Gli armadietti dello ski room che per quanto nuovi non si chiudono, la spa un po’ piccola quando l’hotel é pieno. É mancato un po’ di calore e attenzione che mi aspetto da un hotel a conduzione familiare.

• Joanna (8/5): A comfortable and clean hotel with high-quality food, excellent ski facilities, and friendly staff - Food presentation was beautiful, and the overall quality of food was high. Reception staff and some restaurant staff were very friendly, especially one Albanian lady who was exceptionally kind and warm. The rooms were very clean and cleaned daily. The ski bus was convenient, and the driver was incredibly friendly. The hotel area is pleasant, with plenty of parking available. The ski room was excellent - modern, spacious, and very well organized. There were no vegetables at breakfast by default (they were available only upon request). Only one coffee machine, which often caused queues. Forks were not given at breakfast, which is strange. One older lady working in the restaurant was not very friendly and felt quite rude, which affected the atmosphere. The dining room is divided into a bright, pleasant area and a darker one - unfortunately, we were seated in the darker section and assigned the same table every day, with no option to change. The spa closes at 7 pm, which felt too early, especially after skiing - opening until at least 8 pm would be much more comfortable. The ski bus only goes to the nearest slopes; it would be great if it also connected to other areas like Sella Ronda. Overall, the stay felt quite expensive for what was offered.

• Mirit (7/5): - המארחים השאירו שלושה בלונים על מיטה כשכתבתי להם שיש יום הולדת לבן זוגי. בנוסף, הגבר בדלפק הקבלה היה מאוד אדיב ועזר לנו לתכנן את הטיול בארוחת הבוקר לא היו בכלל ירקות ובנוסף, בקשנו לאכול ליד החלון והאישה האחראית על חדר האוכל פשוט לא הסכימה! סרבה בתוקף לאפשר לנו לבחור היכן לשבת וממש התעקשה להושיב אותנו בשולחן ספציפי ופחות אטרקטיבי. מעבר לזה, ערכו לנו את המיטה עם שתי שמיכות נפרדות, כשבקשתי שמיכת פוך זוגית לא היתה להם. הזיה

• Thomas (10/5): Great vacation and excezvalue for the money - Excellent facility with a great SPA and alpine charm in the rooms and open spaces. Extremely comfortable and luxurious, we had half board and dinner was Michelin style 4-5 course menu with selections for traditional, exclusive, vegetarian, and Renè Special meals. Very friendly and accommodating staff! Indoor pool area is rather small but according to the owner they will build an outdoor pool next year

The spa area was large with lots amenities. Monika was the nicest & most helpful lady from the restaurant. She always had a smile! Hot tub could have been hotter.
• Jun (8/5): Good hotel ideal for short stay - The bathroom is very big and with a big window. The braekfast was ok, nothing fancy but pretty standard with adequate amount of options. Big parking place right in front of the hotel. The single room is very small. The sauna in the suite has a glass door, so there's no privacy actually. Suite is quite small, single bed is small too.

Valentina the massage therapist was amazing and very sweet. On Booking we saw 4 pictures for the room: 3 were amazing and 1 was not at the same level. We got that one... :( Also the mattresses need a change I think. They're too soft. I asked for another room but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked. If the guest asks for another room it means the hotel isn't meeting the expectation so, If I were the manager I'd have tried to accomodate the request more, even just offering a drink or something, showing flexibility and interest. Felt like they didn't care. Overall, I felt value for money was not great.

• Andrew (9/5): Superb - Good range of food including several types of honey. Porridge was cold as not put in warming container. Hotel a long walk to the slopes. Can use skibus for small charge but still need to walk 5 - 10 minutes. The hotel has a minibus which goes to Buffaure but wasn't working most of our stay. Hotel bit slow to react. Could have given us skibus pass and a timetable. However, overall they were very accommodating. Staff particularly friendly and hard working.

• Tzyrr (9/5): I stayed a full week - really good place to start/end your daytrips! - Excellent place to stay with extensive breakfast and dinner choices. Very clean room with good wifi connection and I didn't use the TV but it was much bigger than what I'm used to in hotels. Very friendly (English speaking!) staff and it was great to sit down in the pool in the afternoon to ease my sore muscles and watch the sun slowly disappear behind the mountains. Big parking lot with at least two charging stations for e-vehicles. I had no negative experiences whatsoever.
