• Maria Fernanda (9/5): Ótima hospedagem durante pre biennale - Localização excelente e como é no térreo é fácil de acessar. Apartamento espaçoso, limpo, organizado e com bom enxoval de roupas de banho e cama. Ótima comunicação com Nicola e Michelly. Cafés e restaurantes muito bons na proximidade e área externa agradável. Tivemos problemas, mas foram resolvidos! Se tivesse máquina de lavar roupas e se a lava-louças funcionasse seria ainda melhor.

• Judy (8/5): Great way to see Venice for the first time. - Location to the waterbus dock. Quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants and local shopping. Excellent kitchen facilities. 2 nice bathrooms! Court yard was great and private. Quick response with owners. Tv in kitchen. No actual living room space. However the couch is the bedroom was comfortable and lacking TV was nice a big issue. A fan and better lighting in one of the bathrooms would improve the overall experience.

• Conxar (9/5): - Todo está muy bien y a nuestro gusto, dos baños, buenas camas, un patio...todo bastante bien. Cerca de un estación de Vaporetto y se puede ir andando a Rialto... Por poner algo, que sí no van a por ti no lo encuentras, aunque luego es fácil llegar.

• Katarzyna (9/5): Pobyt bardzo nam się udał, zresztą to był mój drugi w tym mieście i dalej uważam że chętnie pojadę raz jeszcze - Z całą pewnością apartament jest bardzo dobrze położony , z jednej strony w zacisznej uliczce a z drugiej niedaleko głównych atrakcji Wenecji. Gospodarz bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny.

• Roland (9/5): - Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben nützliche Tips zur Umgebung und Venedig im Allgemeinen bekommen. Die Räumlichkeiten waren groß. Die Einrichtung war schlicht aber schick. Es gab ein zweites Badezimmer, das für viel Entspannung gesorgt hat. Auch im November haben wir den Courtyard genossen.
• James (10/5): This apartment boosted our truly enjoyable stay in Venice - The apartment, which is wonderful, is located close to a host of good restaurants, one of which we recommend as very good value, great food and friendly staff (Ae Oche San Giacomo). Coop supermarket nearby too. Rialto Bridge was 15min, San Marco about 25min walk but that way you get to see a lot more of interesting Venice. San Stae Valparetto water bus station is 2mins away though, if you prefer not to walk about? The host Nicola is very friendly and communicates everything you need to know. All in we had a fabulous stay and, having stayed in Venice many times before, can highly recommend this place! Only nets, no blackout curtains, in the 2nd double bedroom; so close the wooden external shutters if you need more privacy.

• David (10/5): Clean, modern apt. W/ good air conditioning - Great apartment for a group (perhaps two couples and a single person, or a family of 4 or 5). The location is great, but let me qualify that: it is on the side of the canal that is a little quieter and more mellow., So you won’t be a three minute walk from the major attractions, more like 15-20. But it’s just steps away from a vaporetto stop, which makes it quite convenient. My friends and I loved the location, and the accommodations. Top marks for the host, Nicola. He was always available by WhatsApp text, and his wife came to meet us right at the S. Stae vaporetto stop and walked us to the apartment. Just beware when you’re navigating back to the apartment with your GPS. The main entrance is more on what I would call an alley parallel to the street where the address is. Once you’ve done it a couple of times, no problem. But the first time it is a bit confusing

I would highly recommend booking with him. The apartment was also very nice, spacious and the little patio was a nice bonus. We had everything we needed. The location is ideal, right next to San Stae station so it’s very easy to get around. The only think one could say is that the apartment is rather dark, but that’s to be expected for a ground level apartment. If you don’t plan on spending a lot of time inside while in Venice, then the place is perfect.

Great to have a good,working kitchen and 2 bathrooms . The outdoor terrace was a perfect place for having breakfast or a glass of wine/Prosecco. The bedrooms were spacious and relaxing . The location was incredible… down a very quiet side street yet only minutes from some lovely restaurants and bars ! Nicola was so helpful and gave great advice about restaurants ,boat tickets etc . • Nirojan (10/5): Perfect location and size for a family - The accomodation was very spacious, modern and very clean. Some lovely touches around the flat. Being ground floor is great. Comfortable beds. Kids loved the place as it was so spacious. The rooms were huge. Really felt safe. It was a minute walk from San Stae port, which made getting here very simple. (If coming from mainland, take taxi to Piazzala roma, then water taxi to San Stae. If from Marco Polo airport, then can take a private water taxi or the water bus direct to San Stae). Lots of good eateries nearby, far less crowded than the rest of Venice, which is great for families. The kitchen had a lot of echoes (only really noticeable since we had 3 noisy kids). Can't really think of anything else

The person who welcome us, Nicola, was super nice and helpful. We liked everything. Just the toilet seat was a bit loose in one of the WC. Further than that, everything was very clean and tidy.

• Jae (10/5): We would recommend this location to anyone going to Venice. - Easy to get there on the vaporitto. We managed to find it wandering around as it's not on the main street so you had to make a few turns. The host did ask to wait at the vaporitto stop but by the time we saw their reply we had already found the place. The place was clean, spacious and relaxing. Everything worked and we had a very nice time staying there. We asked for and got an 11:00 check out so we could spend the morning in Venice as well. There really wasn't any sitting space. We were traveling with friends who stopped by and we sat around the kitchen table.

Also, the property is close to the center but so quiet as it is the elastic property on the street/alley. • Cristian (10/5): Great accomodation in Venice - Nice, clean, comfortable appartment, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms both with shower, a kitchen fully equipped and a cozy courtyard where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening with friends, planning the next day trips in Venice. The property is situated on a small and quiet street, at 15-20 min walk from Piazalle Roma. There is a boat stop nearby (station S.Stae on Canal Grande) at 2 min walk. Everything was perfect. Maybe the only thing to complain about is the lack of sight but for us it didn’t matter.
