• Laura (10/5): - Eine unglaublich freundliche und herzliche Gastgeberfamilie. Besonders Evgenia muss man einfach ins Herz schließen. Alle sind sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt und kann die Unterkunft deshalb nur empfehlen. Auf dem Balkon mit Meerblick war vor allem der Sonennaufgang wunderschön. Die Lage in Diakofti ist sehr gut, wenn man mit dem Auto da ist. Man ist schnell im Inselzentrum (und in 15 min beim Flughafen) und zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten. Der Strand ist unglaublich schön! Auch ein Restaurant (Manolis) gibt es in Strandnähe. Ich hatte alles, was ich gebraucht habe, plus unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit. Ich würde definitiv wieder hierher kommen und bin der ganzen Familie sehr dankbar, dass sie meinen Aufenthalt so verschönert haben.

• Laura (9/5): Exceptionnel - Eugénie et ses deux fils nous ont réservé un accueil absolument hors du commun ! Une bonne humeur, une joie de vivre et un désir de partage très communicatifs font de ce logement plus une rencontre qu'un simple hébergement. On ne parle même pas de l'emplacement idillyque ni de la propreté impeccable ! Une expérience à vivre 😁

• alitogo (10/5): - L’accueil un peu "rockn’roll" mais si chaleureux de la part d'Eugénie et ses fils. On a chanté et danse ensemble... A proximité, les plages.,une belle rando en montagne, un minimarket et une taverne... Sympa ! Diakofti est bien pour le calme, le repos mais manque un peu d’animation... Il manque... les Grecs !!!

• kwnstantina (3/5): - Τα άτομα που μας υποδέχθηκαν ήταν ακατάλληλα για τη συγκεκριμένη θέση. Βρίσκονταν σε κατάσταση μέθης την στιγμη που φθάσαμε. Στη συνέχεια η στάση τους απέναντι μας ήταν παρεμβατική. Δεν θα πρότεινα σε κανέναν το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα. Προσοχή!!

• Nikolaos (10/5): A family place, great value. - Evgenia's apartments are a nice little find and fantastic value for money in Diakofti (which is the main port, and a great base to explore the Kythira). Our apartment was big, very clean, and with a gorgeous view to the sea. The place is ran by a delightful Greek-Oz family, the boss being 91-years-old mrs Evgenia who welcomed us by singing songs. Her two adult sons Giannis and Tassos help her out with running the business. Winning smiles and kindness all over, Hopefully see you again in the near future.

• Chait (10/5): Exceptional - The family that runs the hotel were lovely! I stayed off peak season in May and was the only one there. They made me feel at home. Great value, good facilities, next to a lovely beach and walking distance from the ferry terminal.

• Danita (8/5): Great place - great value- great stay ! - Although not the most popular town I found it very conveniently and centrally located The village had all one needed, beaches, trails, one wonderful seaside taverna, a nice general store selling pies and a cafe on the beach The owners were delightful and charming and it would easy to come across and sit with them at the taverna. A family member, Panos, rents cars making this almost a full package deal! Some more basics in the kitchenette Some hospitality coffee and tea Extra blanket and pillows
• Alvi (10/5): Perfect for comfort, convenience and value for money. - Location with great view and convenience as a grocery store, restaurant and the beach are close. 5 minutes drive from the port as well. Quiet and comfortable accommodation. Owners are Australian-Greek so communication is not an issue at all. Warming hospitality. Incredible value for money. Highly recommend. Would’ve liked to stay more😅

• Pavlos (8/5): A nice quiet place, simple but with everything you could ask for. - The room was big and it had everything you needed. Personally I liked the fact that there was a microwave, it was very practical.It was extremely quiet, I guess also because of the season. The internet was not very fast and the fact that I had to change the room because the hot water was not functioning like it should. So, instead of a room with a sea view in the front, I got one on the side. No big deal...
