L’appartamento è grande, nuovo e con ogni comfort, super silenzioso. Perfetto per staccare la spina. La piscina è stupenda e nei momenti di relax è una goduria. Menzione d’onore per Rambo e Bruno, i due cani: meravigliosi e di compagnia, ti accolgono con la coda che scodinzola e rendono tutto ancora più speciale. Farina (10/5): - Me encantó el lugar. Son diferentes casitas en planta baja, cada una con su pequeño jardín, mesa y grill, lo que lo hace muy acogedor. El recinto es cerrado, muy bonito y tranquilo, y también tiene piscina exterior. Además, estaban los perros Rambo y Bruno, muy dulces y tranquilos, que no molestaban para nada y le daban aún más encanto al sitio. La verdad es que no tengo nada negativo que decir. Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable y, de hecho, incluso decidimos quedarnos más tiempo de lo previsto.

Margherita (8/5): - C'era una gran pace e l'appartamento molto grande e puilito Il fatto di non avere la colazione compresa è qualcosa di un po' scomodo perchè l'agriturismo si trova nel nulla.
Irina (10/5): Weiterempfehlung von Herzen! - Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Der Besitzer Folker achtet wirklich aufs Kleinste Detail. Er kümmert sich sofort, wenn man etwas braucht. Wir kamen morgens an und durften die Zeit bis zum Check In am Pool verbringen. Bereits um 11:00 Uhr durften wir einchecken. Das Gelände ist riesig. Unsere Kinder konnten sich super frei bewegen. Generell ist die Unterkunft total Kinderfreundlich. Wir haben 2x Abends ein Lagerfeuer gemacht und die Kinder konnten Trampolin hüpfen und Tischtennis spielen. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, die alle Gäste benutzen dürfen. der Pool ist schön groß sauber. Die Lage ist super. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 20km und man fährt entspannt Autobahn. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Milan (10/5): - My jako milovníci psů jsme uvítali každodenní kontakt se psy provozovatele. Psi milí, mazliví. Velice hezky vybavený bungalov, všude čisto. Příjezdová cesta vyhovující, dostatečné místo na parkování, okolí vhodné na procházky. Při odjezdu jsme dostali buchtu :-). Ochotní a přátelští majitelé. Bazén vyhovující, možnost grilování. Rádi se opět vrátíme.

We booked multiple rooms to provide overflow space for our family and friends for a nearby wedding. We were met with the access to the property and everything was laidback and stress-free. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about this property.

Gahan (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed here to attend a wedding at the nearby convento de montepozzali. It was very convenient and the apartments were very nice and clean. Perfect for our family. They have a nice pool and a trampoline and basketball hoop for the kids. Great experience. Everything was great.

Garcia (10/5): Relaxing Haven - This location is a place where you can REALLY get away from everything. No noise, not alot of people..... it's simply very private and relaxed atmosphere. You will find plenty to do around the area and amazing places to eat while getting away from the mess of crowded places. The locations offers a brand new apartment like home where you have everything you need to enjoy your time there such as cook your own meals if you're into that. Relax by the pool. Watch the sunset from your private balcony and hammock! Ahhh just relax.... Nothing.... everything was perfect!
Simone (10/5): One not to miss! A heaven on earth! - Estefania is a wonderful person who I loved sharing my experiences with. She is a solar person and very caring too. Both Estefania and Volker are very attentive to your needs and work everyday to keep their beautiful surroundings spotless and up to date. The place is heaven on earth surrounded by Tuscan trees, countryside and mountains. My dog had a great time playing with their dog Bruno. I would love to come back and stay here and relax for at least a week. If you are looking for tranquility and peace this is definitely the place to be! The bungalow is beautifully decorated with all the amenities one needs. I highly recommend this wonderful haven and the amazing hospitality of this beautiful couple ♥️ ps the bed is a joy to sleep in, so comfortable! My only regret is not staying longer 😞
Daniel (1/5): Very bad. - We had a bad experience with Societa Agricola Sepmrice Anfora della Vita and would not recommend staying there. We organised our wedding at the Convento di Montepozzali and had planned to have additional guests stay at Societa Agricola Sepmrice Anfora della Vita. During our visit there, we were told that we would be able to have 4 guests stay in each appartement (thanks to the pull-out couches). The owners also wanted to be paid in cash in exchange of a discount. We ultimately decided not to pay in cash because we wanted to have the booking protection in case of an issue. One day before the stay, I called the owners to organise the arrival of our guests. They then informed us that we actually could only sleep two people in each flat. And that we basically could cancel and loose our money if we were unhappy. The day before they had specifically said we could have 4 people sleep in the flats. We are thankful we booked through booking and not in cash like the owners wanted, so that we can seek a refund from booking.

Hillary (9/5): Superb - We were a group of 5 families with kids ranging from 2 - 12. It was the perfect location for our getaway weekend retreat. Each family had their own apartment, which were all close to one another, during the day between the pool and the play area there was entertainment for all. The owners were flexible and extremely kind in making our stay comfortable and meeting all our requests. We will definitely consider the property again for a future stay.
Marco (9/5): Superb - We spent only one wonderful night in this peaceful and elegant Agriturismo. We had the pleasure to meet the hosts Volker (from Germany) and Estefania (from Colombia) and had together a dinner full of local hospitality and music. The apartment is nice and cozy, all new and well equipped. A well designed mix of cultures, a melting pot of German accuracy, Colombian joy and Italian taste is reflected in the design and fit out of the apartment. Outside there is a nice Clearwater swimming pool and if you want also a barbecue gear. Will definitely visit again !
Delphine (10/5): Hidden gem in Tuscany - We were on a roadtrip and found last minute this beautiful hotel. It's calm, the pool is overviewing the Tuscan fields & Estefania & partner were great hosts! This is the perfect place to relax. The houses are really spacious and clean, I regret only staying a short time here.

Romina (10/5): Too nice! Highly recommended. - Charming family-run farmhouse fully immersed in nature. A lovely place to relax and rest during your holidays. The apartments are cozy, clean and well-furnished and the owners are really kind and at your complete disposal for any need. As we arrived they where waiting for us to show us the place and giving us all the information for our stay and as I come back home and I discover I left there a toy of my daughter they offered me to send it to me by mail.
