from the main complex area The lodge itself has a wrap around decking which is a great additional space, I love to cook so I really appreciated all of the cooking utensils and well presented kitchen, beds were comftable and the lodge was spotless, I would highly recommend 😀 Also Kevin the host was great, when we had an issue with our passes he sorted it out right away, communication was great. We will definitely return

The lodge was very well equipped with everything you would need with some added personal touches like fresh milk to make that first brew ! The lodge was immaculate and was lovely and fresh scented. Kevin i thank you truly for being a great host we will be back to stay again. 10/10 from us 😁
