• Johannes (5/5): Passable - 1. The pool was closed, but that was the most important reason for booking the apartment. 2. We asked if it was possible to check in at 2 p.m., which we were told was possible, but at 2:30 p.m. there was no key in the key box. However, the cleaning lady let us in and gave us one. When we checked out, it was impossible to put the key in the key box because the code no longer worked. Therefore we left the key in the apartment, but the next day we were accused of losing the parking garage key. Additionally, we weren't traveling by car, so we didn't receive a key for the garage from the cleaning lady, and we didn't need one either.
• Youssef (9/5): Superb - Great appartment close to city center. Clean and well equipped with all the necessities and enough room for a family of 5 to stay.
• Jayces (6/5): Good location, spaceous, but a bit disappointing. - We liked the location as it was near the airport and the medina. The beds were comfortable and the host was also reaponsive to messages. However, there were few things that disappointed us and I hope the host takes these as constructive feedback. The air conditioning/heating in the twin room is not working. Heating was still needed in the evening as it was still cold. There are also no bin liners provided. The cutleries (spoons and fork) were dirty, the shower holder for the shower head in the big room’s bathroom was broken/missing making showering a bit challenging. There were no notice or information communicated to us about the pool being in renovation, considering the property was marketed with a pool! It was disappointing as we were looking forward to it in the hot weather.
• Lina (9/5): Pleasant stay in Marrakesh - Location was good. Very spacious. Towels, Soap and shower gel provided. Clear instructions for finding and accessing the apartment. The owner allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment before check in time which was very helpful. One of the shower is not really functioning as the door is almost impossible to open due to insufficient space. But it wasn’t issue for us as the other bathroom was ok and we were only a small family. Also be aware of the city tax that is not included in the price (but mentioned during the booking).
• Stefan (9/5): Good apartament next to the train station. - The apartment is good and quite modern for Marrakech and it is a good option if you are a group of 3 to 5. No soap in the bathroom and just one slim roll of toilet paper provided for a 4 days stay. I'm sure that the owner would've brought more if we asked for it, but given the price of a pack of toilet paper, we went and bought it ourselves.

• Shara (10/5): Absolutely delightful - would 10/10 recommend - The apartment was absolutely stunning. Really modern, really clean and refreshing. There were times where I wanted to come home early just to spend time in the flat to enjoy the space. There were so many questions I asked the host just in general about taxis/attractions and he responded to me really quickly and was helpful. I was initially skeptical about booking this place as it’s new to the app and didn’t have too many reviews but I’m so glad I did. There is a communal pool as well which my family really enjoyed - a nice touch to the property. Absolutely nothing at all! Only one very small recommendation i would make to help take it from 10/10 to 11/10 is that it would be nice if there was teabags / coffee within the flat , as well as a few basic toiletries like shampoo. I know there was one small one but it was nearly empty which is fine still not a problem
