• Zanoubia (10/5): Glad i booked at Ramada - The room was clean, tidy and smells good. Its one of the hotels that i am glad to book at. Rooms and bathrooms were perfectly maintained. Restaurant Room service was above and beyond, and very delicious food. I do recommend to eat at the hotel rather than naighbouring resturants!! Bus stop is just 1min walk.

• Monika (8/5): Good hotel, but far from Sabiha Gokcen Airport. - Extremely friendly staff. The room is clean, good with comfortable beds. Very good for 1 night. The breakfast was delicious and with a large selection. The room is good, but it's definitely not 4*. The location is not good. The hotel is about 8 kilometers from Sabiha Airport, but it actually takes about 40 minutes by car and 1 hour by bus.

A śniadanie troszeczkę mały wybór i bez zmian ale w zupełności wystarczy najważniejsze że każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Osobiście uważam żeby było troszkę mniej niż później marnować i wyrzucać. Jedynie komfort spania na dodatkowym łóżku troszeczkę słaby w porównaniu do normalnego materac mógłby być lepszy

Room was smaller than my expectation, metro station was a bit far away and not easy to walk from station to hotel. Room was well equipped but needs to be renewal.

Desk and bed are that close that you can hardly sit on the chair, if you have a little overweight you won't be able to sit there at all, if not it's just very uncomfortable.

• SEYEDBAGHER KOUCHAKI (8/5): A reputable, affordable hotel. - Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The staff were courteous and well-trained, and the breakfast was reasonably good and satisfying. The room was quite small, but it was adequately equipped and met basic needs. The bathroom was very small, and taking a shower was difficult; if you are not careful, the shower head may fall on your head. They initially requested an extra charge for fried eggs at breakfast, which I declined, and they later provided it without charging. Access to the hotel is somewhat inconvenient, and there are limited facilities or services available nearby at night.

• Mandy (6/5): Für eine Nacht war es okay - Es war alles sauber und zum Frühstück gab es eine sehr gute Auswahl. Die Einteilung des Zimmers war ungünstig, da eine Person, wenn sie nachts auf die Toilette musste, ganz nah am hängenden TV vorbei musste und das kann man definitiv besser lösen. Die Matratzen waren viel zu weich, sodass man förmlich durchlag und die Kissen waren eine Katastrophe. Als wir telefonisch nachfragten, ob es niedrigere Kissen gibt, forderte der Herr an der Rezeption mich auf runter zu kommen. Dort musste ich ihm mein Anliegen erneut erklären, obwohl ich das bereits am Telefon getan habe und er signalisierte, dass er versteht um was es geht. Dan sollte ich in einen Raum mitgehen, in dem solche Dinge aufbewahrt werden, er zeigte mir erst Badematten, woraufhin ich erneut erklären musste, dass es um Pillows geht. Dann zeigte er mir ein Kissen, was genauso hoch war, wie die im Zimmer und er sagte, dass das Standartkissen wären. Die ganze Art des Mannes war sehr komisch und unangenehm. Der Straßenlärm war sehr laut, weil eines der Fenster nicht gut schloss.

• P.s. (9/5): A wonderful hotel in Kartal, Istanbul - Everything in the hotel was great. It is located only about half an hour from the SAW airport. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. You have an option to choose rooms where smoking is allowed, which is a big rarety these days. The room was clean and cosy, with a very comfortable bed. The internet speed and WiFi signal were both good. The breakfast was great, with a lot of various foods to choose from. The gym is also clean and well equipped, yet doesn't cost extra to use. The entire hotel is clean, and my complimentary water, tea, coffee, etc. were replenished daily by the cleaning ladies. The bus stop going to and coming back from the city is literally right in front of the hotel. There is a grocery store, a café and a bakery within 50 meters from the hotel entrance. Even though I arrived two hours before check-in time, I waited only about half an hour, in the lobby, to get into my room. I have nothing negative to say about this great hotel.

• Tamas (4/5): Extremely overpriced - The staff was trying really hard to cover for the shortcomings but we play the card we were dealt with. A free breakfast when I complained for the wrong charge on my card, and hopefully I will get back the wrongly charged amount as promised. Take a seat it will be long... I gave up after a few rounds but they were not able to charge me with the agreed EUR amount due to machine setup, I am a bit sceptical if it was really my card as it took 10 seconds everywhere else. Finally the offline manual card entry method worked. First night I was unable to sleep because of the noise from the street. There is 0 noise reduction and the top 2 floors are smoking, very poor design. It is not the size of the room really what is terrible, but the layout. Corner rooms are the worse you can't pass without risking to hit the TV. Not a big fan but the channel selection is disappointing. I changed room to one "others like" and I tell by experience there are a lot of worse around here but the reason I decided to cancel the stay and change hotel was the bathroom. No enough space for anything. Not having even a vanity kit granted is just the cream on the pie. The Internet use is a bit more complicated, you need to log in with your passport, but I guess the poor network bandwith requires to not let others using it. The iron was secured into the wardrobe which I could easily take as an offense. Especially as it was burn already, why would I steal it. I am not obsessed vith view but seeing the next building everyday life is not what I expected. The breakfast is not bad, but you can have a lunch for the same price with soup and drinks in the close restaurant and the selection is rather limited. Laundry prices were also crazy, for one week stay value of clothes you can buy a washing machine to the room. 😉 The most annoying is to have the payment in advance for a week so I could only pass to somewhere else after a week. (Maybe I could force but I gave my word...) Funny fact, same chain, five stars hotel not so far with all the perks has same daily rate with breakfast inclusive. I can't imagine how on Earth it is fully booked...
