• Linda (6/5): Should not be marketed on Booking - Located outside the busy center of Porto on Gaia side. Walking distance to Jardim do Morro and Ponte Luis I. Room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Only hot water for about 10 minutes WiFi didn’t work properly, no stable connection. Inside the apartment the signal was also bad. No luggage storage and no elevator Don’t think this accommodation should be marketed via Booking as the host runs it more as a camping, no cleaning / emptying bins and ridiculous extra charge for an additional toilet roll.

• Amaral (7/5): - Appartement numéro 2 très propre rénové. , et très bien situé on peut tout faire à pied le petit moins c'est que l'appartement. Malgré qu'il soit au premier étage n'a aucune lumière. Il faut vivre avec la lumière artificielle en permanence le lit avec une hauteur d'environ 80 cm, impossible de s'asseoir dans le lit. D'autre part, le stationnement et quasi impossible si ce n'est payant petit détail à 25 € par jour à prendre en compte Manque de luminosité dans l'appartement et la difficulté de stationnement

• Namiko (2/5): Good location, but very disappointing and unprofessional handling of issues. - The apartment was conveniently located and the photos made it look comfortable. There was a washing machine shown in the photos, but it did not work. If it had only been a technical failure, we could have understood. However, when we raised the issue, the property’s response was dismissive, asking why we thought there was one in the first place, even though the photo clearly showed it. Later, they even removed the photo instead of addressing the problem. We felt this response was rude and lacked sincerity.
• Piotr (9/5): bardzo udany - lokalizacja, czystość, wyposażenie, widok z okien, mały balkonik na dwa krzesła. trudności w operowaniu oknem dachowym, za mało gniazdek przy łóżkach. na górze przydałby się stolik. parking przed oknami jest płatny. parkowaliśmy na ulicy. na ulicy jest pełno zakazów zatrzymywania, ale wszyscy tam parkują i my też.
• NERIANE (1/5): - Localização maravilhosa! Gostaria de receber meu dinheiro de volta. Não fiquei no local devido ao grande mal cheiro de morfo. E pedi o valor pago e até agora nao obtive reposta. Quem tiver alergia e criança nao fiquem no local. O morfo muito grande!
• B.N. (8/5): - Muy buena ubicación, a 8 minutos del puente Luis I, y a unos 5 de Jardín do Morro. El apa muyono, y el aire acondicionado otro punto a favor. Para aparcar por la zona complicado. El "sofá cama" es una cama ( con dos cajones abajo) la cual es bastante incomoda

El parking de delante Había bichos debajo del colchón de la parte de arriba. Por no hablar que casi caigo ya que la escalera se mueve 🤦‍♀️. Sin ventilación. Solo una ventana arriba.

• Darwin (9/5): Excelente ubicación - La ubicación es excelente, a pie a todos los puntos que queríamos visitar, ubicado en un barrio/zona muy tranquila, la persona que hizo de anfitrión 10/10 La conexión a wifi era horrible, si no estabas parado al lado de la puerta de acceso principal al monoambiente era imposible enviar un simple WhatsApp, dabas 3 pasos al ingreso del alojamiento y ya no tenías señal del wifi, la TV es muy antigua, si quieres descansar una tarde tendrás que ver canales en portugués o franceses, ya que no es smarttv o similar

• TRINIDAD (10/5): - La ubicación, enfrente hay un parking vigilado 24 horas y al ladito de donde se puede ver el atardecer. Todo perfecto!! La dueña atenta mediante WhatsApp. No sé cuándo volveremos pero repetiremos alojamiento!!!
• LÓPEZ (6/5): - Ubicación excelente, cercano al puente Don Luis I tanto por la parte de arriba (jardín do Morro) como por la de abajo (ribera del Duero). Zona tranquila. Hay varios parkings (25€/24h). La persona que nos recibió (Amanda) muy atenta y agradable. El apartamento es nuevo y muy limpio. Me refiero al apartamento 4. Está situado en la parte posterior del edificio y puede resultar un poco claustrofóbico porque es todo interior, sin ventanas. Si bien es cierto que tiene un pequeño espacio entre la puerta del apartamento y las escaleras que suben a otro apartamento, con una mesita y 4 sillas a modo de patio pequeñito, no deja de ser una zona de paso al apartamento superior. Para una estancia de turismo corta en la que estás más tiempo fuera y al apartamento vas a dormir, ducharte, alguna comida rápida, a descansar un ratito entre caminatas (como fue mi caso), está bien. Para una estancia larga y/o hacer más vida en el apartamento, bajo mi punto de vista, sería agobiante.
• Nehar (10/5): Exceptional - We loved our stay at Rate Fervença Great Stay Apartment. It was 3 minutes walking from the Jardim do Morro, 5-8 minutes walking to all bars and restaurants at Gaia. Everything was very clean, the house had all the utensils if you'd like to have some food at home as well. Our host was also very nice and responsive to all our questions in a matter of minutes. We liked everything. There was nothing we didn't like.

• Rajendra (9/5): Comfortable, convenient and enjpyable - Stayed 8 days in the one bedroom apt. Was very clean and well done up. Spacious and comfortable and quite well supplied for a long stay. The bed is large and comfortable. Location is excellent. Away from the noise yet minutes away from the river side and Jardim do Morro where all the action is. The hosts, Marta and Amanda were excellent and responded quickly to our requests and contributed to a most enjoyable stay Not much natural light and ventilation in the apartment.

It is a 2 levels apartment where at the first level there are a little kitchen with all the stuff for cooking (a lot of pans and also a microwave) and for cleaning (sponge, soap, etc..). There is also a comfortable daybed and the TV. Bathroom is essential but beautiful. Portuguese style, so azulejos everywhere. 😍😍. The bathroom was clean, there were also a body shampoo and a hair shampoo. And I finally found a good phon to dry my hair! 🤣 The upper part was beautiful too, a super comfortable bed under the rooftop. All is well illuminated thanks to the window in the roof. There was also a rocking chair where you can sit to read a book! There is AC in both floors and the apartment is well isolated. The position is excellent, 700mt from the center of Porto, you can easily walk or at 3 mins by walk there is the metro. Marta is an excellent guest, 12/10. Super avaliable and clear with the information. After booking the apartment she sent me all the instructions to arrive to the apartment (useful metro instructions, and she also was avaible to book a transfer if you don't want to spend like 40/50 mins in metro). I was 15 minutes late because my flight had some problems and it was not a problem for both thanks to the auto Check in. So, what to say.. Can't wait to come again in Porto and stay in this apartment. Thank you Marta! 🚀🚀🚀❤️❤️❤️ Nothing

• Jane (1/5): Bad - The adjoining building was partly demolished and building work with a kanga and heavy machinery was taking place… the noise and filthy dust was totally unacceptable but the lady Martha who runs the apartment claimed she can’t be responsible for this and that she was unaware… which is impossible. There are so many great places to stay in Porto so I suggest you avoid this one.

• Margaretha (5/5): Location is fantastic, but if you want a little bit of space, go elsewhere. - The location of the studio is fantastic, within walking distance of the the old town. The bathroom is beautiful and the airco does wonders. The contact is very responsive and immediately answers any question or doubt. If you are claustrophobic, don't go here: the place is tiny (the duplex studio is really not for 3) and unlike stated does not have a city view from the window, unless you mean looking at a wall. The duplex is a hazard to get onto. The place was not clean (stains on the sofa cover, cobwebs everywhere). We didn't try to cook there, because it is so small, but fair enough there are utensils to give it a go. The wifi is useless: we had a professional call to be made and had to look for another solution.
• Lauren (10/5): A hidden gem in Vila Nova de Gaia - You can't find a better location, you're close to all the best places. It's a 10 minute walk to Porto and even shorter to some fantastic restaurants and port houses. The apartment itself is beautifully designed and well-equipped. The host was really friendly and helpful from the moment we booked to the moment we left. We'd definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to explore Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia.
