• eby (5/5): Okay place to sleep in - Good location and value for money. The space was smaller than expected, and it was difficult to sit comfortably at the dining table because of the height restrictions. There was also no shower gel provided and no bathroom bin. In addition, we noticed a stain on the sofa. The host also had several cleaning requirements, some of which felt excessive, with fines deducted from the deposit if they were not completed.

• Tanel (10/5): Good location, good value for money, I would recommend. - The rooms were clean, the bedrooms well equipped, two pillows and extra pillows provided coziness and comfort. The beds were soft. The fully equipped open kitchen, sofa in the living room and large TV helped to spend the evenings pleasantly. Since we are from outside the UK, the apartment could have had an EU standard adapter plug. But that is certainly not a criticism of the accommodation.

• Ádám (8/5): It was overall good and we had a nice stay at the apartment. - Very good location, near to underground stations. It is quite a spacious apartment, ideal for a family, just needs a little bit of an upgrade in certain areas. The wifi connection was perfect, also the heating worked well. The view of the apartment was also very nice. The carpets, the dining room chairs and the sofa had some stains, the overall cleanliness of the apartment had a little bit to desired for. The shower at first was draining very slowly, but we fixed it. The front door of the apartment was a little difficult to open.

Det var mycket trångt och takhöjden var väldigt låg, särskilt när man skulle resa sig upp från sängen, vilket gjorde att man lätt slog i huvudet. Mattan i köket var dessutom mycket smutsig, och det gick inte att gå där utan skor.ingen kaffe maskin

• Estefania (5/5): Estuvimos bien, pero fallaron las camas. - El apartamento es pequeño pero acogedor. Y tiene buenas vistas. Las camas, dos de ellas son minúsculas, y los colchones están en muy mal estado. Se notan todos los muelles y se hunden. Las sábanas también están para renovar.

• Rebecca (5/5): - Location was amazing for where we needed to be. Good value for money considering we only needed it for somewhere to sleep for a short stay. Lockbox location felt questionable, glad it wasn’t dark on arrival. Kitchen sink doesn’t run hot water. Minimal glassware/crockery provided. Bathroom was unclean on arrival. Beds extremely uncomfortable & no sheets were provided for the sofa bed (which is stained). Towels provided for guests were hand towel sized (not suitable) and no bath mat in bathroom. We had to phone the cleaning manager and go through the cupboards in the property to find suitable towels and bedding. We were contacted multiple times throughout our stay by the owner with complaints, although we were adhering to the house rules, which felt excessive and inappropriate. It felt like we were being watched.

• Venugopal (10/5): Secure and comfortable stay. - The property was clean and well maintained. The location is a short walking distance to train station as well as local convenience store. Nayeem was prompt to respond to any of our queries and requests. We will definitely stay here during our future trips. Nothing to not like.
• Srdjan (9/5): We enjoyed a stay. The apartment was clean, peaceful, and offering a nice view of the greenery - We received well-structured and clear instructions on how to get there, how to find the apartment, and where to locate the keys (and even how to use them:) ). The apartment is conveniently located (by casual walk 8-10 minutes) near the subway station (Acton Town station), offering good connections to the city center. The apartment was clean, and we received a prompt response to all our questions from the host. The apartment is exactly as presented in the pictures. Mattresses should be better. No further complaints.
• Tetsuya (8/5): Very good - Overall the accommodation was nice and cozy, and the host was considerate and all questions were answered promptly and adequately. The negative side was that the ceiling was low at some places and we need to be careful not to hit our head. The Gunnersbury abenue has relatively heavy traffic even at night and sometimes it was noisy.
• Kaie (7/5): It does what it says on the tin - The accommodation was well laid out and felt secure since it was an attic flat in a locked "apartment" building. It was only a ten minute walk from two or three tube/rail stations which made it ideal for our visit. We had quite a bit of trouble locating the key to the property however, the host was available immediately and assisted in a really friendly and reassuring manner. The furniture in the flat was modern and clean. The living space located at the rear of the property had a nice view and was quiet, which was appreciated. The flat could have done with another coat of paint as it looked half done. It also was not that clean, the bathroom floor was not clean and there were a couple of dishes in the cupboards were really dirty however, there wasn't a sponge scourer, that would have helped. I was reasonably comfortable on my mattress however, the others were of a poor quality and were not comfortable to sleep on. The skylights that did not have blackout blinds could really have done with them as the light was bright even at 5am. The "rules" seemed to be over burdensome, with the threat of deductions for every misdemeanor making it hard to relax within the property. There was no parking either despite there being 5/6 parking spaces to the front of the property.

Our host was welcoming and responsive, and even accommodated a later check out time for us. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London.

• Lee (5/5): Passable - - well equipped facilities - had a hard time trying to locate the lockbox as we didnt expect it to be away from the premises at a fence. Luckily we did not arrive at night time to do a treasure hunt for it in the dark. - fidgety front door lock. - dusty floor.

It is also close to Gunnersby Park and Brentford stadium, if you like running and watching football The apartment has many sloping walls and some places are a little bit narrow, so the movements for a person close to 2 meters can be a little bit difficult

• Doaa (3/5): Overall would not recommend - The bathroom shower drain was clogged and it was fixed quite promptly. Area overall quiet. The bed sheets and duvet covers were unclean and need not only washing but replacing. One of the radiators was not working so 1 of the rooms was cold compared to the rest of the house. Most upsettingly was after checkout, the owner accused us of stealing a towel (WHICH WE DID NOT) and had the audacity to ask for a 10/10 review. 🤔
