• miguel Ángel (1/5): - Lllegamos al apartamento a las 23h, cuando metimos el código, la caja de las llaves no se abría, lo cual no podíamos entrar. Nos tuvieron liados con mensajes sin sentido que deduzco que eran de IA, en la calle, a oscuras y con mucho frio hasta las 2 h de la madrugada que decidimos irnos a buscar un hotel cercano. Literalmente nos dejaron en la calle. Pagamos 2 noches + 500€ de fianza para pasar 3 h de frío, sueño e incertidumbre y todavía estamos esperando que nos devuelvan el dinero. • Inma (8/5): Aceptable - La ubicación en una urbanización nueva es excelente.Un apartamento precioso y con todo lo necesario. Un poco incómodo al encontrarse prácticamente en una primera planta , deberían indicar que hay que subir bastante escalones si viajas con niños muy pequeños o personas mayores, no era mi caso , pero creo que es importante para mejorar la calidad de la estancia . Y la limpieza es importante mejorarla.
• Sylvana (4/5): - **Das Potenzial ist da – aber der Service lässt stark zu wünschen übrig** Die Wohnung selbst hat uns grundsätzlich gut gefallen: Das Apartment überzeugt mit einem durchdachten Grundriss, einer beeindruckenden großen Fensterfront und einem schönen Balkon sowie einer Dachterrasse. Besonders angenehm waren die hochwertig bezogenen und dekorierten Betten mit Memory-Schaum-Matratzen in den Einzelbetten – für jemanden, der zuhause auf einer Tempur-Matratze schläft, ein angenehm vertrautes Schlaferlebnis. Ebenfalls positiv: die großzügigen Duschen mit Regenduschköpfen, die Tatsache, dass jedes Schlafzimmer über ein eigenes Bad verfügt, sowie die elektrischen Rollläden, die die Zimmer vollständig verdunkeln – ideal für kleine Kinder, die noch Mittagsschlaf halten. Damit enden leider auch schon die positiven Eindrücke. **Mängel und dringend notwendige Instandhaltung** Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Zustand, der eine dringende Überarbeitung erfordert – wie die beigefügten Fotos belegen. Der Staubsauger war nicht einsatzfähig, da ein vorheriger Mieter den Beutelhalter beschädigt hatte. Die Terrassentür ist augenscheinlich seit Monaten defekt – ein Mangel, der bereits im Dezember 2025 von einer früheren Mieterin gemeldet wurde und bis zu unserem Aufenthalt Mitte Februar 2026 nicht behoben worden war. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist ein durchgesessenes Schlafsofa und war entsprechend ungemütlich. Insgesamt wirkt die Einrichtung stellenweise sehr karg und könnte deutlich wohnlicher gestaltet werden. **Problematischer Kundenservice** Besonders frustrierend war der Umgang mit auftretenden Problemen. Auf Nachrichten folgten ausnahmslos automatisierte KI-Antworten – selbst dann noch, als wir ausdrücklich darum gebeten hatten, mit einem echten Mitarbeiter zu kommunizieren. Beim größten Problem – den fehlenden Schlüsseln für den ausdrücklich beworbenen privaten Poolbereich – dauerte es trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme von Donnerstag (Anreise) bis Sonntagabend, bis wir die richtigen Schlüssel erhielten. Drei volle Tage, in denen wir keinen Zugang zu einer der zentralen beworbenen Einrichtungen hatten. **Lage und Lärm – nicht im Inserat erwähnt** Was im Inserat keinerlei Erwähnung findet: Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einem Nebeneingang der Anlage sowie an einer stark befahrenen Straße. An Wochentagen passieren etwa zehn Schwerlast-LKW pro Stunde die Wohnung, halten vor dem Tor an und fahren dann laut knatternd wieder ab. An Erholung und Ruhe war kaum zu denken. Hinzu kamen Geräusche aus der Nachbarwohnung – etwa das Rücken von Stühlen – die deutlich zu hören waren. Aufgrund der Lärmsituation haben wir die Wohnung nach fünf von vierzehn gebuchten Nächten verlassen und sind in ein Apartment im Inneren der Anlage umgezogen.

• Anita (5/5): - De kamers waren niet al te schoon, lag veel stof. Doucheputje van 1 douche verstopt. Terras deur was kapot, kon niet op slot, dit gemeld, maar werd niet geloofd. Ze zouden komen kijken echter niemand gezien.

• Chris (10/5): Exceptional - Really nice and had everything ready - even stocked the fridge with ice cold beers. Plenty of cleaning things and utensils, we weren’t short of anything. Absolutely brilliant!
• Stephen (10/5): Fantastic accomodation - Modern, very clean and nicely presented. It was harder to find and instructions as to what number and access would have been appreciated. The location is pretty much a building site, which I was not prepared for.

• Craig (8/5): Lovely modern apartment in stunning lagoon resort - The apartment is very modern and well laid out - the balcony and roof terrace are a great space to relax, eat and drink. The lagoon in the resort is stunning and the whole resort will be amazing in a few year when it's all finished. Owner didn't advise that we needed wristband to access the lagoon area, and when we asked for them, we had to pay a £200 deposit to access them (not sure why anyone would visit Santa Rosalia and not want to access the lagoon) - There was a fair bit of construction work ongoing (which the accommodation profile page doesnt not highlight, but we were aware of from reading other reviews) - the apartment next door to ours was also having the roof terrace tiled so we woke up most mornings to the sound of 3 workies chatting and cutting tiles. The resort is also a little isolated - we planned to hire bikes to cycle to El Boulevard and Los Alacazares but there are no safe cycle routes to get all the way to either, so ended up hiring a car instead.
