Ma da non trascurare la gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario...ci ha riferito con molta precisione tutte le informazioni per il ritiro e consegna chiavi ed è stato molto disponibile nel tenere i bagagli oltre il check out.. Da rivedere un pochino l'arredamento della stanza
• Camilo (10/5): Excelente relación precio-calidad-ubicacion - La ubicación, muy cerca de la estación de trenes y del centro/costanera de Bari. Habitación muy amplia. Nos encantó. La ubicación del baño, ya que estaba fuera de la habitación y un piso más arriba (frente a la cocina común), pero es algo que estaba estipulado desde un principio y está acorde con la diferencia de precio de las otras habitaciones, así que en verdad estuvo todo bien con el lugar, el hospedaje y la comodidad en general.

Comunicazione con host eccellente. La stanza si presenta arredata con approssimazione ed è usurata dal tempo (pareti, mobili). È evidente il forte stato di usura dei bagni: Mobile bagno da buttare. La doccia passabile ma vecchia (sia il piatto doccia che il soffione) La cucina al piano superiore non è dotata di beni essenziali come acqua o caffè.

Host molto disponibile e veloce nella comunicazione Bisognerebbe rifornire un po' di più la cucina con spugnette nuove, strofinacci, tovaglioli. Cambiare tappetino doccia. Piccole dettagli. Non siamo riusciti a far funzionare la tv che è cmq posizionata non di fronte ai letti ed è bloccata sul muro. Dovreste mettere uno di quei reggi tv con braccio movibile

The host was helpful and allowed me to leave my luggage longer. A perfect, convenient base for a short stay in Bari, especially for a solo traveler.

• Diego (8/5): Nice stay, great location - Great location, in the heart of nice Murat area, halfway train station and old town. Nice big room, and very quiet (facing rear). Lovely roof-top. Self check-in, but good and friendly communication with the owner via whatsapp. They provide luggage store on the day of departure. Some broken down bulbs, thus not very well lit especially the bathroom. The wifi didn’t work most of the time.

Balcone in camera molto carino La porta della camera ha un vetro da cui entra la luce del corridoio. Abbiamo avuto vicine di camera che alle 4 della notte hanno acceso luci e sbattuto la porta d’ingresso, disturbando il nostro sonno. Accanto al letto c’è un solo comodino ed una sola luce del lampadario funzionante. Basterebbe qualche accortezza in più

Mostró una gran flexibilidad ante todas nuestras peticiones. Ha sido un placer alojarse aquí. El apartamento no es muy moderno, pero no es un factor que afecte a la experiencia. Se trata de un sitio acogedor que tiene todo lo que puedes esperarte.

• Slawomir (6/5): Cheap hotel in a good location. - Close to both the old town and the station. Well equipped kitchen, plates and a fridge. Room pretty big, a lot of storage space. The landlord speaks english. Not easy to find after dark, no signs at all. The stairs and the inside are dark as well. The bathroom is a bit smelly and it is very hard to adjust the temperature of the water. Having a shower was a challenge. The owner didn't send any details on how to get to the room before, I had to call him. Why not to do that once the payment has gone through? And all that fuss with the city tax, why not to include it in the price? The guests are supposed to segregate waste, but the bins are a total mess, no idea which bin is for what.

• Ezequiel Palomeque (8/5): Cumple con lo necesario - La ubicación, muy cerca de la estación de Bari Centrale, lo cual es esencial si usás Bari de base para viajar a otros lugares (Matera, Alberobello, etc). También fue muy buena la atención del dueño, siempre dispuesto a contestar preguntas o ayudar con lo que fuera necesario. Sistema de self check-in, el dueño te da un código y con eso abrís un candado y retirás tu llave, lo cual es super práctico porque lo hacés a cualquier hora que llegues. La heladera en el hall y la cocina con pava eléctrica y hornallas son muy útiles. El baño no tiene un buen diseño, el inodoro y el bidet están en puntas opuestas, lo cual no tiene sentido. Para lo grande que es el baño, la ducha podría ser más espaciosa. Y el estante por encima del lavabo estaba un poco caído, lo cual no dejaba abrir mucho la canilla. El piso de la habitación podía estar un poco más limpio. No hay servicio a la habitación además (aunque hay muchas toallas limpias que van dejando en un mueble que hay al lado de las habitaciones, funciona tipo self-service).

• Karolina (10/5): Polecam to miejsce! Super lokalizacja i bardzo przyjazny właściciel - Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do najciekawszych miejsc, blisko przystanki autobusowe, dworzec kolejowy. W pobliżu sklepy i kawiarnie. Wspaniały kontakt z właścicielem! Była również możliwość przechowania bagażu po check out.

• Annie (8/5): Logement très bien situé mais il manque le confort d'une vrai salle de bain. - Logement situé à 5mn à pied de la gare et des arrêts de bus qui vont à l'aéroport. Facilité de récupérer les clés du logement dans la boîte à clé. Possibilité de laisser les bagages la journée pendant les visites du centre historique. L'annonce indique salle de bain individuelle. Or, la salle de bain est à l'étage devant la cuisine. Pas très cool car lorqu'on est arrivé vers 21Heures de nombreuses personnes étaient dans la cuisine.

• Kristina (9/5): - excellent location! this is absolutely perfect location for your trip located just in the middle between the old town and the railway station. the owner is super friendly and even though we never met in person he was very helpful with all of the information. The common kitchen has a lot of utensils for use and even equipment to cook your meal. The roof terrace is very nice. The rooms are located in a historic building which is an extra special touch for your journey. the shower may need a bit of renovation and the room could use some paint works, but this wasn't a thing to spoil your trip, just a suggestion to make it even better :)

The terrace is really nice. We had some problems with the hot water due to the flat being on the 3. floor, but the problem got resolved at the end.

• Anna (8/5): - La posizione è strategica per vedere la città e anche ben servita ad un isolato dalla fermata dei bus. Il proprietario è disponibile e rapido nella comunicazione. Camera pulitissima e molto ampia, incluso bagno privato, davvero confortevole. Letto comodissimo. Carino che la cucina in comune sia al piano di su, evita che i rumori della colazione possano disturbare.

Communication was great, the place is nice and has a lovely terrace.. A little worn out things (like hanging shelves, scratched table..), but all perfectly functional. Could be crowded or noisy if all rooms would be full..

Egyszerű be és kicsekkolás. Nem először voltunk ebben a lakásban. Mindig jól éreztük magunkat. Sajnos a mostani szobánk ajtaja hagy kivetnivalót. Bajlódtunk a be és kinyitással, annak ellenére, hogy kaptunk róla előzetesen videót.A szobában lévő asztalt is cserélni kellene. De ennek ellenére legközelebb is szívesen szállunk meg itt.

• Tobias (7/5): Sehr gute Lage, die Unterkunft aber schon abgewohnt - Beschreibung gilt für Zimmer 8, welches ein eigenes privates Badezimmer hat. + großer Raum + bequemes Bett + die beiden Fenster gehen zum sehr ruhigen Innenhof + Vermieter sehr kommunikativ + Lage in Bari gut zwischen Altstadt und Bahnhof + Dachterrasse (wobei ohne irgendeinen schönen Ausblick - und man hört die Menschen, die dort sind, im Bad) - es fehlt eine ordentliche Tür, die den Schall von den anderen Mitbewohnern abfängt - überraschend schlechte Beleuchtung (Vorraum ohne Licht, Badezimmer mäßig, von 4 Lichtschaltern im Hauptraum funktioniert nur einer, eine Lampe ohne Leuchtmittel) - die Wohneinheit wirkt leider abgenutzt, v.a. das Bad. Die Dusche ist absolut nicht mehr zeitgemäß, zudem schimmelig. WC-Sitz kaputt, Toilettenpapierhalterung kaputt. Alles in allem kann man dort schon übernachten, Begeisterung kam aber keine auf.

Menet közben bármikor bármit kérdeztem, egyből válaszolt. Amikor a fiam beteg lett, felajánlotta, hogy elvisz orvoshoz ha szükséges. Jó szívvel ajánlom mindenkinek aki nem tévét nézni jött Bariba. -

I knew there was an external, private bathroom but it was up some stairs on the same floor as kitchen. Getting up during the night was not great climbing those stairs. Also would be a bit uncomfortable if I was using the bathroom while people were in the kitchen.

• Karen Mee Hiong (9/5): Comfortable n feel at home, all the sights are within walking distance - The host is honest n helpful, location is good too, complete kitchenette facility. The host turned down my offer for charging my luggage left there before we checked in. Our luggage was there for 5 days without any extra charge n he only charged us 2 persons city tax instead of 3 persons WiFi is slow n I feel that whole city is having this problem
