Didier (7/5): Très bien placé mais vraiment trop trop bruyant. - Les chambres sont très bien. La cuisine très bien également (on est pas là pour faire de la grande cuisine) La sécurisation d'accès. Assez d'espace vie. Le bruit tous les soirs jusqu'à 3 heures du matin l'étanchéité des chambranles surtout sur le coté gauche des 2 fenêtres est la cause principale (encore un truc monté vite fait) L'absence de table basse au salon (désagréable de poser son verre par terre). La machine à café Nespresso (trop long trop bruyant), une cafetière ordinaire surtout pour le matin irait très bien. Une éponge pour la salle de bain (évite de prendre celle de la cuisine pas très hygiénique). La porte de la douche qui ne devrait pas tarder à se dégonder.

Steve (9/5): Great Alameda Apartment - A great location overlooking the Alameda de Hercules square which was very vibrant. Everything you needed was there and while compact there was nothing left to want. The table to allow you to sit overlooking the square was a nice touch. A 15 minute walk to the Catherdral. Overlooking the square means its a bit noisy in one bedroom but you felt part of the community
Chucha0502 (9/5): Seville is beautiful!!! - Great location, beautiful design of the apartments and all the necessary things for a comfortable stay. The owners were always in touch and solved small problems as quickly as possible. Special thanks for the beautiful tableware and fully equipped kitchen. The only significant problem is a very noisy bar right below the apartments, it worked until 3 am every day, except Sunday night. And it felt like we were sleeping right in the bar, despite the completely closed windows. Maybe the windows need to be changed to more soundproof ones.
Jacqui (9/5): We had a great week. - It was a nice apartment in a good location. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. It got a bit rowdy at night until the early hours of the morning.
Mark (8/5): Great place as a base to explore Seville. - Good apartment- clean and well stocked. Great location and the Minty team were very nice to deal with It’s above a busy bar on a busy street so is pretty noisy til the early hours, especially at weekends. TV not clear how to operate.
