• Anna (8/5): Great apartment in fab location. Rooftop terrace would be fabulous in summer - Very clean and roomy. Great location - a bit tricky to find but 100% recommend getting the host to arrange transfer. We cam from train station and would have struggled to find it without the driver. Nothing, was all good.

The host was wonderful as well; when we realised we'd left behing a beloved stuffed animal, she made sure to get it safely delivered to the U.K., no questions asked! We would definitely return and stay here again.

• Nathalie (8/5): Sehr toller Aufenthalt, gerne wieder - Tolle Lage mitten im Albaicin und doch ruhig. Gute Kommunikation und rasche Antwort. Gut organisiert. Ich hätte es schön gefunden, wenn die zwei Badezimmer nicht im Selben Raum wären. Ist aber nicht anders möglich und deswegn trotzdem gut gelöst. Einige Treppen bis zu Apartment.

• Linda (8/5): Brilliant - Location was amazing and the wonderful guidance provided helped us enjoy Granada straight away. Noise of people walking past the property all night long, I hasten to add they were not out of order, but because of the layout of the properties the noise carried. Recommendation for anyone who is a light sleeper, take ear plugs.

• Barbara (10/5): Stunning views of Alhambra, perfect location, fantastic apartment - It was a perfect apartment for our family of six and we loved the roof terrace with incredible views. We also appreciated the air conditioning! The Albaicín neighbourhood is very friendly, pretty and we enjoyed walking around the characterful cobbled streets. Our host Estela was super communicative with amazing recommendations for walks, places to eat, flamenco night, paella and also super friendly and warm person. Thank you! There is nothing to dislike. The only issue we had was our own fault as we couldn't drive our hire car through these beautiful narrow cobbled streets (for good reason) as it's easy to get lost in the maze of Albaicin!

• Paul (7/5): Spectacular views of Alhambra - The location was great and the view of the Alhambra was exceptional. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The two bathroom setup was odd due to their proximity and were a little unexpected. But they were modern and clean. There was an unpleasant odour in the lobby and stairwell as In the end the downstairs occupant has several cats. If this odour had permeated the apartment, we would not have been able to stay there. But luckily it had not.
• Euan (8/5): Incredible view of Alhambra from the old district. - The location is really good - in heart of the old district with its maze of little streets. The view from the terrace is incredible. The flat is modern and well appointed. Be aware it is not near any parking. The area is lovely but very steep streets. You are paying for the view - rest of apartment is nice but wouldn’t justify the high price otherwise.

• Jon (10/5): Great apartment (renovated) with central Albaicin location - views of Alhambra from private terrace! - Awesome apartment and central location in old-time Albaicin neighborhood; close to Mirador San Nicholas, Alhambra, and Cathedral! Great view of Alhambra from private terrace. The host was so helpful and communicative before and during our visit. She arranged a van taxi to pick us up at train station and met us at apartment to provide access and help get us oriented to Granada. The apartment was very nice and modern inside; seemed to be recently renovated. Nothing much to comment on - we loved our stay! Potential guests might want to be aware that the apartment is on a common route to Mirador San Nicholas so there's a bit of foot traffic - not car traffic as the cobblestone streets are too narrow for cars.
• Alice (10/5): Family stay (3 days) - Amazing flat, lovely furnished and decorated, in a perfect location at the heart of Albaicin. Diego was extremely helpful and reactive and Estella, the caretaker, is a true gem - super helpful in solving a luggage issue, booked vans for us (we're a family of 5), gave us tons of good advices on things to go/see and places to eat/shop and recommended an amazing company for a private guided tour of the Alhambra (our guide was an art historian). Thank you Diego and Estella, we felt at home thanks to you and can't wait to come back to beautiful Grenada! Nothing - we loved our stay
• Leila (7/5): Stylish space - The apartment is neely renovated and very stylish. The terrace is located outside the apartment, so you actually have to leave the apartment and get to the tol floor. As soon as we used the terrace, the neighbour arrived and complained, threatened to call the police. I also found the instructions to the apartment confzsing and thought we could get close to the apartment with the car which is not the case. We had to carry our bags around for 10 minutes which was quite uncomfortable. One major dislike is that the description says the spartment has teo bathrooms which is not the case. It is rather one bathroom with teo separate toilets and showers, no privacy and no space to leave your stuff. The beds are quite small not suitable for two adults to share if you are not a couple.
• Christopher (5/5): Great location but a number of issues - The apartment is in a great location and from the rooftop terrace has amazing views of the Alhambra. The rooms are small but fine and there is a reasonable living room / kitchenette. There are two toilets with showers but the setup is not great and they are in effect interconnected. The two bedrooms have very poor mattresses and we struggled to sleep in them and had backache, they should be replaced. The entrance area to the building was not acceptable, part of the ceiling had fallen down and there was water dripping out of the ceiling and all over the floor when we arrived. Throughout our stay this was a problem although they put a bucket to collect the water. The entrance and stairs stank of mould and damp and may even be a health hazard. The also had problems with the tenants in the lower flat who seems to shout at each other in the early evening with the noise travelling up the stairwell.

It was finished to a high spec, great location and w - The property was in a perfect location to explore the Alhambra and surrounding areas Probably the only downside was it was a little noisy in the evening. But apart from that, it was perfect.

• Shannon (7/5): Great apartment for a large group - Located in the heart of the Albaicin, which is a unique walking experience. The terrace view is amazing (but better suited for warmer weather). The apartment was well appointed and had everything our large group needed. The manager was very responsive and helpful with recommendations for places to park, eat, etc. Onerous registration policy. One of the beds was uncomfortable.

She gave us fantastic recommendations and even booked us the most amazing flamenco show I have ever seen. The place was well furnished and stocked with all the basic needs, and the view in the rooftop terrace is the absolute best. The location is perfect, too; easy walking distance to everything. Don't hesitate booking this place if you're in Granada. Nothing! We found everything to be fantastic.

Estela was fantastic, very responsive and provided us with a detailed list of where to eat, drink and activities to do. Hope to be back some day!
• Charles (10/5): Spectacular location with Alhambra views - The apartment is in a spectacular location, overlooked by the Alhambra Palace. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. The roof terrace is a star feature. Estela, who met us and checked us in is an angel. She arranged taxis for us and was a mine of useful information on restaurants and the attractions. Visitors must be prepared for the steep cobbled streets at this charming location
• Beverley (10/5): Love Granada, love the Albaicin and love this apartment which we will book again book again next visit - Excellent location in the Albaicin. Traditional Albaicin house but modern and Immaculate inside. The views of the Alhambra from the terrace were to die for. Bathrooms were excellent Estella the property manager sent us some great information about where to eat and shop. If we changed anything it would be to add a couple of drawer sets and more storage. Also an ironing board. And maybe shelf in the shower. There IDs really nothing bad about the place
• Daniel (10/5): Comfort and character in the heart of the Albaicin - Superb accommodation with wonderful view of the Alhambra from the rooftop terrace. Great modern facilities, lovely hot showers comfy beds. Great location in the Albaicin, and only a short walk from Elvira / Plaza Nueva. Communication was excellent. Estela could not have been more responsive and helpful.

• Kym (5/5): View top class, facilities lacking. - The view of the Alhambra from the rooftop terrace is exceptional. The apartment is very new and aesthetically pleasing. The facilities in the kitchen were somewhat lacking. No frypan, sharp knife for food preparation no basic’s like oil , salt and pepper, paper towel etc. ( apparently for ‘sanitary’ reasons oil is not provided! ) BEWARE the stairs from the terrace have no light at night and are dangerous. My partner fell and caused injury. Even though stated there was no first-aid kit. Communication with host/host agent was very poor. Was promised apartment and local tourism information, this never happened even though we asked numerous times.
