Path to the beach was overgrown and ticks were present. BBQ needed significant work to make it serviceable and bbq hood was not working properly.

House was spacious and plenty of bathrooms for each area. Small issue with front door lock was attended to immediately. RE staff were great to deal with. no blinds in 2 main bedrooms made it very bright in the morning
