• bisikletgezgini (5/5): Beklentimi karşılamadı. - Toplu ulaşımı kullanarak tek vasıta ile merkeze ulaşılabiliyor. Çevrede bir kaç market var. Yakında bir park ve kafeler mevcut. Mutfakta htiyacı karşılayacak kadar kap mevcut. Sessiz. Banyoda havalandırma penceresi veya vantilatör yok. Banyo kapısı tam kapanmıyor. Banyo lavabosu tıkalıydı su çok yavaş gidiyordu. Kaldığımız 5 gün boyunca daha da kötüleşti. Lavabonun altındaki gider hortumunun değiştirilmesi veya sökülüp temizlenmesi gerekiyor. Her şey bir yana banyodaki eksiklerin olmaması gerekiyordu. Yatak pek rahat değil.

• Konstantinos (1/5): Yes but a big NO - The Appartment is semi-besment, it was very clean and had all the amenities. The stench was unbearable, a mixure of mold and facade. I don't believe someone with spine can sleep in this mattress, it needs to be replaced. I booked for two nights but I stayed none.

• Κατερίνα (5/5): Αν εξαιρέσουμε την καθαριότητα , το δωμάτιο είναι πολυ όμορφο και ικανοποιητικό - Πολύ καλή η τοποθεσία και ο χώρος αρκετά άνετος Πραγματικά η καθαριότητα όχι απλά απείχε αλλά πρέπει κυριολεκτικά να μην μπήκε κανείς να το καθαρίσει καν και φροντίσει καν. Η κουρτινα του μπάνιου δε…. Ασχολίαστη. Μόνο αυτό θα βάλω σαν φωτογραφία αν και είδαμε πολλά απαράδεκτα

It's a safe place, and the host's arrival instructions were very clear. He is a very kind man. The apartment is extremely clean, beautiful, and well-equipped. The location is excellent, with easy access to transport stops, restaurants, etc. I highly recommend it; I absolutely loved it."

• Laura (1/5): nie polecam tego apartamentu - gdy wychodziliśmy z apartamentu, sklep 24/7 niedaleko dosłownie wszytko: - pokój w piwnicy, bardzo nie przyjemny zapach od razu po wejściu jak i na korytarzu, w apartamencie oraz na balkonie , gdy otwieraliśmy szafkę z koszem na śmieci nieprzyjemny zapach mimo że nie było w nim śmieci - bródna podłoga, rozwalone meble, grzyb w łazience, po pierwszej nocy pojawił się karaluch w łazience, później na balkonie, w toalecie i na korytarzu. Trauma do końca życia. Prosiliśmy o dezynfekcję lub o posprzątanie pokoju nie otrzymaliśmy żadnej odpowiedzi mimo odczytanych wiadomości przez gospodarza.

• Natallia (7/5): Может быть лучше - Хорошие апартаменты с большим количеством необходимого для комфортного проживания. Четкие инструкции по заселению, удобное расположение. На второй день нашего проживания в здании видимо начали травить тараканов, поэтому в подъезде лежали огромные мертвые тараканы, также на террасе. В самой квартире их не было, но несколько штук всегда лежало у порога. На самой террасе также пыльно и неуютно, поэтому отдыхали больше на кухне. Некоторая мебель нуждается в ремонте. Не понятно зачем гладильная доска, если утюга нет.
• Rossella (5/5): - Posizione abbastanza comoda, ci siamo spostati spesso in Uber per comodità; c’è una stazione metropolitana a 15 minuti circa dalla struttura ma per le tempistiche era meglio usufruire dei taxi. Per la qualità prezzo e’ okay; c’è una cucina ed una lavatrice che possono essere utili per il soggiorno. La pulizia del palazzo era pessima, odore di pesticida e veleno soprattutto nel sottoscala dove si trova l’appartamento; abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana ed ogni giorno aumentava il numero degli scarafaggi sia sulla scala che nella struttura stessa. E’ stato un peccato non poter usufruire del terrazzino per la mancata pulizia e, ripeto, i grossi scarafaggi che c’erano. Piatti e utensili di servizio non puliti con cura; mobili pessimi sia della cucina che del bagno.

• Maks (8/5): carelessness and negligence - He did a great job rebooking my apartment for July 7th to 8th, and I didn't have to find a new place. But, unfortunately, I gotta say he was careless and negligent about the electricity and internet on the last day; he didn't even respond to my request. The outlets weren't working, the internet stopped for an hour, and stuff. Otherwise, it's good.
• Guranda (7/5): Good - The location was great- calm neighborhood, not to close too the city center, however easily connected. There was a bus stop right in front and you would go to the center in 10 min. The apartment was comfortable and had anything you may need during your stay. What I did no notice before was that this is a basement apartment, -1 floor. Therefore, it is not very bright and there are no windows, just a door that opens to in-built terrace. If you smoke, this will work for you. However, the apartment had damp kind of smell. Without air conditioner, the smell was very unpleasant as the room did not have ventilation system. The thing that shocked us was that bathroom door did not close properly. (I don't mean lock, but close). Also, bathroom douche was not attached to the wall, so you had to hold it in your hand all the time while showering.

• Daniela (9/5): We had a great stay! - The space is like the pictures, it is a renovated unit with a nice terrace. The place is great, very specious and comfortable. It's a 35 min walk to the center which we did a few times, but the buses will take you there in 15mins, the transportation system is very simple to use, and it allows you to explore the city as a local! The place is great and the price is really good compared to other accommodations in athens.
• Ilias (8/5): Very good - Good size apartment, well equipped, quiet location, 8 mins walk from underground, comfortable bed, host was polite and helpful. Good value for money. Was quite happy with everything, some minor comments: Apartment needed some minor maintenance in some parts but nothing that would influence my staying. I would personally prefer a different kind of pillow, the one here was bit thinner than my taste . Shower space was bit small too.

• Bogdan (1/5): Bad - The apartment is very dark; it lacks sunlight. It is also very damp in the apartment. There are not enough lids for the pots. The extension cord is plugged in near the sink and water, which is quite unsafe. The hot water situation is poor. The water heats up slowly and runs out quickly. It's impossible for two people to shower one after the other. The drying rack was rusty, and I had to clean it to avoid ruining my clothes. The terrace was dirty. Large cockroaches in the house.
• Zoe (9/5): Great apartment, lovely stay!! - The apartment was fantastic and looked exactly like the pictures—no surprises there. The bed? Absolutely massive and super comfy. It’s a new place, really clean, and tons of natural light flooding in from the patio during the day, making it feel even more spacious. They provided us two sets of towels, but there was no hand towel for the bathroom (just one for the floor). The place had a hairdryer, drying rack, and ironing board, though no flatiron. The kitchen was almost fully equipped, but overall, this place was a win. I’d love to come back! The host was awesome from start to finish—super responsive, texting us all the details before we even arrived and always ready to help. Fast replies, super helpful. Thanks so much, John! The only thing that was a bit frustrating was the bathroom sink—it wasn’t draining properly, which was annoying. Other than that, just some minor things: the bathroom curtain was a little dirty at the bottom, and the kitchen was missing a few essentials like a draining board, salt, pepper, and towels for both the kitchen and bathroom. Also, two lights weren’t working in the bedroom, so we had to rely on the nightstand lamp, or the rest of the lights from the kitchen or entrance. When we walked in, the bathroom door handle was broken, one side of the wardrobe was hanging open, and we were greeted by a broken drawer. Nothing major, but it did feel like we walked in mid-small-maintenance. A heads-up would’ve been appreciated, though I’m not really complaining. Just pointing out a few things which can be easily fixed. We did book last minute, and everything else was great.

• Antonín (8/5): Very good - The room was nice and clean, WiFi was good, pretty interior Bathroom was a bit crammed and not the best, but it wasn't a problem :)
• Liubov (5/5): Disappointed - Subway is 10 minutes away, easy to take a bus to the city center There are always problems with hot water if 2 people live, there is enough water for literally 5 minutes. We were given only 1 large towel + 1 small towel per person for 5 days, there was no shampoo or shower gel. Every detail in this apartment is either already broken or practically broken. The worst thing is that the apartment is located in a semi-basement and a huge cockroach got in through the door; in Greece, cockroaches are huge and it was very scary and disgusting.
• Luigia (9/5): We loved this apartment and John was super friendly. Highly recommended! - To have a whole apartment to ourselves was great. There is a washing machine, which is great when you’re travelling just with hand luggage like us. It’s a short walk to the metro. There is a handheld shower without a place to hook it. So showering was interesting, but we got used to it easily.
• Veronica (10/5): Athens stay. - I loved everything about the apartment, it had everything I needed. Equipped kitchen, comfortable large bed, super clean, quiet, and conveniently located to the city. Excellent restaurants and bars. All in all, a superb stay. Highly recommended. There was nothing I didn't like.

• Tornean (9/5): Great! - The apartment is exactly like showing in pictures. It has a fully equipped kitchen and it is furnished in style. The outdoor patio helps a lot, while the apartment is located on the lower / basement floor. The host was very professional and gave us very detailed instructions for self-check in, which was very easy. We stayed for 3 nights and had a rental car. We were mostly lucky with on-street free parking, but you may have to make a few circles around the block on busy days/times to find a spot. Suggestion: while there is no window or ventilation system in the bathroom, it would be good to have the towels replaced for stays of over 2 nights, while they cannot always be left at the patio outside to dry on rainy days, and the bathroom gets very humid after a shower. There is no housekeeping, but a spare set of towels, a laundry basket for the wet ones and some plastic bags for the toilet bin would help.
• Charmaine (8/5): We enjoyed the stay, and will very likely stay here again for short breaks :) - The apartment had everything that is needed and made for easy settling in and rest. The park very close by had many local eateries, bakeries, supermarkets. We enjoyed being in a local residential area, as it gave us a better sense of how local greek people live day to day. Also easy check in and check out. Being in the basement unit, there was less natural light, although there is an outdoor patio. Not usually a problem for many, but personal preference is for more natural light and air. A suggestion is to install a mozzie net screen in the bedroom windows so that the AC is not needed for sleep.
• Teh (8/5): Very good, location is abit far this recommend for second timers to Athens - It is a really nice apartment for the price, it has everything you need. The blanket is so thin Although the location is alright , the nearest metro is 10 minutes away, and the bus in Athens are inconsistent. Thus this stay is most suitable for people who is coming to Athens on their second trips I will not recommend for first timer.
