The kitchen is absurdly nice. - The staff keep everything spotless and are always working hard, helpful, and in a good mood. The top floor is fantastic, with places to work quietly to yourself or socialize on comfortable couches. It is a beautiful open air area. This easily became my go-to spot for landing in Medellin, and many people here seemed to share the same sentiment. Zero complaints whatsoever.

• Elea (10/5): Emplacement idéal, très bon rapport qualité prix et cuisine bien équipé. - La chambre était simple mais spacieuse pour 2 avec un grand placard, ceintres, un bureau et un ventilateur. L'emplacement est idéal, face a un grand complexe sportif avec accès à tout (prêt de raquette sur la terrasse parfait pour le terrain de tennis), le stade est à 25min à pied, la calle 70 pour sortir est à 20min à pied aussi (privilégiez le taxi au retour). Centre commercial à 10min ainsi que des salles de sport et sport de combat (Evolution Fight Club incroyable pour pass journée ou semaine). Terrasse agréable et cuisine très bien équipé. Propreté faite tous les matins dans les salles communes (sdb très bien). Nous y sommes retourné 2x simple pas cher et emplacement.

Plus, if you're into sports, the sports center is right across the street. It can be noisy at night sometimes, and the pillows are very firm and hard to sleep on.

El area comun trataban de mantenerlo siempre limpio a pesar de que algunos huespedes dejaban suciom, el area de limpieza pasaba a limpiar, en la cocina tienes todo lo basico y mas para preparar tus alimentos. me gusto todo pero quizá a algunos huespedes que despiertan tarde no les agrade el sonido del avion muy temprano, por lo demas el hospedaje es una maravilla.

El televisor nunca funcionó, no tenía ni señal de canales locales, ni conexión apropiada al internet.

• Aneta (10/5): - The property is great as for the price. The room has lots of windows, storage space and a table/chair. It also has a balcony. The place was clean including shared bathrooms. The common space upstairs has lots of seats and a well equipped kitchen. It was a self check-in and the process was very simple. It's in a residential area right next to a sports complex which is free to use. The area felt very safe. If it wasn't booked out we'd have extended our stay. It was a bit noisy from the basketball court and the street at times, but given it's a big city it's unavoidable.

• Clayton (8/5): I would recommend the place. - Good for the price, room and bathrooms were clean and serviceable, and the shared terrace space is amazing — especially for a longer stay the shared kitchen and terrace space would be super useful. The communications around the payment and check-in were a bit confusing and minorly annoying (they said to pay on arrival but then just charged my card via Booking) but it all worked fine

• Paul (6/5): - Tolle, große Küche mit guter Ausstattung und viel Platz auf dem Dach mit diversen Sitzmöglichkeiten und schönem Ausblick. Sichere Gegend. Extrem laut. Die Sportanlagen gegenüber, der nahegelegene Flugplatz und der Verkehrslärm ist nichts für lärmempfindliche Menschen. Die Restaurants drumherum sind sehr teuer.

Продуктовые магазины все очень близко. Район тихий. Закаты иногда красивые Находится рядом с аэропортом, может быть шумно от небольших самолетов.
