- Rebecca (4/5): Good but could have been better. - Beach front, decent priced, great spot for families Night 1 @11pm we realized not enough pillows or blankets were left for 5 people. Only the 4 pillows on the king bed. The bathroom had hair in spots that made me question if it was cleaned properly. Night 2 later in the evening my daughter got a piece of glass in her foot from the living area floor. Overall the pools weren't as clean as last year. They have water buildup that was not as bad in 2025. The room wasn't ready for 5 people all around only 4. So in comparison to last year's experience this year was a disappointment.

- Denise (8/5): We always stay here when we visit MB. These issues made it a little disappointing this stay. - The staff was friendly and helpful. We liked the security team and felt safe. We liked the multiple poles and hot tubs. There were a couple issues in our room - a bad lamp cord and door latch was broken when we got there. Maintenance did take care of it quickly when we let them know. It was disappointing that one of the hot tubs was down and the slide in the kid's pool wasn't open. The water for the indoor pool wasn't warm the whole week.

- Chris (4/5): This was the second year in a row I stayed there and I was disappointed this time. - Location Toilet didn’t flush and took several hours to get fixed. The toilet paper holder was hanging from the wall with screws sticking out and after letting the front desk know it was never fixed during my visit. There was also no way to wash off when coming off the beach because none of the washing stations worked.

In the best location ever - All the pools, and when my cable went out, a maintenance guy was quickly sent to our rescue and my husband was able to finish Oklahoma thunder and San Antonio Spurs game. The maintenance man was very polite, informative, dedicated, and determined to get both TVs to work, even though it took a while, and wasn’t that easy. I have stayed here for the last 3 years only difference is I stayed in the Chelsea villas and I was on the 3 rd floor. No elevators …..all stairs, for 2 days my ankles and legs swelled up from all the up and down even an in shape person was exhausted when reaching the top. If I was to stay in the Chelsea villas I would only take the first floor.

- Armani (1/5): - Nothing We were located in Chelsea Homes. Upon arrival after a 7 hour drive there were 3 bags of dirty laundry that was not taken out by house keeping. There was a dirty diaper on the balcony with poop in it. The sink was clogged and there was hair on “clean” towels. I have contacted guest services 3 times and they did not help in any kind of way. There was no accountability in this situation. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever.

- Betty (2/5): I was pleased with everything else with the property except for the infestation of roaches in the room - Location and pools I've stayed in every year for the past 5 to 6 years and have never had a problem with roaches until this past weekend. I was very disappointed that I was not compensated for the issues of roaches. It wasn't just one or two roaches the room was infested. The lady at the front desk lied and said they had no open rooms when in fact they did because I looked it up online and it was several rooms still opened and not booked. They tried to send pest control late in the evening on Saturday night but by then I was irritated and it was too late to even spray. The pest control man asked why they didn't switch me to another room so that could spray because the spray was so strong so I asked him not to spray .

Probably needs some new mattress for the pullout couch and hideaway bed, they weren’t very comfortable at all but regular beds were good.

- Angel (7/5): I enjoyed our stay. - I really liked how close the hotel was to everything. Loved how the room was set up. Really appreciated how someone was there to help unload our luggage and take it to our room. I understand the no smoking rule but there are people smoking pot at the hotel because we could smell it about every time we went out on our balcony and the smell would get into our room even with the door shut. That’s one thing that needs to be addressed and enforced more because if the rule is that no one is to smoke on the balconies then that should apply to everything else too.

- Isabel (8/5): Overall it was a great stay, we have stayed in the past and will stay in the future. - I liked the various pools, suitable for all ages. The rooms were clean and presentable. I liked the distance from the resort to restaurants, boardwalk etc. The room we stayed in - the bathroom sink had a hard time draining the water. On the first day of arrival the hot tubs were not warm/hot. We let staff know and they said they were attempting to adjust temperature but it never got hot. The hot tubs didn’t work until the next day. Also at the towel hut sometimes staff was there otherwise had to go to front desk for towels. The hours of the poolside bar/tiki hut are questionable? Not specific hours.

- Sutton (7/5): - Text messages from reps during our stay checking with us to make sure everything was ok. The air conditioner was very noisy an its been 5 days since our check out an still have not received the $100.00 hold on my credit card back as of yet!!!!!

We were able to save money on food and cook in the hotel. the kids had easy access to the pools and beach along with other yard games i wish there were grills to cook on in the pool area. i also wish the slide and bars were more consistent about being open and towels were available we had trouble getting pool towels each day

- Guest (9/5): the stay was great, but the neighbor above was making a lot of noise until 2am dick - I didn’t have breakfast, and I didn’t know they serve breakfast! I had to walk down the street to smoke.
