The house was very clean & comfy. They give an extra towel & comforter. Washing machine & dryer also provided. the toilet only was so smelly. once we enter the house, the toilet door is open and the smell was bad. We use fragrance shower gel also cant get rid of the bed smell. Overall, everthing was good & smooth except for the toilet. management please do something cause i have read the bad review for the toilet smelly is about 2 to 3 years ago till now with the same issues

I think this is cheating as it is different from what is listed on booking.com. I want one apartment that can accommodate all of us, not two! I read from the comments that 3 car parking slots will be provided for a 14pax 5-bedroom apartment. So I wrote to the management about the parking slot and they told me only 2. And when I received the check-in information and I realized that only 1 parking slot will be provided! Do you expect 14 pax in 1 car? This is ridiculous! The comments about the smelly toilets by other reviewers are true!

TV in bedrooms, not in main living area Floor was not fitting, the floorboards slid. There was a smell in the apartment, AC filters were filthy. Bedside tables were off level. The venue wasn't near town centre, so we had to either walk a few km or organise transport Laundry - washing machine and drier - had a smell inside, need to be cleaned or replaced.

• Tank (1/5): Will not return - NA Dear Booking.com Support Team, I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding my recent stay at a property booked through your platform. The experience was extremely disappointing, and several key aspects of the listing were **misleading or not delivered as promised**, resulting in significant inconvenience and frustration for my group. **1. Parking Issue Misleading Information** The property description clearly stated that **3 parking spaces would be provided per unit**. Based on this information, I booked **2 units (a total of 5 bedrooms)**, expecting a total of least 3 per, as promised. However, upon arrival, we were informed that only **1 parking space** was available for our entire group. This was completely unacceptable. We were a group of **14 people** arriving in multiple vehicles, yet had to share just **one parking spot** and **one lift access card**. This caused major logistical issues multiple guests had to park far away, we had to coordinate constant movement of vehicles, and only one person could conveniently use the lift at a time. What should have been a relaxing and comfortable stay became unnecessarily stressful from the very beginning. **2. WiFi and Connectivity Non-Functional Throughout the Stay** Each unit was supposed to include its own WiFi connection, but upon arrival, **neither unit’s WiFi was working**. I immediately alerted the host, who responded promptly but unfortunately **did not fix the issue** throughout our stay. To make things worse, the **mobile signal (especially for Maxis users)** was extremely weak at the property, meaning we had no usable internet connection at all. In today’s world, reliable WiFi is a basic necessity, especially when advertised as part of the booking. The lack of connectivity was not just inconvenient it made it impossible to use key amenities like the **karaoke system**, which requires internet access. **3.

There is a karaoke system to use, mahjong table with mahjong set, and five queen size beds. Beds are clean, bathing towels provided. The balcony doors are not very sound proof thus at night vehicles sound from the main road can be clearly heard. The glass door for the kitchen partition needs to be fixed as it is not fitting well, causing a loud cracking sound each time to open the glass door. Worrying the glass can be broken or shattered. Needs to clean/mop the floor better (7/10), the rest of cleanliness is 9/10

I booked toom for 2 adults and 2 of my teens, yet they only provided 3 towels then they left the additional one at guardhouse, when arrived at guardhouse, the guards mentioned no towel and due to the language barrier, we give up. Finally the extra towel arrive when the cleaner came to collect for our 2 hours extension of RM100. Very strict check out policy, no extension given. In the end, we checked out at 1pm but paide for 2 hours.
