• Constence (3/5): Too expensive - It was clean and a great location. I paid 90 dollars more than my friends who stayed there. And they got a free breakfast. I paid 351 and had no water, no microwave, and no breakfast. The people staying two doors down from me paid 227 and had a fridge, stove, apartment style and free breakfast

They should have coffee in the lobby for guests who are up very early. 5am-7am before everything opens. and real cream. The coffee in the room was terrible.

• David (9/5): Bien - Confortable, matelas super confortable Dans le feuillet d’accueil, l’hôtel spécifie que l’accès à la piscine est réservé aux adultes entre 22 et 23 heures mais il n’y personne pour renforcer cette règle. Donc quand nous avons décidé d’en profiter vers 22h15, il y avait des enfants qui criaient puis vers 22h30, un autre famille est arrivé. Alors nous sommes partis. Expérience frustrante

The room smelled of mildew, and had heavy air freshener used to try to disguise this fact. The hotel was also extremely noisy. I will not be returning.

• Rheal (4/5): - Our first night we went outside around the fireplace and ran inside because of mice, didn’t think too much about it because we were outside. The next night we stayed inside and sat infront of the fireplace close to the bar/restaurant and had a drink and a mouse ran right next to us went to advise the restaurant and front desk right away and the staff did nothing they continued serving food, front desk just said oh we might have to put a trap. I was so disgusted, we won’t be returning, you pay more to stay there and mice are running around and staff dont care.

• Kourtney (8/5): We absolutely enjoyed our stay and hopefully be back soon! - We loved the location within walking distance to all of the shops as well as restaurants and a movie theatre. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and everyone was very pleasant, room was clean and very cozy. Only issue we had was our fridge in the room didn’t get very cold as well as there was a missed opportunity with the shower in our room to be a rainfall shower head vs the regular style shower head.

• Masoud (10/5): Excellent hotel - Very comfortable bed and clean room . The pool and hot tub are well maintained and kept clean. Everything was perfect , except ot seems the person or people stayed in our room prior to us had very strong body odor which could be smelled by setting on the couch , or walking around the room. Thankfully the bed and bedsheets were clean and did not smell like that 😀 We used room sprays and axe body sprays to elemenate the smell i mentioned with some success . Honestly the hotel should charge extra for cleaning the room after people with this kind of strong body odor stays with them . Any way aprat from that the hotel is 5 star. Close to lots of amenities. Great location, friendly front desk staff and the rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. I recommend this hotel if its within your budget.
• Ross (6/5): - I heard water ruall night, every toilet flush seemed to pass by my room. Doors slamming all night! I dropped something beside the bed and had to move one of the bedside tables to retrieve my object. I don't think that side table has been pulled out since the hotel was built.It was absolutely disgustingly dirty and dusty. Not impressed!
